I visited your sports bar on October 17th at 9 AM and left feeling underwhelmed. My first two choices, the club sandwich and another option, were unavailable—strike one. I opted for the steak sandwich, and while the mustard was impressive, the rest of the dish was lackluster. The fries were particularly disappointing—cold and unappetizing. My cappuccino was decent but could use some improvement. I recognize that Kazakhstan has a strong tea culture, but a good coffee experience shouldn’t be too much to ask. On a positive note, the server was friendly and attentive. Overall, it wasn’t the dining experience I had hoped for.
The most terrible place in the airport
It takes a very long time to accept an order, and if you are lucky and your order is accepted, it is not a fact that it will be brought! They forgot about our order and it took 30 minutes for the order to be accepted and another 30 minutes for them to come up and say that they forgot what we ordered!!!!! We weren't alone, the neighboring tables were also complaining about the delay.
This is the worst service I've seen.
They flew in August 2024 and January 2025. In August, they refused to accept a food order at all, in January they said they would wait 40 minutes for food. In both cases, the problems are in the "shift shift". If we fixed the shift change process, it would be cool!
