I don't know if the barista forgot, or if someone warmed him up. But we were given to understand that they would do nothing. Stand in line and buy again. I approached the girl at the checkout, asked her to make a cappuccino, which we paid for and apparently forgot to make, she changed the barista. But she stuck to her guns. They left in a bad mood. Thanks to the girls on shift! Never set foot in Thierry again.

The pastries are delicious, I took raf coffee for 6 rubles, not a basic option, as a result, only half a glass was poured, the temperature of the drink is higher than standard, you can get burned, there is almost no foam, hot sweet milk tastes, not raf. When this happens with coffee for 3 rubles in the budget version, then OK, but for 6 rubles it should be coffee and not sweet milk. The barista looked tired. As a result, I will definitely not take coffee in the near future

Thierry's bakery pleases with its main products, the pastries here are really good, although they are clearly overpriced. But coffee is disappointing, I took coffee here more than once (it's not clear what I was hoping for the last few times)), and every time the same feeling - the grain is bad, milk and cream are clearly not suitable for making coffee. And the staff probably doesn't know very well how to make coffee, but I think it's not their fault. But still, I think that most of them are here for really delicious desserts)

Crumbs and dirt are a worker, as a matter of principle, ignored. I understand that the traffic is bad, but somehow everything is organized very poorly. Once again, I promise not to buy anything here.
