The sanitation is disgusting. In the same glove, cashiers count money and (for some reason, cashiers do it!) They touch the food, cook something like that.
The staff is constantly walking somewhere, smoking, apparently, due to this slow service. I came a couple of times. Anastasia, the cashier, and Anna, the manager, worked.
I love Tokini very much, but not at this address. On malinovka, everything is always perfect in simplicity. And here on Kalvariyskaya street it's just a nightmare, when I saw how the food was being prepared, how and who touched it, my appetite disappeared. The cashiers are absolutely not friendly!

The quality of the sushi leaves much to be desired. Some unfinished ones are falling apart.👎 The order is prepared for a long time, they take even longer. They promise one time, they bring it at a completely different time. Couriers are generally boors, they don't even apologize for the delay. Every other time, they'll slip in a coupon for a gift - some cheesy sushi, as a compliment for being late. That's the whole service from Tokini.
