A magical hotel. I liked absolutely everything.
Magnificent rooms with designer renovation. A huge bed. A comfortable mattress. The choice of pillows. An airy blanket.
The service is at the highest level. The breakfasts are beyond praise - mega tasty and varied.
A wonderful spa.
I will definitely come back again.

Oh, yes! This is a hotel for hedonists! You can live your life in different ways! But always set the bar higher. Life will correct and lower it a little lower, if not finalized. Spare no money on this chain hotel, no matter what country you stay in. It is pleasant that the Kazakh side also complies with the terms of the franchise. We only stop there! I won't describe it, take a look for yourself. That's the way it is. The only thing is that the main restaurant should have a rich menu of Kazakh cuisine! Otherwise, we'll cook if necessary! After all, the delicious cuisine of Kazakhstan is not a poor salad with strachella!

Very sincere service! The breakfasts are super delicious! Perhaps at the moment the best hotel in the capital of Kazakhstan. The next time I'm in Astana, I'll just check in here. Of the disadvantages, there is not much wi-fi, a couple of times during the stay there was no Internet. The room was cold upon check-in, but the staff gave three heaters and it quickly became warm. Overall, the impression was very good from staying here!

Before that, we stayed in the chain of this hotel in Cairo and Dubai, everything was at the highest level.
Here, the LCD began with the fact that the staff at the entrance to my greeting, simply remained silent.
There was no bed for a child in the room, the promised compliment upon check-in at the rate we selected.
There is no tea, kettle, or coffee in the room.
In the restaurant, requests were forgotten, and there was a hair in the child's dish.
The room itself is beautiful. The layout and cosmetics are good.
But after the road, you want comfort, and not to wait for an hour for a kettle, a bed for a child, etc.

A great hotel with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Gulnar's manager. We stayed in a deluxe room - the room is spacious, even taking into account the presence of two small children. Spacious bathroom, shower and toilet area.
One of the drawbacks is a somewhat cramped area at the entrance to the hotel, when an event is taking place in a neighboring building (it seems to be a banquet hall at the hotel). In this case, the valet parking services are very helpful.
In addition, at times the water in the mixer changed from warm to cool-cold. Most likely, it's the mixer in a particular room. I was not impressed with the breakfasts - I expected more.
The pool is small and convenient for older children (depth 1.3 meters). However, there are few sunbeds. The SPA area is also small and the steam rooms are somewhat cramped.
I have not been to the bars and restaurants of the hotel, so no comments.
Overall, I liked everything very much.

The hotel bar is amazing, with attentive and pleasant bartenders and an unforgettable atmosphere with live music! Bed linen, pillows and a blanket are a separate kind of pleasure ) these are real 5 stars, not sucked out of your finger!

Beautiful and luxurious in the best sense! At first, it was confusing that it was located a little away from the very center (which is important when you come on business) - but this is actually not a problem at any time of the day, everything turns out quickly. But a few steps away is a park for walking and jogging.
An excellent and varied breakfast, a wonderful team, a room and a view of the river are very, very in the heart!

A wonderful hotel! I love St. Regens Astana. The largest and most beautiful rooms. The most attentive staff. The anniversary was celebrated there for the second time and I was satisfied with everything again. Anastasia Butler left us a simply amazing gift with a cake, a huge plate of delicious chocolate, flowers and a lovely note. The room itself is just a paradise for a romantic trip. The view of the river from the room is fantastic. We also really liked the spa (hammam treatment). Thank you very much to the girls for taking care! I do not know a better hotel in Astana. Thank you very much and see you next year!

This is the third time I have stayed at this wonderful hotel. In December, I came on a special private visit with my wife.
One of the best hotels in which you had to stay in many countries of the world!
In addition to the wonderful cuisine and magnificent rooms, I would like to note the impeccable professional training of the staff at all levels: from reception to ventilation technicians. Szhba dvorecycles -0 is super!
One wish: there are no changing rooms in the pool and you have to walk down the cool corridor to the spa area with wet clothes. This is especially inconvenient with young children. We have observed such pictures several times. I think changing rooms would be appropriate. But this is at the discretion of the hotel management.
