A wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room is cleaned every day (in addition to cleaning, the bed and towels are changed every day) the room has everything for living. The breakfasts are good, not varied, but hearty. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is super, in the center, on a quiet street. The noise insulation from the street is gorgeous, with the window closed you can't hear anything at all. There are good restaurants and shops nearby. Umbrellas for guests in rainy weather. In a word: a very good hotel! And the cost per room is average for Rome, considering that the hotel is located in the center.
An interesting (designer) hotel. The rooms are decorated in black and white style. The glass door to the bathroom had no sound insulation, and ours also didn't close well. The door is heavy and slightly askew. The room is representative, though. but not a big one. One closet with a couple of drawers, hangers, and a safe. One suitcase had to be left on the floor, because it was impossible to hang all the things in the closet. It seems that the hotel is preferred by business travelers, because people were constantly changing at breakfast. The windows overlook a side street or a ring road, so they almost didn't open - it's winter. The old building opposite was slightly blocked from the road, but there are a lot of cars there and you can still hear them. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a coffee maker (tea and coffee supplies), a mini-bar. Very good breakfasts by Italian standards: porridge, bacon, fried eggs, stewed and fresh vegetables, pastries. There is a rooftop bar, but it didn't work in winter. It's all clear. Very good audibility, and who walks in the hallway, and sufficient audibility of neighboring rooms. It is well located: close to the Spanish Steps - min.15. Once we got to the Termini railway station for 25-30 minutes, so we preferred to take the metro or taxi. In general, I liked it. By the way, the hotel has smartphones that can be used for free for city calls and as a navigator in Rome - Super convenient! At the beginning of the check-in, you need to leave a cash deposit or a card number. One of the managers asked us a couple of times to pay for the room, although the reservation was on a prepayment basis. We said that everything was paid for, she checked and confirmed. I don't see any malicious intent here, but be careful. And also, take the checks. It seems it's better to check everything in Rome. The impressions of the hotel are good. I want to go to Rome!

A great hotel for your money. There is a park nearby, a quiet place. It's close to the center. Cool restaurant terrace on the 7th floor! But the rooms are small, but this is the norm for Italy.
Small rooms. The rest is solid European 4 ka. The city tax is charged upon departure. Leave the required amount. Otherwise, it will not be a pleasant surprise
