The view from the window is beautiful, yes, the waiters are very nice. That's the end of the pros for me. Especially disappointed with the food! The soup was incredibly salty, there was no sharpness (and spices in general) in it (it was ramen, it shouldn't just be very salty), for some reason they put seaweed there... Irish coffee seemed to consist of 80% sugar

The view is really good. This is where all the advantages end. The staff is so arrogant, it's like they got hit in the face with a brick. They didn't show me to a table. I waited for the waiter for 10 minutes, despite the fact that there were (except for me) 3 tables occupied in the hall, who were already finishing their meal. The Americano portion is like espresso, only without water. I chose fish soup, where 2 pieces of red fish, 3 pieces of white, the broth was poured from a kettle (a claim for an interesting serve?), there was boiled arugula in the soup. They never came up and asked if I needed anything else. The atmosphere is depressing for some reason. They didn't even call the elevator at the exit. In general, the view is 10, everything else is 0.

The administrator has the same honor as the president of the United States.
And that much-vaunted view from the window looks depressing.
There is no food at all, the portions are small.

We came to Minsk from Moscow and wanted to visit "one of the best", as suggested by the Internet, establishments in Minsk.
1. The menu is meager, the salad with spinach and shrimp turned out to be bland and tasteless.
2. The hostess made unhappy grimaces at requests to show other vacant seats. I had to sit down in the smoking room, where there was a more or less nice view, and not a view of the roof.
3. As a result, an empty smoking room, where everything around is saturated with smoking, is used by visitors as a regular smoking room, which is strictly prohibited in the food zone. Therefore, if you suddenly get there and eat bland dishes, get ready to inhale smoke as well.
4. For all the time, no one has approached us and offered us a place in a more favorable place.
The restaurant left a disgusting impression, so it was decided to leave the premises immediately and not return there again.

The restaurant is exclusively for a beautiful view of Minsk with a good table. The menu selection is small, the dishes to taste are common for such a price, you can't wait for the waiter. It would seem that there is a large wine list, but most of the wines are only by the bottle, and of the few that are by the glass, the ordered one was not available.
A place for one time for beautiful photos, but definitely not for gastronomic pleasure

We had dinner together with my husband. A wonderful summer evening, a beautiful view of the city, sunset..... and there is no service on the view terrace. Why???? It's very disappointing.
As a musical accompaniment - playing the piano.
It turned out to be a prim, boring dinner, despite the good serving and taste of the dishes.
The next day we went to the Ember view restaurant in the next building and got high there. The score was the same, but the pleasure was much greater.

We booked a table in advance, the boarding in the hall was almost complete. They did not immediately find the entrance to the restaurant from the street, they coped with the task on the second attempt. The restaurant is located on the 28th floor, the views from the window are simply stunning, especially at sunset. In warm weather, you can go out on the balcony for a photo shoot. The table, as ordered, was by the window. We were served by a very pleasant waiter, answered all our questions, helped us choose cocktails and wine. The order was delivered quickly enough, I liked all the dishes, the serving is beautiful. Live music was played all evening, unobtrusively, delicately, good vocals and repertoire.

The interior is modern. The views from the tables by the window are incomparable. The whole center of Minsk is in full view.

Just yesterday, on the recommendation of the guide, we visited this institution. Moreover, we were warned in advance that it was worth going there solely for the sake of the view and the maximum that you can order is a cup of coffee or a glass of sparkling wine, the review about the kitchen was not flattering.
So, a couple of hours before the departure of the train back to Moscow, we still decided to go up to this restaurant, as you know, we already had a "tourist" look, comfortable clothes and shoes. On the 28th floor, the elevator doors opened and the administrator immediately appeared in front of us with a greeting, so much so that the language did not turn around to say "yes, we are just for the sake of appearance." Well, it was decided by a general vote that you can drink coffee and watch the sunset. And now an honest review about the service and the kitchen. Waiters are certainly something, especially a girl named Olga. I got the impression that we were homeless in her eyes, they looked at us with such disgust and talked through their teeth. They were openly rude to questions about dessert. Well ok. About the kitchen. We ordered Ramen soup. And whatever was floating there, cucumbers and pickled mushrooms, pears and nori, it seemed that the composition of this soup was not finished dishes of the guests. It tastes like hell. And the broth from the kettle, well, obviously, which is not intended for him. Accordingly, they did not finish it. The only one who greeted us with joy was a male cloakroom attendant who asked if we were tourists and where we came from. I answered positively to the request to leave bags with souvenirs and gifts, and hid them in the dressing room.
Dear heads of this institution, waiters and administrative staff, this is the face of the institution. Such an attitude towards guests who have clearly come in because of their interest in your very presentable restaurant is completely unacceptable. Why should we be ashamed of ourselves at the sight of your waiters' faces?! We are clients. We were sober, clean, we didn't smell like a toilet, but your waiters did everything to make us feel like homeless people who came to ask for boiling water.

Of the obvious claims not to the menu:
- floating table. with each attempt to use a knife and fork, the table began to shake so that it was difficult to focus on the food.
- heavy chairs with no pads on the legs. In an empty room with good acoustics, there is an inhuman grinding noise. And I'm embarrassed by these sounds myself, and when someone at the next table moves, it's very loud.

The purpose of the restaurant is the view, which is indicated by the name. Wine from 18 rubles and above. The service is excellent. The choice of dishes is not very diverse, probably because people come here for the view. Steak, vegetarian food, desserts, several types of beer (not Belarusian brands). There is a little lack of some originality in the dishes, some of its own zest. But the view!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant staff: administrator Ekaterina and waiter Mark. I thought that this place would be the best in the city to make a marriage Proposal and I was not mistaken)
The guys clearly understood my plan, took care of the beautiful removal of the ring under the lid, the inclusion of a romantic song, the careful storage of a bouquet of flowers, and the visitors witnessed a mini-performance)
It turned out to be very interesting, I definitely recommend it!
In this place, the view is mesmerizing, the 28th floor and Minsk are in the palm of your hand, a panoramic elevator. The cuisine is at its best: from special hunting dishes to French classics. The decor, the interior, the serving of dishes: everything pleases.
