It's nice place but not busy on weekdays

We celebrated our birthday in this place, and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is just great: quiet, cozy, and the interior creates a sense of coziness. The waiters are real professionals, always there, but not intrusive, the service is top—notch. The food is delicious, the pizza is always on top! Everything is fresh, and the portions are large. But what was missing was a Scandinavian salmon cake — it would be great to complement the meal with this unusual dish. All the dishes are served quickly, even though the place was full. Karaoke is a separate topic, the audience sang almost the whole evening, it was fun and soulful! We will definitely come back. This place is worth visiting at least once, and then you will realize that you want to come back here!

We came to the institution, we used to like it very much, but now we are disappointed.
The food and drinks are delicious, BUT!
There are 4 girls, 2 of whom did not want to sing and especially eat, because the initiative to go here was mine and the second girl's.
We took food and drinks for ≈100p, but we were refused karaoke, because there is no 50p for each, but they were not going to sing.
We went from Minsk World specifically to this institution, we really like it here, apparently this is the last time we were here.
I'll give it 5 stars, just because maybe it affects the staff bonus.

I visited this place for the first time today! The mood was not very joyful...until I got here. I ordered breakfast, but it's not breakfast, it's the FOOD OF THE GODS!!! Add capers to this, and we eat an incomprehensible substance with the taste of Philadelphia rolls and capers. The situation was corrected by the lunch menu - mushroom soup with pearl barley is as delicious as possible at home, as if your beloved grandmother cooked it for you. I also want to praise the bar - sane long island, a very decent white Russian, which is mixed correctly in proportions of 1 to 1, with an unashamed coffee liqueur. Coniferous tea - 10/10. Coupled with a clean hall and toilet, I will give the institution five stars in advance - just calm the chef's imagination and make the ala map a little simpler. Sometimes, in order to create, you don't need to pour good ingredients with all sorts of game.

We came there with my daughter on Sunday at 10.30, we were the only visitors, but at the same time we were informed that breakfast would be prepared for at least 40 minutes and only cold dishes could be ordered faster. I ordered a salad. We waited for about 15 minutes, and half way through the salad I saw a hair in the plate that definitely couldn't belong to the waiter, which means it's a "compliment" from the cook. I called the waiter, I show him the hair in the salad, and he says: "It's okay, we'll redo it now!" I just didn't have the words, I didn't want to eat at all, and I had to leave after 5 minutes for the seminar. As a result, the waiter said that the second time they would quickly prepare a salad and left. In general, this is some kind of nonsense, I have not seen this yet. I called him again so that they wouldn't cook and calculated, to which they replied that they had already started and I paid the entire amount for the order, as if there was no such filth in the salad. I didn't go there for lunch, because I was sick of just thinking, I preferred a Cofix, but without hair and I didn't have to wait 40 minutes. I never set foot in this place again

The child ordered a milkshake and did not specify which one, they brought a classic one and the child was upset, wanted a strawberry one, the waiter noticed and brought another one without any problems, although it was not his fault, but it was necessary to call the waiter to make an order every time, so no one ever apologized for their joints, about I don't say anything at all, I never came up to help resolve the situation, every time the waiters are sent and yesterday was the last straw when an order was made for pickup and instead of the maximum of 30 promised minutes, I had to wait 55 minutes, because someone messed up something while I was sitting waiting , I constantly heard mats from the kitchen , again, the terrified waiters, because the kitchen was messing up, the receptionist did not even come up to apologize for the long wait, the waitress was panting again, although I asked the receptionist what was the matter, why it took so long.
