On the observation deck itself (as it were) repairs are underway. Although friends tried to get there half a year ago, there was also a repair. You can go up to the cafe (I don't remember on which floor), but through the thick double not very clean glass, it was difficult to catch at least a couple of frames. And coming out of this cafe, you will smell right through the butter from the French fries. There is also a cafe on the floor above, but you need to book a table there "yesterday".

You can go for one when you are in the center of pilaf. The observation deck is not very high 100m, the tower itself is 385 m. But at an altitude of 108 meters there is an observation cafe. Along the way, climbing to the top, look at the comparison with the towers of other countries. There is a beautiful park on the opposite side.

The menu is quite varied, I liked the taste of everything. The prices are not high.
The service is threefold, they take a long time to come, they bring unevenly and some dishes are clearly cooled down.
Of the disadvantages, the observation deck itself is closed for repairs. It used to be not super beautiful there, now they promise to make it super cool.

The tower looks very picturesque from the outside. At the entrance there are several mock-ups of TV towers from different countries.
A guard meets inside and inspects things. Next, there is a counter with employees from whom you can purchase a ticket. You do not need to buy a ticket in advance, as, for example, on Ostankino. The tour is also not held. Come in and see for yourself. The ticket for April 2023 cost 40,000 soums.
If you smoke, then you will have to leave cigarettes and lighters on the counter for the entire time of viewing the TV tower. What pleased me was the presence of drawers of different sizes for storing things, which are locked with a key with a number.
This is followed by another inspection area. The frame and turnstile are passed one at a time.
This is immediately followed by a corridor with mock-ups of TV towers from different countries and racks with explanations.
There are also mock-ups of TV towers on the ground floor. Most of them duplicate those at the entrance and in the corridor. Now they are in mini format and under plastic domes. There, on the ground floor, you can buy souvenirs and find elevators.
The observation deck itself is not large and is located on the 6th floor. You can walk in a circle, looking at the views, in 2-3 minutes. It took us 5-7 minutes, as we looked at familiar areas of the city, took pictures and tried to make a video.
There is a stall with snacks, drinks and sweets on the observation deck. You can have a snack at small tables overlooking the city.
There is a restaurant on the 8th floor. But we didn't go up there.
We were after the restoration. As I understand it, not everything has been finalized yet. There are empty niches and corridors.

I visited the TV tower the other day, the view is gorgeous, it's true.
If I'm not mistaken, there is a restaurant on the 8th floor, but this is too loud a name for it, you can put a star only for the view. Beautiful chandeliers, and in general, the design of the hall is not bad, a good idea with a rotating hall, you can look at Tashkent from different sides.
However, the food, to put it mildly, is not very good, the dissatisfied left. I ordered a salad, but it seems to consist entirely of mayonnaise, I ordered something else meat, it's generally terrible. The guy ordered pasta, honestly, they cooked better at school. The lemonades were not bad)
The service was also so-so, to make an order I had to wait 20 minutes, the drinks were brought in an hour, after 1.5 hours the food was brought, then we waited for another half hour until they tried the check, such a thing.
While we were looking for a bathroom, we saw the conditions in which food is cooked and dishes are washed, it's a nightmare🤢 By the way, we did not dare to go to the bathroom, this is also a horror.

A bad impression was created by entering the building after payment. A crowd of people who don't follow the queue, and this crowd is not controlled by anyone. A very bad organization. Two healthy guards only create the appearance of work. One girl is looking at bags. Everything is sooo slow! And they are in no hurry from the word generally, Everyone is nervous, we had arrogant Kazakhs who just brazenly climbed without a queue that did not move anywhere.
The elevators are very slow to arrive. One goes to the 6th floor. The other two are on the 6th and on the floor above to the restaurant.
We were only on the observation deck. I added a photo. By the way, the nerves and time spent were not worth it 🤷♀️ The observation deck is 108 meters above the ground. It's closed. There is fast food and they sell toys.
We were immediately warned not to go to the restaurant. Just sit down at a table and make an order. We didn't find it interesting.
