A wonderful hotel, attentive staff from the reception to the beach bar. The rooms are comfortable, there is a kettle in the room, tea accessories, water is replenished every day. Free internet access throughout the territory. The restaurant has a huge selection, everyone will find everything to their taste, from honey in honeycombs to skewers on skewers. The beach is 200 meters from the hotel, there is a bar on the beach with cooling drinks and stunning sea views.

Just a super hotel! And a great vacation with children, and without children! Not the most popular hotel among tourists from the Russian Federation, but in vain!

We had a rest from May 26 to June 8. The hotel is just great. There's not even anything to find fault with. The rooms are new, bright, and simply sparkling. The furniture is white. Snow-white robes. The food is amazing, delicious, and varied. There are 2 bars on the beach. I will definitely return to this hotel. Thanks to the staff. The hotel tour guide is always smiling. Very friendly. I'm always happy to help. Well done.

We rested at the hotel from 22.05.to 30.05.22. We were at this hotel for the first time. I liked everything very much. They settled right away. Wi-Fi is free. The food is excellent! There are three or four types of fish every day and in different preparations. Mussels, shrimp, sushi are all there. Meat chicken, turkey, lamb, veal, beef, tongue daily for every taste. Absolutely everything drinks, fruits watermelon, melon, strawberries, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, apples, pears. The pastries are varied. There were 2 types of soup every day, always different. Cakes and pies do not count the assortment. The beach and pier are excellent, the bars there are also top-notch. Thanks a lot to all the staff.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2021. Check-in was late in the evening, but we were taken to the hotel restaurant and fed. While we were in the restaurant, our documents were left at the reception, where they were processed. After the restaurant, we were given room keys and given all our documents, and we also paid for Wi-Fi upon check-in, then it was paid. We went up to the room, our luggage was delivered in about 2-3 minutes. We were given a room with a sea view, without any additional charges. The rooms are large, white, and clean.
As for the food, the food is 5 plus. The choice is huge, for different tastes and requests. Drinks were brought by waiters who were always smiling. If you are on the beach, you can also eat there, there is a cafe where you can get a burger and French fries. Also on the beach in the same cafe (ice cream is served at certain hours). There is a pier on the beach where you can get water and various drinks. Waffles with different toppings, a burger, potatoes, and ice cream are served near the pool in the cafe. There is a bar near the reception where you can get cocktails and various drinks in the evening. In general, it is simply impossible to stay hungry.
You can walk from the hotel to the beach, it's not a long walk, if you don't want to walk, then golf cars drive, which are delivered to the beach and picked up from the beach. Beach towels are given out at the spa, where you return them after the beach. All this is done with "tokens".
From the hotel you can walk along the promenade along other hotels and if you like hiking as much as we do, then you can walk to the sights of Side.
The hotel staff were always happy to help and come to the rescue if necessary. The rooms were always cleaned cleanly and in our absence. The mini bar in the room was initially filled with various drinks, and then only with drinking water (as we were told upon check-in) (but we always left a tip and we were replenished with various drinks, not just water, as on arrival). The hotel is also aimed at vacationers with children.
I liked the rest at the hotel, we think we will come back here again. We definitely recommend it!

I really liked the hotel. It looks well-groomed, clean, neat.
The receptionist is very polite, speaks Russian, unfortunately I did not remember the name.
There was a guide from anex Ramadan - also excellent. He told us everything very interestingly, although usually meetings with guides caused us negativity.
In the hotel itself, all the staff is very polite.
Great spa. The staff there is also super, they make a discount from the price list. We took a classic massage, I quite liked it. The heated pool was working (although initially the tour operator said that the pools did not work in all of Turkey). The sauna was working, and the panoramic view of the pool from the Finnish sauna was simply gorgeous.
The food is varied, every day chicken / red meat + fish. A large selection of cheeses, salads, etc. There are vegetarian positions, but there are almost no vegan ones. Keep this in mind if there is a request.
Due to the pandemic, the food in the restaurant is served by the staff, you can not do it yourself. Drinks are brought by waiters. But we even liked it. There were no queues for food, everything worked very quickly.
Wi-Fi is paid, but cheaper than buying a local SIM card. Although we have heard that it does not work well. They didn't use it themselves.
There is a promenade near the hotel, 3 kilometers to the old Side. There are ruins there, it's very beautiful. There are many places where there is glass instead of the usual road, and there are ruins under the glass too. Very European. Comfortably. All this is free, paid only to the local colosseum and the museum, but even without it there is something to see. Turkish cuisine is almost nowhere to be found there, European cuisine is everywhere.
We didn't use the beach, so there's not much to say, but it doesn't look very pretty. But there is a Pier there. In summer, the pier should be cool and comfortable.
Questionable points:
Transparent toilets and showers. The toilet is perfectly visible from the bed, especially if the light is on inside. The glass there is not frosted, but polka dots. And these polka dots are completely transparent. If you go as a couple, it is tolerable, but with friends or children, it is probably not very convenient.
There is a similar problem with transparency in some public toilets. The glass is already frosted there, but in places the picture looks good anyway.
The next point is cleaning the room. The cleaning is frankly so-so. We didn't wipe the dust, and then we drew hearts with our finger in the dust. Linen change is only on request. Tipping did not solve the cleaning issue.
The minibar is replenished without reminders with water.
Well, the last thing that was not a disadvantage for us, but suddenly it is important to someone: there are a lot of football players in the hotel. As we understand it, they are there all the time. For young people, this is a plus, rather. But the players are not noisy. They often have gatherings, field trips, and are almost invisible during the day. And especially in the evening too. Polite, everything is fine.
In general, the hotel is a solid five. We can definitely recommend it.

We were vacationing at the hotel with a friend in mid-October 2021.
We are spending our holidays at this hotel for the 4th time, the last time we rested in 2019, before quarantine,,,, the conditions of stay at the hotel are good, the rooms are comfortable, but over the past 2 years the hotel has changed a little and requires cosmetic repairs in the rooms. But even these minor flaws do not spoil the impression of staying at the hotel. The food is excellent and varied, lots of fruits, the cuisine is varied and very tasty bread, its own bakery.
The service for 2 years with coronovirus has not changed much, the table setting in the restaurant has changed a little, but apparently this is due to anti-slip measures, which makes the restaurant less attractive,.. I think disposable tablecloths and napkins on the tables would not hurt,.. paper napkins can also be made in single packages, and not run to to the waiter and ask for napkins to wipe your mouth and hands, it's inconvenient to do it with alcohol!
Resting in this hotel every time I check in, I really admire the beautiful design of the hotel in terms of "Lighting solutions"!!!! I really like the designer's ideas in lighting all the interiors, and especially all the halls, it decorates the hotel and makes it modern and beautiful!!!

Also, for all my visits to this hotel, we were very glad to see and hear a wonderful and very decent Guide - Alexandra Shevtsova. Alexandra is a very friendly and knowledgeable specialist!!! She always solves the problems of hotel guests and eliminates conflict situations!
During our check-in, we were very upset that Alexandra was transferred to another hotel! We do not know the reason, but in our opinion the hotel management has lost an excellent specialist, who are very few now!!!
We hope to see her at this hotel many more times!
We would like to express our negative conclusion about the shops located in the hotel, located next to the restaurant,... over the past 3 years, nothing has changed here, these shops do not attract visitors, vacationers and prices either,... apparently the tenants do not have the wit to do or change something in the shops so that they they were in demand! And the sellers themselves are not always friendly!!!
But even with such comments, we like this hotel and we hope that it will flourish and become even more interesting and comfortable!
The hotel is located next to the sea, has its own beach and a restaurant on the beach, which is very convenient for vacationers! The food is delicious for both adults and children!!!
All the services of the hotel are 5, not worse, but even better than in other hotels in European countries!

Well, let's go. Turkey is the second country we have visited after the Dominican Republic. In general, initially it seemed that Turkey was the same dirty Sochi, but no. We arrived at six in the evening, placed in a room with a view of the wasteland and the mountains - it is very beautiful at sunset and dawn. The hotel is new (2014, it seems), everything is in excellent condition, everything is working, everything is new. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is varied, there is something new every day, but there was. There was always chicken, turkey, and mutton on the last day. Everything is really delicious, thanks to the chefs. I generally ate only meat and scrambled eggs for breakfast)) the staff is friendly, always ready to help, there was a problem with the safe in the room several times - the problem was solved within five minutes. Once in the evening they even helped to order pizza from the city (a large pizza for $ 5)) there is a lot of alcohol in the bar, only local is free, but there is a lot of choice. They make different cocktails, I only drank beer - it's one here- Efes, but it tastes many times better than ours. Well, a couple more rum and Coke will do. The Internet is paid. Apparently, they are trying to earn money because of the pandemic. A week is 15 euros. (I paid with a card in lira, it also turns out) it takes 4-5 minutes to get to the beach slowly. On a small descent. Cars drive (I forgot what they are called) every 15 minutes, although the schedule says that every hour. There is a bar on the beach, open from 10 am to 4 pm. From alcohol, only beer was fine with me)) you can eat fast food and salads there from 12:30 to 14:30. Sun loungers are free on the beach, closer to the sea you can only take them in the morning early or after lunch, but there are always free places. (Early October) there is a private pier, a very large pier with sun loungers and a bar, where you can finally jump into the water directly from it or go down the stairs into the water (about 2.2 meters deep- a little deeper.) The water in October is just a cannon. Fresh in the morning, warms up by lunch. But my wife only went into the water at lunch. They organize volleyball on their beach. In the morning- at 10 o'clock- charging in the same place. You go swimming - you leave things calmly, no one stole anything from anyone in front of me, not like in Sochi (they tried to get into my briefcase right in front of me on the beach)) there are a lot of cats and dogs on the embankment, all friendly and do not touch each other. There is always a huge FAT black cat lying by the beach - just a well-fed panther)) I walked along the embankment only towards the ancient theater. You can walk a couple of kilometers to Cairo. It is better, of course, to do this in the morning or in the evening, when it is not hot. Especially in summer)) I can write here - I can't rewrite it)) I tried Shava, bought some clothes, went to novamall on foot, and to the ancient theater too, but I won't describe everything. By the way, the hotel has saunas and swimming pools included in the price, it's a pity that I went to the spa area only on the last day- the sauna is well lit, and after that you cool down well in the pool, super! Yes, animation is difficult here, both for children and adults. I don't understand why aching people can't read reviews about it first, then choose a hotel. Sometimes you get tired of going downhill from the beach, then no one entertains you. Just spoiled and lazy whiners complaining. It takes an hour and a half by bus from the airport. On the way, he stops at a souvenir shop - everything is expensive there. Of course, I liked the Hotel. If I was already out of breath for 7 out of 11 days in the Dominican Republic, then I definitely didn't have enough for another week, at least. Considering that we haven't gone on excursions yet. I liked the hotel - It was cozy. Attentive staff, varied food for every taste - fish, turkey, chicken, cutlets, meat, vegetables. Convenient location (second line, but it is convenient to go down to the beach in 5-7 minutes along a beautiful path). Restaurant on the beach (you don't have to go to transfer for lunch). You can walk in both directions along the embankment or go out for a transfer to the city (Side, Manavgat, etc.) I took off the star for paid wi-fi (although I knew about it and there were no problems for me- I did not suffer (a real vacation without communication.., you can connect tele 2 roaming for 1100rub. and always be in touch))) I will be happy to come again)
