Excellent courts both inside and outside. The locker rooms are spacious, the showers are clean, you can wash properly after the game.
If you are playing inside, it is better to ask for courts 1-9, since courts 10-12 have a different surface, the bounces of the ball are more deaf and weak, most likely courts for training children.
In terms of price and quality, they are the best in Minsk, that's why I go here to play

The tennis courts and the pool are of excellent quality. The re-fitting of tennis rackets is at a high level. Administrators have not responded to loud music in the waiting room for more than a year. It is very inconvenient to sit waiting for a child and listen to a very strange repertoire and a large uncomfortable volume, as well as almost impossible to read or just relax quietly.
The professionalism of the staff of the tennis courts and the swimming pool has fallen even more. I'm taking another star.

A new top-level state complex for tennis fans and not only. The condition of most courts is excellent (but so far I do not recommend 12.10 and 4th, they are worse). A very tennis/functionally oriented gym and a gym with a lot of unique pieces of equipment for a familiar visitor. A pleasant aqua zone, excellent changing rooms, high-quality hansgrohe plumbing, apparently water with a good cleaning system, there is a towel service (free for unlimited season ticket holders). In general, top for your money (very loyal subscription prices) if you live nearby.

I've been coming here for more than a year, everything was OK right away, then every day the conditions for visiting the gym got worse and worse.
The first question is the ventilation of the gym, there is simply nothing to breathe during training and no one can do anything. As they explained to me , something was done wrong with vyatka during the watchtower and therefore this problem is not solved (or they just got rid of it)
The second point is the repair of simulators, you have been repairing them here for a very long time.
The third point is that it is unclear why the subscription prices are rising, yes for 5p, but still, for what service? For the fact that you can wait more than a month for the simulator to be made? Do you have to go and get water in the toilet to drink water?Why can't I put a cooler in the hall?
And the fourth thing that finally finished off... was the entrance to the hall. I reread all the rules of this institution, THERE IS NO INFORMATION ANYWHERE THAT YOU CAN NOT GO TO THE GYM TWICE A DAY!!! Did you come up with this condition in your head and forgot to say it? Neither when buying a subscription, nor in social networks.There is no such information in the networks.

I decided to ask her if we should warm up without the light. The girl with the same displeased face and a personal phone in her hands repeated her answer. In my opinion, an employee at work should, at least, not sit on the phone and correspond in a telegram, AT least while visitors are contacting her. Well, politeness and friendliness, apparently, she radiates only if she is lucky. By the way, the incident occurred on 10/27.24 at 10:18 a.m. I hope responsible and adult people will teach her the rules of ethics and deontology, or maybe they will send her to courses

When buying a subscription, they do not specify in the evening or on weekdays you will go, the main thing is to buy a subscription and you will understand everything there.
Some visiting hours are prescribed in fact they are different.
It is impossible to come here in the evening after work. Of the 5 tracks, only 1 will be free and 10 people can be on this track according to the admission, in fact it is not possible to swim!!
After buying a subscription, I was there 3 times (3 times literally 10 minutes due to the fact that I could not stand this crowd trying to somehow fit on track 1). They refused to return the money for the subscription!
People better look for another pool, let it be further away, but at least you can come there and swim normally!

It is unclear why in such a beautiful and new place there are such girls at the reception who not only can't always overpower themselves to say hello, but also look with such an expression on their face as if you came to ask for money, and not to clarify what and where it is. Plus, I had to wait about an hour to come in, which is sad, but at least there is no crowd in the aqua zone.

We were a company in the sauna.
There are no questions at all about the steam room and the pool. New renovation, clean everywhere, nice to be there.
A huge question for the staff.
1. We waited 20 minutes for us to be checked out, although the sauna was booked from 16.00 to 22.00. It turns out that our time for which we paid we waited for the registration in the lobby.
2. The girl looked as if we had come to ask her for money.
3. After registration, we were simply given bracelets and did not even indicate where to go.

Очень понравилось. Соотношение цена качество выше всяких похвал. Взяли улучшенный номер, за 9000 руб сутки. В подарок дали 2 билета в аквапарк . Много кортов грунт /хард/крытые хард. Номер большой и чистый. Завтрак вкусный и плотный. ( на выбор яичница с курой или блинчики)
Приехать , поиграть в теннис -отличный выбор.

They did not explain where to go, how to use the bracelet, the bracelet in the locker room worked every other time. We came to the pool, she said that in an HOUR there would be an aquazone and we had to pay for the aquazone. So open the sauna then, why should I pay for something I didn't even plan to use. The hair dryer is weak, one name, socket 1. No one offered towels, did not explain what was what.
Change the admins to more sympathetic and attentive ones and it will be really nice to go to the pool.

Лучшие крытые теннисные корты в Минске по соотношению цены и качества. Присутствует онлайн-бронирование с оплатой, что тоже достаточно удобно. Если бы ещё не переносили запрашиваемый корт из брони по телефону на подходящий им, то вообще цены бы им не было.
P.S. На местные корты всегда большой ажиотаж, бронируйте сильно заранее.

Хотела бы отметить ,что когда попадаешь в сам центр ,администраторы всегда доброжелательно настроены и встречают с улыбками .Центр хороший,вечером много людей и девушки администраторы успевают уделить внимание всем посетителям .Ответят на все интересующие вопросы и объяснят ,где и что находится. Однако не все администраторы такие в этом центре. В пятницу бронировали корт через стойку ресепшена и администратор ,не вызывая к нам никакого интереса отвечала нам так,как будто ей все должны.Ни улыбки - ничего .Мы бронировали корт первый раз и не все понимали ,что она объясняла и переспрашивали ,на что получали укоризненный взгляд и ответ сквозь зубы.Не очень приятное зрелище.Сняли звезду только за этого администратора.
