I was with a friend from September 8th to 16th. The staff is not bad. There was a guy at the reception who was making money. It was too early to check in, although it was already three o'clock. Then the Wi-Fi is not working yet... In short, they told him that he would not get any money, and immediately became friends. Food... Well, so-so, at 4, but it's not a top five for sure. Crossing the road spoils everything. It would be normal if crossing the road there would be a direct path, but it is closed and must be bypassed, and therefore the path increases fourfold. The beach is pebbly. Getting in and out of the sea is bdsm. It was the first time I came to such a beach. Everything is solved by swimming slippers, which are sold in a small shop in the hotel. The saleswoman, a pleasant Azerbaijani woman, speaks Russian. I liked sunbathing on the pebbles, my back warms up. There is a pier on the right, but some old guys are swearing there)) We've given up on them. There's a beach from some kind of retirement home..there is a full meal on the beach, you don't have to go to the hotel for lunch. At first, the azers from the leather store were annoying, but nothing, they soon became uninterested. The girls were all with children, there were no free women, only barrels. For this money, I liked everything..

I read the reviews, I disagree with half of them, angry reviews.I arrived less than an hour ago, rested at this hotel, not solid but 5. there are a lot of advantages, the food certainly tastes like Turks, it's normal, only their tangerines were missing, this is a minus in food. The room was cleaned every day and the bed linen and towel, well done.the room is great, comfortable, everything you need, the view from the balcony is normal.the disadvantage is the location next to the highway.the sea, you pass the bridge and the sea, there is an underground passage for sloths.the staff was kind, everyone knew by name, thanks for the rest) Tip, don't forget those shoes for swimming in the sea, the pebbles are merciless.and a huge minus is not for the hotel, but for the Russian people, do not behave like pigs or see food for the first time, it was disgusting to look at you.And of course, many thanks to Svetlana, the Find & Travel agency, for choosing a hotel and patience, 5* for you))))

Maximum of 4 stars. The food is terrible, only grilled meat, sausages are impossible to eat, grilled or stewed vegetables for the second, fruits are not ripe. It is very difficult to find free tables.
There is no entertainment on the beach from the hotel, Wi-Fi is only on the ground floor and on the beach. The indoor pool is closed, the outdoor paddling pool is small.in general, I do not advise for such money...

We have been in this hotel for 2 weeks. We arrived in St. Petersburg on 09/21/20. There were a lot of people. I don't know what this is about, but the hotels around were empty. Closed. In short, it was like a herring in a barrel. Constant queues for food. You won't stay hungry, but standing in line is too much. There were always not enough tables. Ice cream, on the beach, was always running out. Although they should have given 1 hour. I don't need it, but there were a lot of kids there. The room cleaning is disgusting. The floor was washed and the dust was wiped maybe 5 times during the rest. Towels were changed the same way. The waiters couldn't handle cleaning the tables. Although they tried. The food, the women cooks, was just thrown on a plate. The fruits were watermelons, melons, plums, pears. It's all just green.Surprisingly. Apples and oranges are delicious.Only the sea and the beach pleased, even though there were pebbles. There were enough sun beds. The trip was not cheap, so I wanted to see something else. The price and quality do not match at all. We tried not to pay attention to all this and had a good rest. If you buy cheap vouchers, then you can go. I don't recommend it this way.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30, either pay for early check-in or wait for 14:00. We settled into a bungalow and did not regret it. They asked for $15 per day for the main building. And the bungalows have 3 rooms on the side, their own mini territory, and complete silence from people - unlike the main building.
Of the cons: there was no normal cleaning in the room, bed linen and towels were not changed at all for 7 days. The water was flowing in the shower from under protection, the shower handle was cracked and the water was flowing, as a result it completely burst, at the request everything was repaired promptly. Gel and soap diluted with water very strongly. The air conditioner does not work clearly, I had to dig a little and it became more or less normal.
To the beach via a bridge or an underpass, the distance was measured by a fitness watch and it turned out to be almost 700 meters, 8-10 minutes to walk. It is necessary to go around the private sector, there is no direct road.
The hotel itself does not have a territory. It is located right on a busy highway, where there is constant heavy traffic 24/7. From the bungalow to the main building, go through the gas station and dumpsters on the road.
Wi-fi is very bad, there is almost no Wi-Fi in the room, you will catch it in the main building. Where it is, all the seats are occupied. Either stand and wait, or leave. Although there is still plenty of space for additional tables and chairs, but no one puts them up.
On the plus side: friendly staff, but not everyone speaks and understands Russian. Excellent cuisine, a huge selection of dishes that everyone will find what they want for themselves. The lobby bar is better than all the others. Alcohol is poured decently. At other points, for example, by the pool, they are heavily diluted.
There are enough sun loungers for everyone by the sea. The beach itself is good, the approach is smooth. The sea is very clean. But there are sharp pebbles, you have to be careful.
The transfer to the hotel takes about 1 hour 45 minutes, there is a stop for 15 minutes. Overall impressions are positive, but the hotel is definitely not 5 stars, probably not even 4 stars. If you don't find fault, you will be satisfied.
There are shops nearby, a bazaar.
Migros is 45-60 minutes away on foot or by transport about 8-10 minutes.

The hotel is more like a 4-star, but not bad. For those who are tired of the hustle and bustle and just want an all-inclusive vacation by the sea, it's great if the trip is not expensive. And if you want parties, Turkish markets, discos and parties - NO! The large resort town of Manavgat is a decent bus ride from this village. And there is no clear animation in this hotel. A tiny pool with a dirty DJ is all the entertainment.

A good hotel, although it bills itself as 5 stars, but it's definitely 4. The rooms are quite cozy, cleaning every day even if not requested. The cuisine is adequate, varied, there will be sharper and more familiar porridges and pasta for lovers, the bar is almost all free except for imported drinks. The staff knows Russian for the most part and in general it is possible to explain with them. The beach is pebbly, it starts with sand pebbles, and the entrance to the water is already small pebbles. Probably the main disadvantage is that the hotel has a small territory when compared with neighboring hotels.

We had a family vacation from October 16 to 23, we were satisfied with the rest, good, fresh food, the sea is super! Of course, the rooms are not cleaned, dust, dirt, mold in the shower cabin, it is worth paying attention to the administration, but otherwise everything is fine. The representative of Anex tour was not polite at the meeting, we did not buy excursions from him, which he was very angry about! Next time, we won't go to a meeting with a guide at all, so as not to spoil the mood

We had a family vacation (me, my husband and grandson) from October 10 - October 23, 2019. Great hotel! We settled in quickly, a room with a balcony. The food is excellent, we ate fruits (watermelons, melons, grapes, tangerines, apples and lemons). Everything is great on the beach too) There is plenty of food, a lot of drinks, and the sea is just great!!! The pool is with a slide and also pleased. We went to a paid massage 👍 There are few greens, but we were not upset 😉 the sea compensated for everything. The staff is great, there have never been any problems. I recommend the hotel!

We stayed at the hotel with the company from May 24 to June 3. We really liked it. Clean rooms, cleaning every day.The food is good, there is enough for everyone! The sea is clean, the beach is good, there is a lot of space, there are enough sun beds at any time of the day! Every evening there are entertainment programs, twice we got to the Turkish nights - great!!! We went to water aerobics in the pool every day, special thanks to Joseph, as well as to the main annimator Vasya!!! With love from all our friendly company from Kazan!!!

We had a vacation with our family in October 2019.
We really liked the hotel.When buying a tour, we chose a standard room, at the reception they offered to pay $ 20 and immediately settled us in the femeli room.The room is very large, cleaned every day, bed linen was changed several times.The food in the restaurant is somewhat monotonous.The dinner menu was repeated from lunch and it was like that every day.As for breakfast, there were always 3 types of porridge, pancakes, omelette and scrambled eggs.Coffee from the coffee machine in the assortment.There are a lot of desserts, beautifully decorated and incredibly delicious.
The road to the beach took no more than 5 minutes, taking into account the fact that they walked with a 2-year-old child by the hand.There is a children's room on the beach where children can watch cartoons or play, as well as a playground with slides and swings.The entry into the sea is not very pleasant, but it did not bother us at all.There are pebbles at the bottom, the depth is almost immediately not childish.About 2 meters from the shore, it is already deep enough.
As for the food at the beach bar, I can safely say that you don't have to go to the restaurant for lunch.There is also pizza, Turkish tortillas, French fries, various salads, kebabs, vegetables and more are baked right there.The only thing is that it is impossible to drink juices from vending machines.They are terribly stuffed with paint and fragrance.
The pool at the hotel is excellent.There is one for kids, and there is a large one with two slides.The children didn't get out of there.Despite the fact that the slides should work according to the schedule, they worked for an additional hour.
I would like to say more about shopping, which is imposed by the guides, for free.We were taken to Side to a leather factory, where they very skillfully tried to sell us both fur and leather products, as well as sweets several times more expensive.For comparison, a woman offered to buy lukum from her for $ 40 kg, when the hotel was selling for 13 handmade.I have heard many times that the hotel is very expensive, but this is not the case.
The staff is polite, everyone is trying to talk, to help.The atmosphere at the hotel is very friendly.We are very happy with the rest!

The hotel is 4*. The pool is very small, there are not enough sun loungers, there is noise from the highway nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea via a very inconvenient bridge. Animation score 2, there is nothing to do in the evening. The attitude of the staff towards tourists is rated 3. Room cleaning is poor. But there are also advantages. Very comfortable and cozy lobby, the restaurant has a huge selection of various food, rating 5.

A very weak 5*, a small hotel with one swimming pool (2 slides and a children's pool in which rotovirus was caught).
Food- you will not stay hungry, sometimes there is trouble with fruits, apples and pears only.
Algogol is disgusting, wine is an essential vinegar. If you want to get drunk, you just can't do it.
The rooms are decent, but the cleaning is stressful, I had to ask to clean the room.

It was important to us personally that there are children's rooms, but we could never leave the children there, because they were bored. I would put 5 stars, but the hotel is more for adults. There was not enough porridge on the menu for breakfast. The soups were excellent. There was enough meat. Free ice cream👍 The staff is helpful. The hotel is Russian-speaking. With grown-up children, we would definitely return!

Far from 5*. In general, it's not bad, I bet 3.5. According to the locals, the hotel was built 3 years ago, it went bust in 2017. In May 2018, it was leased by another owner. The building itself is 4.5: fairly new, interesting interior, spacious rooms. Internet in the lobby and at the reception is available around the clock. There is no territory, there is a private sector around, it is allegedly forbidden to walk. The sea is 7 minutes away via an underground passage. The beach is 3.5 km long: the sun beds are half-broken, the mattresses are shabby, there are few canopies. The sea is beautiful))). The beach bar is normal, sometimes you could eat better at lunch than at the hotel.
The service is mainly run by Kyrgyz people, they speak and understand Russian well. In bars and restaurants, they pour everything you ask for and as much as you want, but the quality of alcohol leaves much to be desired... For the first time in 5*ke, such terrible alcohol, even the beer was sour at first (clearly overdue).... what can we say about food: periodically fish with rotten meat, the rest (chicken and lamb cutlets?) - very seasoned, apparently to hide an unnecessary smell. Tomatoes are half-rotten, fruits are also spoiled (tangerines); apples are tasteless, watermelons and melons too. 2 points for meals. Who is used to eating cakes and pies- do not dream) although sometimes there would be biscuits .....
Animation for 3.5-4 points, there are few of them - there was not enough for the pool and the beach. But we tried, well done guys! I don't know anything about children's animation.
When checking in, the most experienced Kyrgyz tried to put in a room with a beautiful view for $ 10 (there is no such thing at all) and for 100. $ family room)))
In the first 3-5 days they were not cleaned, but then - cleanly and daily without stimulation, by the way) as for household products (gels, shampoos, lotions)- they are terrible, it's better to take them with you! The hammam is free from 15-18. Who buys the program "peeling massage, etc." peeling with fish as a gift for 30 minutes.
Excursions were taken from the Fai. Behind the hotel, turn left for the gas station along the road, walk 500 meters. There are shops there, the prices are not expensive. Good olive oil 0.5 l -2 $, 1 l- 4 $ (prices pleased), wine 5-6 $. We went to Manavgat on our own, the ticket price is 5 lira, the journey time is 30-40 minutes to the final stop (garage), there is a market on Mondays and a lot of paths open daily, Waikiki and Migoros are also there. The Megamall is all in one.
The hotel is not for demanding tourists. If you are going to the sea - oh, a great option for such a price!

I decided to write a review while the impressions are still fresh in my memory. We arrived at the hotel on October 2 in the morning, checked in at one o'clock in the afternoon. The room is very simple, the safe is free, the windows of the hotel are all located on the sea and the road, it is very noisy from the road, although we are in the third block from the road. The noise from the road made it difficult to sleep. The room was dirty, the dirty dishes were not cleaned for the previous guests, the floors were not washed, we did not see the cleaners during the day. The next day, they didn't clean our place either, and I went to swear right to the director, after that they cleaned our place every day. Cleaning is also difficult to say, the dirt was swept away with a dirty rag, this is a floor cleaner, the floors in the bathtub and on the balcony have never been washed, only two people from the cleaners. The sheets were changed 1 time in 14 days (when we rested before, they were changed every other day) and the towels were changed 4 times in two weeks.The hotels are dark, they save on light, there are no photos. There is very little food, the same thing every day. On the second day there was nothing to eat at all, apparently everyone began to swear and on the third day they cooked food. There is little food, the fish is dry without salt, made of meat...chicken, kidneys, navels, cucumbers and tomatoes are old or green. Once there was some kind of holiday, so they cooked fries, and usually pasta and spaghetti. Coffee powder, one day the tea was diluted to such a state that it was transparent, there is no milk for coffee either, although latte is written in the vending machines, but it pours without milk, when asked where the milk and normal coffee are, they are sent to the second floor for three euros. They clean the tables when you ask them, only one girl goes to clean. The hotel has no territory at all, there is one fence next to the Total gas station. There is nowhere to go for a walk, the hotel is located far from Side (20 minutes by car). The music at dinner turns on when someone remembers it. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea, special shoes are needed in the stones, the sea was warm, the deck chairs are all old, a lot of broken, almost everything is torn. The pool has very cold water, in the pool area I saw only 6 umbrellas from the sun.. My advice is to choose another hotel, we are not picky tourists, but this hotel is a three-star level, and it costs like five.

Queues for food are like in a hungry Stalingrad because there are few really tasty and edible dishes out of the abundance.
A fitness room and dumbbells and a couple of broken exercise machines.
It's close to the sea, but across the road.
WiFi is only in the lobby and its speed is barely enough to check the mail.
The numbers are crap.
99% of the people who go there are lucky and everyone is unhappy.
It is better to pay extra and choose a hotel in the city and this one is on the outskirts in the middle of the highway.
