It is definitely difficult to evaluate the service, because here you are lucky. There are two shifts in the customer service windows: in one, all three people work quickly, stably and politely, in the second two of the three windows simply ignore the queue, and the third employee can just pack up and leave for 15 minutes, and the queue will continue to wait. As a result, the service speed is 3 people in 30 minutes.
It's the same story with warehouses: there are two of them and they are significantly different. In a nearby warehouse, there are often none of the three storekeepers on site and you can wait a long time. It is much more pleasant to deal with the second warehouse, but the warehouse itself is smaller and often more filled, so it is not always possible to unload there.

An extremely positive experience! I applied for the EPTS without knowing anything, I had previously been to Babushkina, where there were queues, broken software and a rather inconveniently organized space.
In Sennitsa, everything turned out the other way around: working hours for any degree of employment in the world, a lot of jobs, an electric queue - everything is good!
An employee whose badge I didn't see (or I would have thanked her personally) was more than kind and friendly.
Just in case, I note that the procedure itself causes horror, but before visiting, I sincerely tried to fill out the application myself as much as possible (which is difficult without experience) and slowly, which helped significantly on the spot.
I am waiting for a hypothetically possible call from the declarant, which is not accurate, and the EPTS. Don't let me down here either!

The storekeeper talks through his lip. There are no chairs for visitors. To the remark, the answer is: maybe you should put a sofa? At the end, it loads itself. Thank you, they gave me a piece of junk!!! There is no comparison with shabans!
