We were with a girl in the evening in this wonderful place. I was amazed by everything, starting with the transparent elevator to the 28th floor) the views are gorgeous, the staff is very polite! They even offered to take pictures of us while they were waiting for food. The prices are quite normal. The food is delicious, they can give different colors. We recommend it in short)

the view is just spectacular, the service is good, but the food is completely gone. I took the marbled beef in barbecue sauce, they brought it in hot sauce, it was simply not possible to eat. I think the meat was spoiled. Salads are just tasteless. It makes sense to come here only to drink coffee with dessert and see the city from the top.

Nice and decent interior. The food is peculiar, that's why it's a restaurant. We didn't wait long. The service leaves much to be desired (except for the hostesses). The waiter did not introduce himself. The staff did not pay attention to the departure of the guests. The expectations of visiting this institution are twofold and certainly do not cause a desire to visit it again.

We didn't like it very much, it's that we were offered water, (after we ordered everything)which turned out to be paid in the end. They offered water, which in principle was not really needed, we thought they would bring it as usual, either from the tap or from the carafe.
But they brought a glass bottle of 0.250ml, for which in the end we paid 6.5rubles (195r Russian rubles).

I really liked the restaurant. Pleasant, polite staff, attentive. It got cold because of the working air conditioner, and the waiter brought blankets.
Very unusual and delicious dishes. Prices, of course, are higher than in average cafes and restaurants, but the cuisine is definitely worth it.
And, of course, a beautiful bird's-eye view of the city.

When booking a table, the specific location was discussed, as a result, of course, they were seated at another table, rather rudely stating that "they should have discussed this with you." The waiter behaved very brazenly, spoiling the mood with his behavior for the entire time he was in the restaurant. It was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it in a good place, but I got the most negative experience. I won't come back here anymore, even for the beautiful view of the city.
