I went outside and saw one of the employees and asked the question "is there someone in the office, will there be?" to which I received the answer "we actually have lunch" the employee turned around and left, another 10 minutes later the receptionist appeared, to my question he said that "yes, they have lunch as indicated on the door", we came to the door, nothing is indicated on it, a version appeared on the website, the same is not indicated on the website, "well, we will tell the management what would be fixed," OK, OK, I ask why can't you go out to the person who is waiting and say "so and so we will have lunch in 5-10-15 minutes" so to say to determine the waiting time, the answer struck me "so they told you we have LUNCH, and we will take your car by one o'clock." So dear potential customers, keep in mind they have lunch, although it is not indicated anywhere from what time and to what, well, the second thing is not to drive the car in advance. Well, I decided to look for another service station, because if this attitude to the customer is at the stage of acceptance of the car, then I doubt the quality of service.

They constantly forgot to screw something on or put it back after repair. If you noticed it yourself, you'll come back and they'll put it on, and if you didn't notice it, then you don't need it. The negativity has been accumulating for a long time, but today there was an incident, after which I firmly decided not to set foot on it anymore.
I have applied several times and always have extremely negative impressions from the "experts" of the acceptance and the impressions from the masters are always good. The receptionists are generally far from what they say and what the master then discovers, constantly coming up with what needs to be changed.
A separate conversation about spare parts. To find out the cost of oil, you need to call the spare parts department, using the phone number of the employee who is next door. Is it really so difficult to make a single system to immediately announce the cost when calling or visiting in person?

I applied to Tolex only because I had previously received a certain credit of trust, despite many mistakes (some of them do not have it), but now this credit has been reset. I'm not coming here anymore.
The manager understands everything at the calculation, but cannot influence anything. He says that the management has already been informed about the incidents, but they do not react and continue to pour low prices into their ears over the phone. I say, do you understand that after such a divorce, the client will never contact you again? He says I understand.
With such values, you had to provide super luxury service at least, well, so as not to somehow justify the price, but in fact, you have an ordinary garage workshop - a small hangar with the appropriate entourage.
In addition, when picking up the car, I wiped the steering wheel and handles from the oil traces of the dirty hands of the master. The masters themselves wear dirty clothes and sit in the salon in this form.
