We are currently staying at the hotel. The location is excellent. Terminal 21, various markets and the like are nearby. The hotel is nice. Clean, cozy. The rooms are well renovated, apparently made during the pandemic. Good air conditioners. The breakfasts are excellent, varied, and delicious. The staff is polite and helpful. When we checked in, we got a room on the ground floor, we wanted a higher one, they changed it for us the next day, they treated us with understanding. The pools are excellent, large, and clean. Visually, the pool is like one continuous one, but in fact half of the pool is warmer, half of the outdoor temperature. Everything is being cleaned up. Preparations for the new year are in full swing. Let's see what will please you on New Year's Eve. I think it will be fun. The New Year was well celebrated . The hotel did its best. The program is good. Dinner was generally on top + alcohol was present. Seafood and all kinds of goodies

A wonderful cozy green hotel, not far from terminal 21. A large, quite deep, wonderful pool with an island bar in the middle. The spacious room has everything you need, replenished daily, the staff is polite and attentive. The breakfast is quite varied, there are always fruits, pineapple is especially good. The sea is within walking distance, there are small beaches, if you go to the right along the shore, a small sandy beach. The transport location is very convenient, it's not far to the pier. I really, really liked the hotel!!!

Of the advantages, of course, the price-quality ratio, as well as the incredibly convenient location and quiet green area of the hotel with a huge swimming pool, near which there were always free places. I especially liked living in a remote building overlooking the garden.. You go out on the balcony and it's like in the forest, birds are singing, squirrels are jumping on trees, well, you can't hear the noise from people. The rooms are tired, but everything worked. The breakfasts are just good, not meager, well, not super (I've been to Pattaya in budget 4, where the breakfasts are simply unrealistic in assortment).

We rested for 10 days in November 2024. The room is newly renovated, overlooking the pool. The neighbors are Italians, Americans and Russians. No one bothered anyone. The breakfasts are great! We tried all Thai desserts and soups (even Tom yam was, however, chicken, without seafood). Fried eggs with bacon, omelet. Melon, watermelon, pineapple are made from fruits. Juices to choose from, coffee, tea. Steamed buns with different fillings, sweet and meat (such as pen ce) Cheese, sausages, croutons, various ready-made salads and just vegetables, you can make a salad yourself. Rice, pasta. The menu is most likely for a week, then the beginning will repeat. You will definitely not stay hungry! The pool is large, there are sun beds, towels are provided. There is a bar by the pool, but the selection is modest, and the cocktails are not delicious. Squirrels are running around the hotel, they came to our balcony, they love mangoes very much). In the dark, bats were seen and small lizards ran around. We woke up every morning from a bird alarm clock)
Next to the 21terminal shopping center hotel, we ate there on the food court, it turned out very profitable and delicious. The average check in the cafe is 250 baht, on the food court a set of soup and rice with vegetables is 89 baht. We went to the city beach, sunbeds 100 baht. Next to the Space hotel, in the evenings there is a light show on it, it is very beautiful!
Cons-there is no early check-in, only after 14-15 hours. Sometimes the maids were stupid, they forgot to leave towels after cleaning, but everything was solved very quickly. It's a long way from the Seven Eleven hotel.
In general, I liked everything. I recommend

I personally really liked this hotel. The breakfast is excellent: I think that anyone can choose the necessary assortment for themselves.
The pool is clean (it is cleaned every other day). The room has excellent sound insulation. The room is cleaned every day. Every day: water, coffee, cream, sugar, shampoo, soap, shower cap. The location of the hotel is convenient to the sea 5 minutes on foot and five minutes to the road (tuk tuk and dolphins).
The staff is excellent: friendly, courteous.
But Wi-Fi is not very good.

The hotel is located in the north of Pattaya, very close to the dolphin fountain, so you can quickly leave in any direction, next to Terminal 21. Very green hotel, beautiful with pools. A good breakfast, old furniture in the rooms is one of the disadvantages, but this is common in Thai. The sea is 5 minutes away. The hotel is quiet, friendly staff is working.

A good hotel, such a traditional resort with a large swimming pool and its own territory. A good, extensive breakfast. The room is spacious, fresh after renovation, air conditioning works well. There are no normal cosmetics in the bathroom, but you don't expect it for that kind of money. The prices at the bar are pleasant, and so is the room service. The sea is not far away, but the coastline is terrible.

Отмечали Новый год в Паттайе, и остановились в данном отеле. Отель нам понравился, брали номер с видом на бассейн. Территория отеля как оазис в середине шумного города🌴 🌿🐿️В саду очень много белочек. Бассейн большой и извилистый как река. Номера приличные, единственное, необходим точечный ремонт в ванной комнате. Завтраки хорошие, нам всего хватало. Советую данный отель. 👍

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! I love swimming in the sea, but not this time. The pool was impressive! There is a garden around, there are enough sun beds, cleanliness, beauty! Usually you choose a hotel just to spend the night, but it's nice to be here. There are 4 times in Pattaya, but I have never seen such an abundance of dishes. Terminal 21 is nearby. It's a pity that time passed so quickly. I would love to come to this hotel again.

The hotel is tired, but the staff is very friendly.

Great pool, just great - big, clean, there are a couple of slides.
There is a separate pool for kids next to it, super comfortable.
Minus - at 19:30 it is no longer possible to swim, everyone is kicked out. 🤦🏼♀️

The hotel is very well located. Near the shopping center, transport, shops and the beach. The territory is small, but green. Nice pool. Breakfast is very modest, but you won't be hungry. The room stock is different. We changed one room to another. The second one turned out to be a little more decent. The first one had problems with sewerage and additional space.

The excellent location of the hotel, everything was at hand: observation deck, shopping center, markets. The rooms are decent with a good view of the pool. The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, but that's not a problem) The area is green, well-maintained, with a large circular clean pool. The breakfasts are chic with a large selection and high-quality products, for example meat and juices are head and shoulders higher than in Egypt and Turkey. A nice cozy hotel with a large green area. a large swimming pool. There is a bar by the pool, and sometimes they even roast kebabs there. lots of flowers, there are separate bungalows. The hotel itself is very conveniently close to a busy street and shopping center and Terminal 21 .
excellent breakfasts.You won't stay hungry. even if you get hungry in front of the hotel there are two good and cheap cafes where everything is very tasty and very large portions.The only drawback is that the hotel does not have its own beach...More precisely, it is there, but it is covered in stones, you will have to go somewhere else

For your money, a good hotel, clean and well maintained! If anyone is interested in the weather in September, then we flew from 23.09 rain mostly at night or in the late afternoon, caught by surprise a couple of times, and so mostly partly cloudy and very hot! We like this hotel, nice pool, rooms are normal, everything you need is there, from the balcony there is a view of the tropical garden, palm trees, squirrels jump, but you can't sit for a long time in the evening, a lot of mosquitoes, good breakfasts, soups, fish, meat, scrambled eggs, omelets, juices, coffee, fruits, yoghurts, in general you can find it for everyone according to their taste. What I didn't like: we arrived early in the morning, we were tired, we thought maybe they would check in earlier, but the staff is relentless, only after 14.00, it was our own fault to immediately extend the room, but they offered juices, we changed into summer clothes, went for a walk, the shops really opened from 10-11 , it was bad to arrive early, but it was possible I would like to change my clothes in the shower at the pool and take a break from the flight by the pool until 14.00 . For some reason, I hoped that there would be slippers and bathrobes in the room, but no. It's a long walk to the sea, and you'll have to walk to the Northern Beach by tuk tuk, too, but we went, because it's useful (especially in the heat). Shopping malls are nearby. Anyway, we are glad that we have visited this heavenly country again, thank you for your hospitality!

The center is very nice, nice, quiet hotel, we really liked it, there are greenery around, squirrels. THERE is a beach 200m away, but to swim, you need to go a little further to the left, beauty, and to the right you will go closer to the central beach. The plane shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. The market , the theater, everything is nearby, close. Rooms for 4, we had a cleaning service with a change of linen every day (they probably liked us). We liked it.

A surprisingly lovely hotel. Three stars, but everything is clean enough, any malfunctions are eliminated instantly, the rooms are cleaned daily. There are a lot of squirrels in the trees who are not averse to climbing the balcony railing, which is very cool. There are a lot of attractions and entertainment venues nearby and the beach is very close. Terminal 21 is within walking distance. This hotel has a very good and convenient location. There is a dolphin ring nearby from where all tuk-tuks ply.

I was going to leave a great review, but the situation at the check-out corrected this decision for me))
They charged us 170 baht for the mini bar, although we didn't charge ANYTHING there, 1000%! We bought our own ciders, we didn't take their beer. I don't know if this hotel earns so much or the maids steal beer for some reason - but the fact is, we didn't take it, but they took money from us. Plus, because of this, there was a delay on departure - we had zero local currency left, we had to ask other guys vacationing to change it for us, fortunately it turned out, thank them for that!
And by the way, we went to the reception in advance (the day before departure) to pay for the services - then we didn't say anything about the mini bar. I think they really specially remove something from it already upon departure, allegedly we took it to shake ourselves for tea))
So the advice is to ask to clean the mini bar if you are not going to use it.
The hotel itself is nice, clean, an oasis with a jungle in the middle of the city.
Apparently, we were lucky - the room was renovated (806)
The location is convenient, near the shopping center, exchangers, shops, everything is fine
It seems that the northern district of Pattaya is considered the cleanest - I don't know, there is nothing to compare it with)
The room is cleaned every day, as it seemed to me, quite well.
There is an exit to the beach in 5-7 minutes - quite clean water (but not like on the islands of course)
The breakfasts are very varied - from fruits to soups)) there is no seafood, mainly chicken, pork
In general, if it weren't for the check-out situation, it's 5 stars for me)

I really liked the hotel. Located in the center, everything is nearby. We walked every day. A big plus is the park area with a swimming pool.
The pool is just a miracle, for both adults and children. The pool itself is made very well (in the form of a river), there is a lot of space for swimming. The staff is friendly, like all Thais. Breakfasts have eclipsed many other hotels with their variety.
One minus is the air conditioner). Very noisy.
Well, it didn't spoil our vacation.

In general, I liked everything! The hotel is within easy reach of various central locations , on foot , by tuk-tuk , as well as by taxi or moped 👌🏼
The area is cozy, green ... really tropical in the city center. A circular swimming pool , sun loungers and a hassle-free replacement of wet towels with dry ones , delicious cocktails at the bar , good cuisine and reasonable prices ☺️
The breakfasts were paid for along with the accommodation, they completely satisfied us ... we often visit Thailand, so in comparison with other hotels of higher stardom and price , decent ... I will not write that the choice is huge , but still there are: Scrambled eggs, omelets , soups , yoghurts , sausages of 2 types, sliced vegetables and sausages , two types of hot dishes , pasta , potatoes , rice , croutons , jams , pastries , fruits , juices (so - so ), coffee (also so - so )...in general, you will not stay hungry ....there is just a wonderful coffee shop nearby, from the alley from the hotel towards Terminal 21, turn left ... this is the way out in case you are a connoisseur of good coffee and very tasty desserts 😋
Rooms ... we took a bungalow and regretted it, we did not change it, because our friends were staying in the next one. I will explain why we regretted such an accommodation ... we had a bungalow at number 1017 -the sewerage is terrible , there is no door between the room and the toilet 😂
There was a huge gap above the front door , so mosquitoes were getting in 😖
Of the advantages - privacy 🙏☺️ only funny sounds of nature are heard....
We had a squirrel on the roof , and our friends had two lizards under the roof , so cute 😊
We were also satisfied with the cleaning , they asked us to wash the floors once and everything was done daily ... in 14 days , we changed the linen at least 5 times for sure , towels were changed daily , detergents were also replenished .
To sum up: the hotel is not new, not lux ... the price / quality is consistent. To spend time during your vacation in this place with a good mood and a desire to return again - all chances! We have succeeded and we wish you a great success

Breakfasts are monotonous as everywhere else, but of course you will not stay hungry. The Internet is working, they clean it every day. And the location of the hotel is good, there is a shopping center Terminal 21 nearby, there are magalines and cafes /restaurants for every taste.
So near the hotel there is an exchanger, a 7/12 store, massage and much more.
The beach nearby is not very comfortable, but you can swim if you do not want to go to other places.

Now (March 16, 2024) we are resting in this hotel. The hotel is a three, but a good three. The location is close to Terminal 21, from where Tuk-tuks travel in different directions. Of course, you need to go to a good beach, because there is only a rocky beach nearby. If you leave the hotel, turn right, walk a little forward and then turn right again, then 15 minutes and you are at the sea. And if you leave the Hotel and turn left, then it's 25 minutes to the sea. The breakfasts are quite decent, there is a variety, there are three types of fruits. Coffee, of course, is not very good, it is brewed in a kettle, but you can survive it. I don't know what people eat at home in the morning when they're not happy, but we had enough of everything. They also fry omelets and scrambled eggs. Meat sausage, chicken, pork. It is clear that they do not cook porridge. But there are cereals, fruit salad. On the first day we were settled, we found that the TV was not working well (there is one Russian channel here) Let's go, they said at the reception (they communicate on the phone through a translator), a master was immediately sent to us, who looked at and replaced us with another TV. Another incident turned out to be this, there is a paid bar in the refrigerator (beer, water), we said that we did not need it and that they should take it away. We were told that they could not take it away. And the refrigerator is small, we bought our drinks, put them in the refrigerator, and put their "pay bar" in the closet. The next day, when they came from the sea, they found a receipt for payment for this "paid bar". It is clear that it is useless to prove that all their drinks are in the cupboard, I had to go and pay (exorbitantly!) But this is our mistake. The territory of the hotel is large, everything is green, birds, squirrels! Beauty!!! The pool is unusual, large, there were always enough sun beds. Towels are always near the bar. Wi-Fi works throughout the territory and in the room, no problem, for free!

I had a rest there in mid-October 2023, a good budget hotel in the northern part of Pattaya. Near shopping centers and night markets within walking distance, 5 min walk to the sea!
Quiet green area of the hotel with a nice swimming pool and a relaxation area. Good morning breakfasts.
The rooms are tired, the nights have a pleasant smell from the bathroom, the bathroom is old - yellow. Hygiene kits and slippers on request at the reception, only umbrellas and a safe in the room. The pillows are hard, it is not comfortable to sleep, the air conditioner is very noisy.

Nice hotel, quiet. A large area on which there is a circular swimming pool for adults, a separate children's pool. Breakfast is a buffet, quite a good one. There are pastries, fruits - watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit. For children there are cereals and chocolate balls, fruit salad, yoghurts. The refrigerator in the room is very small, rather it is a mini-bar. There is a kettle, tea pairs and glasses. The hair dryer was broken. The maid took it away... And she never brought it, they dried themselves, it wasn't critical for us. Only the First Channel is on TV from the Russian-speaking ones. There is Wi-Fi.

A very pleasant hotel! Friendly staff, delicious food and the absence of any problems. But be sure to take into account the abundance of animals – geckos, bats, cockroaches and more. But they usually don't cause any inconvenience ☺️
It takes 10 minutes to walk to 7/11, 5-7 minutes to terminal 21. Beach road is about 15 minutes on foot, the same distance to the Chinese market

Отель понравился , расположение супер удачное, особенно если первый раз едете в Паттайю. В 3 минутах ходьбы терминал, где можно поменять деньги и вкусно и недорого поесть на фуд корте. До залива идти пешком минут 10, так туки ходят в любую сторону. Сам отель аккуратный, достаточно чистый , но не новый. Бассейны хорошие, питание тоже отличное за свою стоимость

I recommend pool view rooms - pool view, if with children, it is very convenient to watch them swim. The staff is responsive, speaks English well, goes to a meeting to resolve any issues. The hotel has a parking lot for guests, so it is convenient to use your car.

Nice hotel,great location,everything is nearby,shopping Mallterminal21,Marina center,Festival.massage parlors.We lived in a bungalow, cleaned every day, changed towels, water,tea,coffee,cream,sugar replenished daily.A large swimming pool, we swam even late at night.The sea is dirty nearby, we went to Jomtien and Wangomat.The sea is more or less clear there.If you want a super sea, then it's on the islands.The breakfasts were good, we were not hungry.The only drawback is the ancient air conditioners, which broke down every day, but at our request they were immediately repaired, we communicated through a translator, so there were no problems.The rest was a success for 5.

A very quiet hotel with its own swimming pool inside. Within walking distance from transport, near Terminal 21, close to the northern bus station, which is convenient for a trip to Bangkok, as well as convenient access to the marine market. We are visiting this hotel for the second time, we lived in separate bungalows, rooms for five, separate shower with toilet, air conditioner, safe, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, double bed, plus its own veranda with armchairs and a coffee table. I recommend it!

For the budget three, this is an ideal option in Pattaya. Super location, 5 minutes and you are on dolphins and at Terminal 21. A gorgeous pool in a tropical forest and as if you are not in the city center. Breakfast is normal. Excellent location (near the shopping center Terminal 21 and many shops), a refreshing beautiful swimming pool (divided in half, the water is a couple of degrees difference), green park area. You can go around the sea (to the right leaving the hotel), or by a short road (to the left, go down a large staircase, accompanied by unpleasant sewage smells and along the dirty shore towards the Central beach). The rooms are good, everything works. Mosquitoes arrive in the evening. The breakfasts are hearty and varied (+ several meat dishes). Cleaning every day, tea and coffee bags are brought.

This means that no one will be able to answer how uncomfortable it will be for you to rest here during this period.
We have been vacationing here since June 5th in a room overlooking the garden. What can you say about these numbers?!.. They are ancient. There is not enough light in the room. Those living in rooms overlooking the pool were less fortunate in terms of noise. Rooms are being renovated on the 1st floor. They change everything, including the frames in the window openings. Then it will be beautiful, I think! Light furniture, light renovation... But now there is a daily noise and rumble from drills, regardless of the day of the week.
The pool is functioning. The water was a little muddy the first week of our stay here. This pool has had better times. There is something to compare it with. We have stayed at this hotel more than once. But in 5 days I have never seen it cleaned. A pile of leaves had accumulated at the bottom. It doesn't really bother swimming, but there are still questions... A week later, the pool was still noticed. Therefore, thank you for removing the leaves and the water became crystal clear!
The biggest plus of this hotel is, of course, the breakfasts and the location! The breakfasts here are varied and very tasty! Meat, omelets, side dishes, pastries, fruits. A portion of the dishes is rotated daily. Therefore, we run to breakfast with pleasure, wondering what we will see and try today! Sincere thanks to the chef of the kitchen and his team!!!
According to the location here, it has been written more than once that the hotel is located on a quiet street in an oasis of greenery, not far from the fountain of Three Dolphins and the Terminal 21 shopping center. But the fans of the Best supermarket have to disappoint. He's not here anymore. The territory is fenced and construction work is underway to erect, most likely, another hotel. And the Best was moved a whole block towards the fish market on Nakla Street. The territory of the supermarket has become larger, but since it opened not so long ago, the assortment has not yet been fully restored. They sell only groceries and alcohol.
Well, the most painful part of the current trip... The Internet. It doesn't come from the word at all. For 2 days I had to constantly run to the administrator to get help connecting. On the 3rd day, the connection disappeared, both in the room and on the territory of the hotel. Considering that now tour operators provide information about departure only via WhatsApp, it becomes sad. After 2 days, the Internet appeared, but not everywhere. I had to run to the pool to somehow keep in touch with the world! It is not very comfortable, considering that in the evening it is not very bright on the territory of the hotel and it is time for mosquitoes.
Summary: The hotel is good for 3*, but now there is a lottery to see if you will be lucky with a comfortable stay. I hope that these are temporary difficulties and shortcomings.
