Unfortunately, the observation deck is not working now, you can visit the restaurant, but the menu is very modest, although the cost of the dishes is quite high. The menu information on the website is not updated and is not relevant. They ask for a deposit of 200,000 soums, but in fact you can come without it and take at least a coffee. 50,000 soums are charged for entry, past the deposit.

We expected more from the observation deck. It is located on the first "thickening" at the conditional 6th level. There is a restaurant on the conditional 8th level, we have not been there, but the comrades who had dinner there say that it is worth visiting. If there was an observation deck on the second "thickening", I think it would be much better. And so, in general, there is a playground at about the level of 20-25 floors. The city is clearly visible.
