The cards are great, but the trouble is with queues.
Dear employees, if you are reading this! Do something, it's just a nightmare!
The bank itself is good, the staff are polite, thank them.
The service is terrible, I applied to open a card, they said it would be ready within three days. Three days later I came not ready, 7 days later I was not ready either, they just shrug their shoulders and we have nothing to do with it.
The fact that there is a lunch break is probably not fate, work for half a minute. But the client arrives at a closed door, because the lunch time is not specified
I didn't like the bank's policy. I could not get a car loan, because the address of the company where I work is in Tashkent, and my place of residence is in Ferghana, I work in Bukhara. And the accounting department is located in Tashkent. The Fergana branch refused to issue a loan to me. A full salary allows you to take out a loan. If I want to apply for a loan, I will have to go to Tashkent, lose my time, and there is no guarantee that they will not refuse me. Almost 50% of firms and companies have their head office in Tashkent, and their branches are located in vilayats. So is this some kind of DISCRIMINATION on the part of the bank? Is it possible for residents of Tashkent, but not for the regions???
The staff are good, without queues, the service does not pull the rubber band as people say. In one day, we checked everything and issued a loan and paid for the car. Without Bureaucracy
A good bank, the personal is friendly. In the Bank itself, it is clean, neat, everything happens in the order of the queue, the staff explain how to fill out the forms correctly.I made several translations, there were no misfires!
