I was sure that it was a serious organization , but it turns out that it is not . We were given a ticket, we came to ask a couple of questions, since everything was for the first time and we didn't even know where to start, so the young people who were there told us that where they bought the ticket, they needed to ask a question, and they bought the ticket online, of course, it was strange, they thought that once they bought it On the Tez tour, you can stop by any office and ask questions. Then, upon arrival in Turkey, the guide from the same organization turned out to be so arrogant and rude that I was shocked how such people were hired at all, his name was in the messenger Elshan 5007, he didn't care about our complaints, the main thing was to cram his excursions, offered free shopping, we named one store, and brought it to some local guy, I called and said that we asked for another one, and he yelled and said that the three of us hadn't told him that. As a result, it was concluded that strange employees work in this travel agency and we will go ahead and contact others, where they will be happy to answer and resolve the issue.

We paid for the hotel in Turkey in full. The next day it turned out that he was not available. They offered to pay extra for the proposed option. They refused, because the company had to pay extra in the contract. With square eyes, refused an additional payment. Referring to the fact that the head office refused them. Even an unfortunate excursion was not offered. It's not supposed to, like.All negotiations with the hotel were conducted independently. The hotel allocated rooms, but the company decided that it was their merit.
They look at everything with glassy eyes. It's good that they don't refuse to return the money, but in our case the course was carried by a herd of horses. And you see, they have their own exchange rate and will be returned in bel.rubles, at the rate of payment. The difference of 10% of losses was drawn.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the company did not even ask if we had arrived at all, and the transfer per person "charged" 90 euros.
In 2019, Egypt celebrated the New Year from this company. The flight was from Grodno. The only advantage.
For $ 240 we bought a New Year's Eve (2 adults + 1 child). There were 100 grams of unpeeled peanuts on the New Year's table for this money. To indignation - "We have nothing to do with it. It's the hotel's fault." But the money was paid again at the Kirov office.
We hoped that something had changed for the better. But, alas. Only worse. As if the scammers are sitting.
Avoid this firm. The namesake is not the one that was once.

The organization of recreation and escort is excellent. The office itself is very cozy, very nice girls work, there is a children's corner.
