I bring my children here once a year.
Like:
- A variety of warm pools, baths, many luxurious aquariums with exotic fish, stingrays, moray eels and sharks
- Delicious food.
- There are relaxation areas of the pool, without children (but this is not actively monitored) and a children's area with a slide.
I didn't like it:
- Expensive: children under 14 - 5,000, older than 12,000, but that was a plus, there were fewer people, no crowds on the sun loungers and in the cafe.
- Lunch of 2 pizzas, 8 sticks of shish kebab, fries and drinks came out at 52,000 rubles. I didn't like the shish kebabs this time, there were a lot of bones and veins. There used to be a clean pulp. The pizza was also like from the freezer: tough and not tasty.
- The condition of the bathrooms, requires repair and regular cleaning.
- Several baths were closed (the hammam next to the Himalayan, Scythian, Finnish sauna inside the hall with the dead sea was not heated, although it was open), but not critically: the beloved Scandinavian, Japanese and Russian worked!

A good place to relax. The pools are clean and the steam rooms are super. It's all clear. Only the locker room is small and you can open all the cabinets with one key, which is not very convenient. The kitchen is very expensive, I don't think it's worth the money. And if you just go shopping, go normal.

All the baths are super, but the favorite is Japanese and Scythian, classic 5+ massage, the pools are clean and super relaxing, the prices for the kitchen are a little too high, it would be great if it were a little cheaper. I really enjoyed enjoying the clean mountain air, mountain views and water treatments. A huge selection of baths for every taste, lots of pools. However, we waited 2 hours for food (burgers) instead of 30 minutes, so be careful with that.

A great place to relax with children and family!
It is very beautiful, surrounded by firs, pines, birches. There are many pools of different directions - warm, hot, cold, children's. There is no jostling, there are more sunbeds than vacationers, there is enough for everyone.
The food is delicious, the prices are slightly higher than in the city, but everyone understands everything.
Five hours flew by like one minute.

Hello! TAU SPA is a good place to relax. Several baths: Russian, Finnish, Scandinavian, etc. (dry, wet steam) several pools: two indoor, several outdoor - of different sizes and depths. There is a slide. The cuisine is different - the food is delicious. Clear. Music is playing. There is also a hotel. A beautiful area where you can walk.

But the reception and the manager leave much to be desired. I love coming here in the middle of the week after lunch, when there are practically no people and all the pools and baths are not crowded.
Tau Spa offers extensive opportunities for relaxation and relaxation, including:

a variety of baths, including a Scandinavian bathhouse offering steaming sessions every hour;

✅ salt pools under the roof, where you can safely lie on the water and drown. Great for those who can't swim.
However, there are several disadvantages:
In one of the large outdoor pools, the water is sometimes cold.
An unpleasant smell in some baths, especially in Turkish, can be another disadvantage for those who are looking for complete relaxation.
The prices in the cafe are above the average in the city. It is also worth noting the ban on diving, which may limit opportunities for a variety of recreation.
Men's toilets are sometimes very dirty and disgusting. Perhaps it's not the staff of the institution and they clean efficiently, but in those days when I went there, it was never pleasant to go there.
Despite these disadvantages, I consider Tau Spa to be one of the best spas for a good rest, especially for those who like to just lie down and do nothing.

A great idea with warm outdoor pools. But they contain so much chlorine and chemicals that children have severe irritation all over their bodies after bathing.
The baths are not updated, they were originally made well, but they are not restored, the Japanese one does not maintain the right temperature.
A beautifully decorated restaurant with aquariums, children love to look at them. Delicious Georgian cuisine for reasonable money.

We enjoyed our vacation in Tau dastar Khan. This is our first time in such places. The pool water is clean and warm. Of course, there are not enough male hands here, 5 male workers walk around talking around the pool, it was easy to repair the lockers in the locker room during this time, or at least a handrail during the course of the Jacuzzi.

There are outdoor and indoor pools and baths, there are several types of baths on the territory, a salt cave. The best time of the year to visit is in the hot summer. In winter, it's probably cold to run from the pool to the baths on the street.
Indoor pools are very small, to wallow, but not to swim. The changing rooms are clean, towels are provided.

A good idea, a large spa complex in the mountains, aquariums with fish in the restaurant, many baths, swimming pools. But the place is really tired. The lack of showers after the baths is surprising, people dive into the communal pool after the steam room. The second time I come, last time one of the baths did not work, this time one pool was drained.
One of the baths smells like a toilet. In general, the feeling of a slightly abandoned place that has not been in order for a long time. I don't want to come back.

I liked our room the most, that is, a two-storey cottage, which is located in a very picturesque area. It was warm and quiet to sleep at night! We had a great time with our family, we caught fish, which pecked very well! The only drawback is the dirty pools on the spa grounds. Apparently there are a lot of people all the time and they don't have time to change the water and clean the pools. I remember being there in 2017 without spending the night-the impression was better from the cleanliness of the pools. The kitchen is expensive, but we're not going there to eat))The breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is very varied (I haven't filmed the porridge in the photo yet). The staff is friendly, the cottage is clean. We are going to go again in winter, when the ice rink will already be functioning)
