We came by chance - and were just delighted !!!!!! Cabbage soup is simply divine , like "grandma 's " languishing !!!! Since this is our final day in Minsk, we can say for sure: you have the best pancakes!!!! We have something to compare it with ! I hope the review will help tourists make the right choice - we relied on fate and were not mistaken!!!

I didn't like it, we were here today.. one waitress took the order, another brought water and glasses, a third soup, without appliances, sat waiting for someone to run by to ask for a spoon.. my husband got the dish mixed up, to give him his due, they immediately replaced it without any problems. We ordered a steak without mashed potatoes, which is included in the dish, brought with mashed potatoes, a meat plate (assorted with lard) salted lard..It doesn't chew, and it also has a taste of old age..
the pancakes with chanterelles were delicious, and my son liked the steak. So-so…

We made an order, we were warned that the order would wait 40 minutes. Although it is not very clear why draniki should be cooked for 40 minutes, but not about that.
As a result, the dishes were brought to only two of us, two sat eating, and the rest sat and drooled. The food was brought to me after the first two had already finished.
Well, really it is impossible to bring everyone together, at least one dish at a time.

It beautiful I would give this place a Michelin star. I am from Belarus, but I have been living in Moscow for 4 years. I came to show the guy Minsk and it so happened that we went to this place. We were shocked by the level of the kitchen and the serving, when the truffle was rubbed on us, we were shocked again. Moscow restiki is a complete cringe and a disgrace. We were perfectly surprised! It's been a long time since we've eaten so delicious)

I stopped at the "Grater" on Zybitskaya and did not regret it! A very tasty dish with duck, DELICIOUS BORSCHT and pineapple salad! 🔥

Our trip to Minsk began with lunch at this wonderful institution. Initially, it seemed unremarkable! BUT, THIS PLACE IS WORTH coming here to enjoy the atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff!
Almost all dishes are served with a small grater. Truffle, parmesan, frozen tomato - all this can complement the taste of your chosen dish! The place is gorgeous!
