But there are disadvantages: A stupid entrance and locker system where you have to memorize the entry codes. The kitchen in the 3+ bar, the service is disgusting. I would advise you to fire everyone and hire new employees who would move much faster, you had to wait a long time for the menu and repeat the order, as employees always forget something. You also pay 20% of the service fee for a service that does not exist.
But the bath itself is super, steaming once an hour with herbs is soft and intense, the temperature is perfect, I'm fine. The water in the pools is not the cleanest, but this is clearly due to the culture of people who do not take a shower before entering the water. We didn't take additional services in the form of massage, etc., but I think I'll go again and add a review.

We arrived with two families on Sunday, but it turned out that women's days are only on Tues/Thurs. It would be great if this information were on the main page of the site, so that you can schedule visits not only for regular customers who are in the know.
As a result, only the men's group went to the second floor, as they said that music was playing in the steam room on the first floor.
I was very pleased with the stove and its volume. The attendant said that the cast iron laying is changed seasonally, in summer – 14 tons, and in winter – 22 tons. I've never seen anything like this before. Do you really throw cast iron twice a year and the winter laying is really 22 tons?
It's great that the steam room has two windows that open for ventilation.
In the steam room, there was a long rubber hose on the floor, which was leaking, and water was constantly pouring onto the floor.
In the washing area, where, according to the rules of the complex, complete absence of clothes is allowed, female masseuses walk, which is not consistent with the gender policy of public services.
It was funny to be the only naked person in the men's steam room, while the other 20 people were in shorts and shorts, and some even asked if it was okay for me)), but this, as I understood from the video reviews, is a local regional specificity. Is it normal for visitors' underpants and shorts to accumulate sweat and their own odors, which cannot be completely washed off in the shower and then exude them into the steam room?
The temperature of the cold pools was higher (12 and 18) than stated on the website. I liked that there is a snow room, which is a rarity for public baths.
The culture of the Russian public bath is undoubtedly associated with broom steaming, which is still minimally noticeable in The Telman baths, which is quite natural for all new modern baths, where the main target audience is not yet regular visitors. In this regard, I was very surprised that the rules prohibit bringing your own bath brooms, this is the first time I've seen this. What is the reason for this ban? Good oak brooms can work for 3-4 baths.
In my opinion, the amount of herbs used in such a steam room is insufficient to give a voluminous and long-lasting aroma.
The board in the steam room is treated with some kind of impregnation, which emits a specific smell, which I have never seen before.
When preparing steam, bath attendants pour water on the platform, shelves and walls, which creates additional moisture and makes the steam "heavy". The classic approach to cooking a steam room is, on the contrary, to "drain" the steam room and saturate it with oxygen as much as possible.
After seating on a new pair, the attendant immediately begins to work with a fan, which does not allow you to fully receive and feel the descending steam and the aroma of herbs.

The pools are dirty, leaves are floating, streaks.

And strangely, the men's department, and everyone wears bathing shorts. We came to eat in bathing trunks.
In my opinion, the meaning of the "bathhouse" is lost. It's more of a restaurant now.

Visited on February 5, 2025. Before that, this place was recommended to everyone. However, after the circumstances at the restaurant yesterday, we changed our mind. We ordered food for 4 people, we were told in advance what time to serve the dish (in 1 hour) and the waiter made some mistake and we had to have dinner outside after the sauna. Although we told our guests that this is a wonderful place to stay. There is no manager in the restaurant to ask a question, everyone goes back and forth, the staff disappears somewhere, then new guys appear who do not know about our order and have to order everything again and wait for hours. Everything seemed to be fine a couple of months ago, but now everything has changed a lot for the worse. This way, you can easily lose loyal customers, which is common in the local service market. In addition, two more strangers were added to our table, where the four of us were sitting, explaining that this place was intended for 6 people. Although at the same time, 2 people were sitting on other similar tables (apparently, maybe some friends of the owner). A double standard, as they say. We are very disappointed, please review your personnel policy, and we wish you all the best.
