We came to the institution, we used to like it very much, but now we are disappointed.
The food and drinks are delicious, BUT!
There are 4 girls, 2 of whom did not want to sing and especially eat, because the initiative to go here was mine and the second girl's.
We took food and drinks for ≈100p, but we were refused karaoke, because there is no 50p for each, but they were not going to sing.
We went from Minsk World specifically to this institution, we really like it here, apparently this is the last time we were here.
I'll give it 5 stars, just because maybe it affects the staff bonus.

We were at lunch - the waiters immediately said that waiting for hot non-lunch dishes would be quite a long time, for which they have a huge plus - it's nice to know and plan your snack based on the situation, and not wait for the weather by the sea. Of the disadvantages in the kitchen, salmon tartare is VERY strange, it's a shame that the sane fish was filled with a creepy mixture of soy sauce, teriyaki, sesame oil and water from yesterday's sushi. Add capers to this, and we eat an incomprehensible substance with the taste of Philadelphia rolls and capers. The situation was corrected by the lunch menu - mushroom soup with pearl barley is as delicious as possible at home, as if your beloved grandmother cooked it for you. I also want to praise the bar - sane long island, a very decent white Russian, which is mixed correctly in proportions of 1 to 1, with an unashamed coffee liqueur. Coniferous tea - 10/10. Coupled with a clean hall and toilet, I will give the institution five stars in advance - just calm the chef's imagination and make the ala map a little simpler. Sometimes, in order to create, you don't need to pour good ingredients with all sorts of game.

Суперрр мега бомбическое место🔥🔥🔥 лучший персонал: всегда приветливая охрана💪, официанты и администраторы очень внимательные и улыбчивые, прям максимально милые🥰)), бармены и повара профи, всегда всё сделают вкуснее, чем ожидаешь😎)) и конечно же самые зажигательные ведущие, с мощными голосами, без них караоке не караоке, Артём и Яна обладают невероятной энергетикой, которая тянет в Терру каждые выходные💯 🔥🔥🔥 Ребята, вы все в моём сердце, спасибо за вашу команду и нереальную атмосферу ❤️😘❤️

We always ordered rolls and pizza here. Delicious and fast (delivery). The last order was very disappointing. Soy sauce was brought, diluted with water so much that it looked like a light brown slurry. The sauce had to be poured out. It is very strange that they save money on such things. We came there with my daughter on Sunday at 10.30, we were the only visitors, but at the same time we were informed that breakfast would be prepared for at least 40 minutes and only cold dishes could be ordered faster. I ordered a salad. We waited for about 15 minutes, and half way through the salad I saw a hair in the plate that definitely couldn't belong to the waiter, which means it's a "compliment" from the cook. I called the waiter, I show him the hair in the salad, and he says: "It's okay, we'll redo it now!" I just didn't have the words, I didn't want to eat at all, and I had to leave after 5 minutes for the seminar. As a result, the waiter said that the second time they would quickly prepare a salad and left. In general, this is some kind of nonsense, I have not seen this yet. I called him again so that they wouldn't cook and calculated, to which they replied that they had already started and I paid the entire amount for the order, as if there was no such filth in the salad. I didn't go there for lunch, because I was sick of just thinking, I preferred a Cofix, but without hair and I didn't have to wait 40 minutes. I never set foot in this place again

We live not far from the pizzeria at Burdeyny and we used to spend all the holidays in this institution, but for the last two years, every time we come, some kind of joint, they won't put an ingredient in the dish or even forget to serve one of the ordered dishes or you wait more than an hour for an order when the hall is 30% full, but usually they bring hot for one of the guests, when he ate it, they bring the other two, although we always ask for hot food to be served together, we immediately thought it was a coincidence, but every time we tried to change places and went to the Winners and I was shocked, the place is the same, but such a different atmosphere, service, waiters. The child ordered a milkshake and did not specify which one, they brought a classic one and the child was upset, wanted a strawberry one, the waiter noticed and brought another one without any problems, although it was not his fault, but it was necessary to call the waiter to make an order every time, so no one ever apologized for their joints, about I don't say anything at all, I never came up to help resolve the situation, every time the waiters are sent and yesterday was the last straw when an order was made for pickup and instead of the maximum of 30 promised minutes, I had to wait 55 minutes, because someone messed up something while I was sitting waiting , I constantly heard mats from the kitchen , again, the terrified waiters, because the kitchen was messing up, the receptionist did not even come up to apologize for the long wait, the waitress was panting again, although I asked the receptionist what was the matter, why it took so long. Самое лучшее, уютное место,ранее посещали Терру на Жилуновича❤ как переехали, только сюда и ходим❤с Террой в ТЦ Грин Сити не сложилось...В топе блюд это драники с лососем, пицца, паста с креветками и голубым сыром, солянка, стейк из говядины, но до того момента, пока не убрали фруктовый соус, теперь больше не заказываем, карпаччо(последний раз готовила девушка повар, блюдо было восхитительно, прям, пальчики оближешь😋😋😋заказывали еще суши, соус соевый совсем не вкусный, знали бы, заказали бы лучше по двойной порции карпаччо. Всегда интересные и вкусные новинки в баре, а именно, чаи, глинтвейны, коктейли и многое другое!!!

К сожалению , не понравилось ни место, ни обслуживание, ничего ...
Мы приехали в пятницу в 20:30, было совершенно пусто. Музыки не было вообще и поэтому мы были вынуждены слушать разговоры работников.
Решили пересесть подальше от их разговоров и оказались за столом возле туалетов.
Вероятно эта пиццерия интересна только для тех, кто приходит на караоке))
Без претензий. Просто лично для нас место неудачное.

Залетели ночью с 10 на 11 июня буквально на час перед закрытием) Место кхм... атмосферное, но по-своему — не для пафосных нарядов и надутых губок, так скажем) Ведущий караоке отрывается, конечно, и заводит публику, но, есть ощущение, что все песни поёт он, а не гости) Тут надо какой-то баланс найти, как мне кажется. Но громкость, конечно, отрыв башки) Кухню не пробовали, ценник нормальный, но в заведении закончился лёд, так что пришлось хлебать теплый виски. Кола тоже была теплая. Вероятно, что холодильник тоже закончился)
