Well, let's go. Turkey is the second country we have visited after the Dominican Republic. In general, initially it seemed that Turkey was the same dirty Sochi, but no. We arrived at six in the evening, placed in a room with a view of the wasteland and the mountains - it is very beautiful at sunset and dawn. The hotel is new (2014, it seems), everything is in excellent condition, everything is working, everything is new. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is varied, there is something new every day, but there was. There was always chicken, turkey, and mutton on the last day. Everything is really delicious, thanks to the chefs. I generally ate only meat and scrambled eggs for breakfast)) the staff is friendly, always ready to help, there was a problem with the safe in the room several times - the problem was solved within five minutes. Once in the evening they even helped to order pizza from the city (a large pizza for $ 5)) there is a lot of alcohol in the bar, only local is free, but there is a lot of choice. They make different cocktails, I only drank beer - it's one here- Efes, but it tastes many times better than ours. Well, a couple more rum and Coke will do. The Internet is paid. Apparently, they are trying to earn money because of the pandemic. A week is 15 euros. (I paid with a card in lira, it also turns out) it takes 4-5 minutes to get to the beach slowly. On a small descent. Cars drive (I forgot what they are called) every 15 minutes, although the schedule says that every hour. There is a bar on the beach, open from 10 am to 4 pm. From alcohol, only beer was fine with me)) you can eat fast food and salads there from 12:30 to 14:30. Sun loungers are free on the beach, closer to the sea you can only take them in the morning early or after lunch, but there are always free places. (Early October) there is a private pier, a very large pier with sun loungers and a bar, where you can finally jump into the water directly from it or go down the stairs into the water (about 2.2 meters deep- a little deeper.) The water in October is just a cannon. Fresh in the morning, warms up by lunch. But my wife only went into the water at lunch. They organize volleyball on their beach. In the morning- at 10 o'clock- charging in the same place. You go swimming - you leave things calmly, no one stole anything from anyone in front of me, not like in Sochi (they tried to get into my briefcase right in front of me on the beach)) there are a lot of cats and dogs on the embankment, all friendly and do not touch each other. There is always a huge FAT black cat lying by the beach - just a well-fed panther)) I walked along the embankment only towards the ancient theater. You can walk a couple of kilometers to Cairo. It is better, of course, to do this in the morning or in the evening, when it is not hot. Especially in summer)) I can write here - I can't rewrite it)) I tried Shava, bought some clothes, went to novamall on foot, and to the ancient theater too, but I won't describe everything. By the way, the hotel has saunas and swimming pools included in the price, it's a pity that I went to the spa area only on the last day- the sauna is well lit, and after that you cool down well in the pool, super! Yes, animation is difficult here, both for children and adults. I don't understand why aching people can't read reviews about it first, then choose a hotel. Sometimes you get tired of going downhill from the beach, then no one entertains you. Just spoiled and lazy whiners complaining. It takes an hour and a half by bus from the airport. On the way, he stops at a souvenir shop - everything is expensive there. Of course, I liked the Hotel. If I was already out of breath for 7 out of 11 days in the Dominican Republic, then I definitely didn't have enough for another week, at least. Considering that we haven't gone on excursions yet. I liked the hotel - It was cozy. Attentive staff, varied food for every taste - fish, turkey, chicken, cutlets, meat, vegetables. Convenient location (second line, but it is convenient to go down to the beach in 5-7 minutes along a beautiful path). Restaurant on the beach (you don't have to go to transfer for lunch). You can walk in both directions along the embankment or go out for a transfer to the city (Side, Manavgat, etc.) I took off the star for paid wi-fi (although I knew about it and there were no problems for me- I did not suffer (a real vacation without communication.., you can connect tele 2 roaming for 1100rub. and always be in touch))) I will be happy to come again)

Great hotel! Modern rooms, beautiful interior, helpful staff. Daily cleaning service. Very tasty food, thanks to the chefs. There are many bars in the hotel, you can find a place for every taste in the evening: dancing, or playing board games, or watching animals :)) For me, the most important advantage of the hotel was a huge pier with sun beds and a bar. We went there in the morning, had lunch on the beach, walked back to the pier and returned to the hotel for dinner. There are 3 descents to the sea from the pier. The food at the beach bar was as delicious as at the restaurant. The hotel is located on the second line, it takes just a few minutes to walk to the sea, but there is also a foundling. We were very satisfied with the rest.

A very nice hotel. We rested at the hotel in mid-October 2019, excellent delicious food, a good beach, a stove in the sea...very long and shallow...If it's for children, it's fine...We swam only from the pier. The pier is very large, there is a bar with drinks on it...A nice beach bar where you can have lunch. The beach is not far away, as it seems on the map...just 3 minutes of calm walking along a good path and you are there...We weren't interested in animation and the pool, so we didn't go there. Very nice Spa area, cozy rooms, cleaning every day. In the rooms, the safe is free, Wi-Fi is paid for 7 days - 15 euros. There is a promenade along the shore where you can walk. I liked everything very much!

We had a rest in March 2021. Check-in: check-in is fast. The room is basically normal and clean, cleaned regularly. But the numbers clearly need to be updated. The towels smell of something. After the incident, we didn't let anyone in to clean up.
The territory: there is none, a couple of pools + a children's pool, a mini amphitheater, everything. Wi-Fi is paid for 7 days, 15 euros, etc. as few days as possible, as much as possible.
The hotel itself: The design is beautiful, there is a warm pool, a hammam, a good gym. Billiards on deposit, tennis. Hammam with a hammam attendant and massage, etc. - for money. The animation was the same singer, every other day. The elevators worked well at first, but after an increase in the number of guests, they started to mess up.
Beach: not far 4-5 minutes, in a straight line, then down the stairs. There is a bar on the beach, sun loungers, the main dome was not opened on the pier, it is being prepared for the season, it must be great. The sea has a shallow clay bottom, like slabs.
Food: standard, there was little, sliced fruit, herring in all its guises, but everything is edible, even bland. Well, it's probably not the season yet. There was meat, turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, fish. There are a lot of cakes for every taste, I liked them. But the coffee is not delicious from the machines, as if "nescafe" is instant, there is also "Turkish coffee" custard in bars and pizza in the restaurant is still delicious. Juices are the cheapest of the packs for children, nectar is probably with 10% juice content. Bottled lemonades, normal tea, nothing red wine, pink and white with a disgusting smell. There are also free cocktails in bars, but all this is so chemical, so you can take a sample. The staff are waiters and bartenders, friendly, prompt.
Guests: 95% Russians, Turks, and Turkish football players, the hotel has some kind of contract there.
The maid broke a lamp during cleaning, they put a fine on us, nothing can be proved, the police are always on the side of hoteliers. I had to pay, they promised to spoil the flight. The security of the room is poor, everything is covered in glass, everything is hanging on "snot". The hotel is obviously saving a lot on everything. There is no animation, every other day, the same songs for 1 hour, from a local singer.

We stayed at this hotel during the 2019 season. Beautiful interiors, spacious room, all-inclusive meals. The sea is a 5-10 minute walk away. The disadvantage, in my opinion, is that there is only one path on the beach.If you do not take a sunbed near it, then it is difficult to go to the sea because the sand is hot. And there are stones in the sea. The guide offered to use the nearby beach.

We are currently resting at this hotel.We took 9 nights- quite enough not to turn the rest into Groundhog Day. In general, the hotel does not pull for 5* with UAL - a good 4ka. The territory is very small, 1 children's pool (paddling pool) with small slides and 1 adult pool with a fountain and waterfall, Maxim.the depth is 1.4m - for such a number of vacationers, one pool is not enough. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, BUT you are already walking uphill back - in the heat with children and swimming facilities, of course, it is stressful, it can also be uncomfortable for the elderly.I used to take a shuttle to the beach, but it was canceled for some reason. There are big stones in the sea on the beach of the hotel, we went to the right, to the beaches of other hotels, there is clean sand.. The beach bar is good, but there are few tables, sometimes everything is busy at lunch. The rooms are nice, modern finishes and plumbing, a comfortable bed, but a very strange design solution is to make transparent partitions between the toilet and shower...I had to close the door with a towel. The room has everything you need, only an air freshener was not found in the toilet, they asked at the reception-they said that the concept was not provided...It's time to replace the linen and towels -everything is dilapidated, with holes (obviously not for 5k UAL))). There was a Fanta-Cola soda in the mini-bar at check-in, then only water...which is also not similar to the UAL concept.. The huge disadvantages of the hotel are paid Internet and a weak animation team. We highly recommend that the hotel management reconsider the decision on wi-fi...we found something to save on, last year it was free.This is not an additional service, but a part of a modern lifestyle. Now we bought the Internet for 7 days for 15 euros. Now about animation, it seems to be there and at the same time it is not...We need a good team of "lighters" with interesting events.. 5 stars for all 100! I really liked the SPA! The in-room safe is free of charge. The massage therapists are professional. But it's not cheap. From $25 per session for a medical back massage to $35 depending on the season. Restaurants are great! At the same time, there is everything for a healthy diet. Gym, indoor pool, saunas... Well, there is a convenient walking path along the sea to the ancient Side, about 3.5 km on foot one way. A wonderful walk after breakfast!

Decent enough, naturally local alcohol. The rooms are new . Everyone writes that the toilet doors are glass, yes, that's right, but if you're sitting inside, you can't be seen. A very cool concept, absolutely all doors starting from the Spa are glass, but not transparent. Good animation, there is a children's room where your child will be monitored for free. From the menu, you can quite find both children and vegans, for every taste, reasonable prices for souvenirs in local shops inside the hotel, prices are even cheaper than in street bazaars, sellers are willing to bargain, give gifts. Everyone will find a vacation here to suit their taste. We are very lucky with the weather, if anyone doubts, there are no more than 30 degrees in the afternoon. Come and you will be satisfied.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from August 31st to September 12th. The first thing that struck me was the paid Internet. The lack of air conditioning in the corridors and elevators was annoying, especially in this heat. The lack of coffee products on site. I had to wait for a cup of coffee, sometimes for a long time, while the bartender made cocktails for other vacationers. The hotel is huge and there are only 2 small pools, there were not enough sun beds for everyone. The worst thing was in the restaurant, when the best tables were reserved for Germans, of course for a fee. Even the tables that did not have a sign ( reserved) were sometimes not allowed by the waiters. Ignoring Russian vacationers, of course, German vacationers were a priority. They just danced in front of them. Although the hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are cozy and the food is excellent. But I found a lot of disadvantages for myself and it prevented me from having a good rest. Moreover, we rest in Turkey every year and there is something to compare it with. I think that we will not go to this hotel for a vacation anymore.

THE WORST VACATION OF MY LIFE

Previously, I never liked to write reviews about the hotels I visited, did not register specifically and was never inclined to criticize everything around, whether it was a worn door in the room or a waiter who did not smile or any other nonsense about crumbs on the table, but then I just got bombed and I can't not write!!! Maybe this will serve as a lesson to someone, or maybe it will save them from making the wrong decision or choice. I had been to Turkey 3 times before, all in the top five, there was not a single serious claim. I have looked at many countries, before that I was in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo), Korea, China, Czech Republic, Finland, Dominican Republic, in general, I am not a beginner in this business and I want to share with you the trash that happened to me at THE SENSE DELUXE 5* hotel.
Disappointment No. 1. Paid Internet

The first thing I met was a paid Wi-Fi. The hotel is ultra - it is paid. When I bought the tour, it was free, but during the time the "concept changed" and I had to pay 34 euros when leaving. By the way, the connection to each individual device is paid separately. That is, if you have 2 phones and a tablet, you can multiply the amount three times.(I attach photos with prices). Moreover, the management's bullying does not end there. If, for example, you bought for 10 days, and then you want to extend it, then the extension via the phone is already more expensive(((
Disappointment No. 2. The quality of the furniture and towels.

The hotel management refused to turn on the air conditioner during my vacation under the pretext: "but we are personally cold." And this was at a temperature of +25 +27 in the afternoon, when my windows of the Junior Suite faced south and the room warmed up after lunch so that it was just tin. Hot air is coming from the windows, and they can't be opened for a long time because the neighbors smoke all the time, all the smoke in the room. It just freaked me out. The reception refused to compensate somehow with at least some kind of compliment. I offered them myself: give them at least a fan or a fruit plate or at least a spa or at least something. They told me, "This is not our problem." At that second, I realized what kind of ass I was in and that from that time on, my vacation would follow the scenario of forgotten Soviet resorts. But the money I paid for this hotel caused me a deep sense of sadness and disappointment from the upcoming vacation.
Disappointment No. 4. Prices range from 7 to 15 euros for free drinks.

Bar. This is generally a separate story. Not only that, half of the bartenders look either from school or from the maids. They are slow, rude, in no hurry, they cannot prepare the simplest cocktails from their own menu, so they also constantly introduce idiotic rules and change prices. If someone had written to me like that, I myself would not have believed that in the top five of this level of the EMIR network, such BULLSHIT is possible))) But I took a picture of these pages from their price list. Look at the photos before and after the price of, for example, Irish coffee and a cosmopolitan cocktail. I think very few people have ever encountered this, living on the ULTRA all-inclusive system. I emphasize the word ULTRA.
Disappointment No. 5. The arbitrariness of the hotel.

They replace the word "arbitrariness" everywhere with the beautiful word "hotel concept" and believe that they can do whatever they want without explanation. Slip a dirty high chair to a child in a restaurant because there are no clean ones, turn off almost all the lights at the hotel at night, do not clean the pool for two weeks, close the beach bar during the day simply because you wanted to, stop bringing new food during breakfast, lunch and dinner if the old one has already been eaten. In fish Alaska, do not give fish to children, since fish is only for adults.
Disappointment No. 6. You're just money to them.

If you look at everything that happens in the hotel, you can see that they save hard on everything. On staff, on food, on entertainment. There is no animation. Other hotels have music, dancing, and this one is quiet. They even have a day off on Sunday (I'm attaching a photo). By the way, the children's room does not work this day (by the way, on normal days it is only 4 hours a day). By the way, for Anex Tour, this also applies to you. No desire to help. There is one answer to all our complaints - write complaints. The point of the guide?. We can also write complaints via the Internet. Firstly, this is far from the first line. It takes 5 minutes to climb a steep mountain. It's not very convenient with a child, but okay. Secondly, well, this is not a 5-star hotel in any way. Sooooo tired rooms, There is no Cleaning from the word at all, the roller blinds do not work and are torn in both rooms, linen with holes, towels too, and they are already super gray, once although they were white.
A lot of football players, boys 13-16 years old. They have training camps here, 5 teams at once.
On the plus side, the spa is clean, the food is not bad, but the staff is not very friendly.
So, in general, I do not recommend it, if someone suddenly wants to come here, let others consider other options.

An excellent offer, as according to international standards, check-in is at 14:00.. about 12 o'clock we were sitting in the bar, an employee came up to us and said we could check in. Everyone is very attentive. during this time, I managed to swim in the pool, see the entire lower floor, sit in the sauna and visit the steam room. what is very important, there is a locker room with lockers with combination locks. While waiting, you can close your things and not worry about anything. on floor -1 there is a very pleasant bar for relaxation, but there is no alcohol there, for whom it is important. But there is an ice cream parlor and a pastry shop.There is also a billiards table and a children's room. a variety of cocktails are made in the lobby bar at the reception. Each table has a menu with free and paid items.

I left the room for lunch, left the TV on, everything is working. breakfast is always on top, lunch too. The second disappointment is cleaning the room. Yes, the bed was made, toilet paper was added, but the rug was not vacuumed. Yes, I love sunflower seeds, I can't help myself, But garbage remains from them, Well, I expected that it would be removed. only my sunflower seeds were not removed, but I also found traces of garbage from previous tenants under the bed. the room has a kettle and tea, coffee and sugar. That is, I checked in the room had two bottles of shower gel, two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner. I live in a room by myself, and I didn't have enough of these detergents for 2 days.
Another moment I had a cover letter from tophotels, which I provide already in the third hotel, and they don't pay attention to it anywhere. but it's like a warning that there will be reviews Such as they are. This is a chance for them to improve the service and get good recommendations.

about the bed.... apparently they don't change it... Well, I have 2 beds, I'll sleep on the second one. and what should those who do not have extra beds do? begging again?
