This is not the first time in Minsk. The cafe was chosen based on reviews. Among the advantages, we note the sparseness, fast serving of dishes, and their beautiful design. The fish is good. Fillet is exactly fillet, juicy and boneless. The turkey is well cooked.
But the pros are rarely without cons.
The advertised smoked sour cream turned out to be ordinary with a slight smoked flavor. It is not necessary to be a certified cook to understand the secret of this effect.
The truffle sauce announced on the menu did not even smell, let alone taste.
And to top it all off, the waitress found the marketing know-how by serving us dishes we hadn't ordered. We were very hungry and did not refuse, but she discovered the discrepancy right after we had finished everything, although in the process they called her over and politely asked what we were actually eating. Since there are similar mentions in the reviews earlier, I ask future visitors to be vigilant.

I didn't like it, we were here today.. one waitress took the order, another brought water and glasses, a third soup, without appliances, sat waiting for someone to run by to ask for a spoon.. my husband got the dish mixed up, to give him his due, they immediately replaced it without any problems. We ordered a steak without mashed potatoes, which is included in the dish, brought with mashed potatoes, a meat plate (assorted with lard) salted lard..It doesn't chew, and it also has a taste of old age..
the pancakes with chanterelles were delicious, and my son liked the steak. So-so…

We came by chance - and were just delighted !!!!!! Cabbage soup is simply divine , like "grandma 's " languishing !!!! Since this is our final day in Minsk, we can say for sure: you have the best pancakes!!!! We have something to compare it with ! I visited this place by intuition, walked along a beautiful street and looked in.
I ordered a pancake with salmon, red caviar and smoked sour cream! It is divinely delicious, the portion is huge! There is also a bonus, they serve a tincture of your choice! I really liked the truffle from the chef! Bravo! Delicious, satisfying, cozy and beautiful!

A cozy place in the city center. I tried draniki and pancakes from the dishes. Pancakes with mushroom sauce are something new and interesting and very tasty. Pancakes are also on top! A glass of liqueur is a good aperitif for draniki for free. I recommend it to all residents and guests of Minsk!

With incomplete planting, the first dishes (two portions of cold pancakes with sour cream) were carried for 40 minutes, they said about a long serving after our question 10 minutes later, they themselves did not warn about the long wait. An hour later, the second one was brought - one tartare (out of two ordered), when asked about the readiness of the second Tartare, the waitress had dumbfounded eyes, as if it had not been made. The service is disgusting, two stars only for the quality of the food - above average. The impression is disgusting, although the institution itself was recommended.

It's stable at three, from where there are 5, only because of the rating we went in. Food + is normal. The croutons are very weak.... The sofas on the terrace just suck.
