As always, everything is on top. The service, the serving, the food itself, the variety... There were guests who do not eat gluten and meat - they were delighted, as there is a large selection for different guests. One guest wanted spicy ramen - jalapeno was served without any problems. Thank you very much for maintaining the restaurant at a high level for many years. And, of course, the view is beautiful. It's just a pity that you won't go out on the balcony in winter.

My family came from Kaliningrad to Minsk for a week. They came to this restaurant to view the city from the height of the 28th floor (!!!). View of the city ... Words cannot convey it! Everything was delicious (We ate soups (the child also ate cauliflower steak and chicken cutlets). The service is excellent. Serving dishes is a direct ritual (we rarely go to such real restaurants))). The restaurant hall is excellent. Please specify about the dishes. The kitchen is somewhat exotic (but adapted). Ramen soup, peculiar (I didn't know about that)), delicious. My wife liked the fish soup.

A nice, expensive place in the center of Minsk with a great view.
We watched the fireworks - it was very beautiful.
Good cuisine, pleasant waiters, interesting wine list, good cocktails.
We took sea bass tartar with pike caviar - very tasty, good ear, grilled dorado, pike cutlets - not very much, liked (over-dried).
Cocktails: negroni - standard naplo, variation on the theme of white Russian I do not remember the name (Ask ...) - delicious.
Sparkling wine is of a good level, moderately chilled, etc.
In general: pleasant atmosphere, professional staff, good cuisine, great view.
It is better to have a table by the window but away from the stage, the musical accompaniment is loud and for an amateur (not very professional).
In general, I recommend it.

So. In our trips to restaurants, we got to The View. We ordered different dishes in different categories, but first about the restaurant itself.
1. Reservation - everything is easy to find out, the reservation goes by name, there are tables for all companies.
2. The place is the 28th floor of the tower, as a result, the whole of Minsk is visible. The interior is beautiful, the decoration is made in the same style, a good place. There is a smoking area on the terrace, where there are places to sit and you can see other places in Minsk.
Well, now to the food. The hot dishes are wonderful, the gratins are perfectly made, the meat parts of the dishes (steak, cutlets, stewed meat) are very well made, the roasting is seasoned, the textures of the dishes are excellent, the decoration is on top. The man also took soup and gyoza, the design and taste were excellent.
The salads are good, the taste is well chosen, but there is nothing more to say.
Desserts - we took fondans, which are classic and delicious, excellent design and technique.
They also took a branded dessert, with excellent decoration... But the taste... unfortunately, I didn't like it, maybe I'm just not a fan of this, the problem is that when served in porridge, there is chocolate, sorbet and fruit parts, a large mixture of textures and different flavors, I advise if you do not mix, but type in a spoon just a little bit.
But still, it's 5 out of 5.
The last column is the price. It will be more than in some similar establishments, the average check per person turned out to be around 100 plus rubles, a little more expensive than in other similar places, but as for me this is a normal price, plus do not forget the place, excellent panoramic view and good design, there are very few places with such a view in Minsk.

Half the time I was just taking pictures of what was brought to us. But after that, the taste sensations were even cooler than the visual ones))). Whatever you think, this is the first time in my life I've been in a normal restaurant, I'll say that I've been a wedding photographer for 18 years, and I visit many establishments every year. That is, there is something to compare it with. And The View is the best - that's for sure. For the price, of course, this is not a budget place. But it's 100% worth it. The approximate order is as follows: for two at lunch we ate a salad and a delicious meat and fish dish, drank 2 cocktails and tea - 230 rubles. I didn't feel like eating until morning. In the sequel... The toilet corresponds to the quality of food and service, that is, it is just as pleasant and beautiful. You can go out on the terrace and take a look at the whole of Minsk to the ring road and even further. Amazing view!
