My friend bought an apartment through this agency, they are real estate brokers. We paid $ 250,000 , after which the agency stopped contacting us , we did not receive the documents for the property. I had to contact the police. The developer also did not receive this money from the agency. Be careful. The owners of the Shingareev agency, in Dubai they have two "Dan" and "Top address", if you do not want to lose your money, I recommend choosing another agency. They regularly delete reviews.

I do not recommend it, they are misleading, I took an apartment in installments, according to the contract they had to transfer the documents for the property - they did not transfer it. Several thousand dollars were paid, but the developer did not receive any funds. They contacted the police. A criminal case has been opened in Russia against the owner of the agency, Shingareev - he owns the Dan Dubai and Top Address agencies. The connection has stopped coming out. Be careful.

Long-time acquaintances, whom I know as respectable people and serious businessmen, having been on vacation and on business in the UAE a dozen times and faced with sanctions problems in the Russian Federation, at a family council, decided to purchase real estate on the Persian Gulf coast. Reviews of their companions, friends and acquaintances already living in the UAE, only strengthened their intentions to purchase real estate in Dubai. Moreover, the local hot and arid climate suited all family members. Surprisingly, everyone who was contacted by friends confidently called the company Top Address. For a long time (about 3 months), we selected a suitable option in every sense. In the end, we settled on Sobha Realty, which is an international developer of luxury real estate. In order not to make a mistake (the experience of Russian reality teaches a lot!), we flew to Dubai four times for meetings and personal consultations with company representatives. In order not to jinx it, acquaintances at some stage stopped informing me about the events taking place. However, after 2 months (in total, the process took 5 months) of registration and other formalities, we were pleased to learn that the property was issued, as they say, without a hitch, and that my friends, inviting us to a party, in my opinion, were still surprised by such a happy ending. Now, it seems, it's time for me to think too…
