It's a pity I didn't read the live reviews of real people before buying shoes here. This is not about those reviews that write to themselves with aesthetic photos of new shoes in their own store. I bought two pairs from these shoemakers and was surprised at the perfection of their professionalism. I don't know what kind of newt this skin is made of, but it burst in the places of bends after a week of wear. Inside the white shoes, there is red leather in the toe area and it is logical that white or any light socks become disposable. In black shoes, the same joke, only white, brilliant! The skin inside the heel was worn off after a month and it was not possible to wear them. Arriving a year later without the purpose of receiving compensation or free repairs. The confused employee could not give a clear answer about the repair (at my expense) and offered a call to the owner. In the conversation, I heard the same defense position as from the employee - they say there has never been such a thing and here it is again. Shoelace rings were painted a month later, and then the laces.
Of the advantages, only the appearance of the shoes attracts attention. I repeat - the purpose of the visit was sincere feedback about the quality, so that we could work on the mistakes. Unfortunately, I was not heard in the process of working out objections and was shown on the map of the verified guys to whom you can contact about repairs. Where I certainly did not go, since the credit of trust was exhausted.
Nothing but speculation and excuses is indicated in your answer. Judgments about what conclusions I have drawn and the subsequent response indicate a clear unwillingness to accept feedback. Moreover, the conclusions about the health of my legs indicate a low level of responsibility for my product, since my doctor will not agree with you and you cannot know this, only assume. Reasoning in this way, you can blame the damaged roads for the poor quality of shoes, and the wear resistance is not the right size. You did not hear my appeal personally, and you are not listening now.
When contacting me, I sincerely wanted to share the low quality of the product, in order to further work on errors, not exactly reasoning about cause and effect and proceedings. But if you have expressed such a desire, I will try again to be clear. You didn't need top-class specialists to repair your shoes for an unreasonable price. A local craftsman completed it for 20 rubles. using materials of better quality than the original. It is a pity that, defending yourself, you do not take into account the facts of the actual use of your product. My appeal was due precisely to the fact that shoes quickly become unusable and their appearance deteriorates. This is not the last pair of shoes that were worn daily, for this reason it is not possible to verify its quality in 14 days. The second pair came to replace me and in it I came with feedback, to show by example what happened to the previous one and point out the shortcomings of the current one. The photo shows a month of socks and an indicator of the quality of a new pair that has been waiting for its time to operate, and not a deformity of the foot and your expert opinion.
Regarding the multicolored scraps of material for the inner, front part of the shoes, you also decided not to mention. The lining in black shoes is WHITE, in white it is RED. Thank you for your attention and honest feedback!

One of the few rare shops that I enjoy going to. I've been following the guys since the 18th year, I've been buying since the 19th. I am very impressed by their human attitude towards customers and business in general. The first time I took winter boots: two seasons - the flight is normal. Then I wanted something fresh - in November I took new ones. So far, everything is fine over the winter too.
I also took a white model to a wedding and black ones with white soles to wear to work. I stopped by the other day and took another fresh model. Since there is practically no choice of good and interesting shoes in this price range in the city, Topshus is very pleased in this regard.
As it turned out later, a lot of friends either bought it, or at least heard it. In general, I wish you good luck and prosperity!

When purchasing shoes for my husband from this manufacturer, we hoped for quality and durability, but the reality turned out to be extremely far from our expectations and laudatory reviews on the Internet.
The shoes of this company leave much to be desired in terms of the quality of the materials. The leather used for the manufacture turned out to be so low that it cracks after a short period of use. This not only worsens the appearance of the shoe, but also affects its functionality.
Especially disappointing is the strong rubbing and scratching, which makes it uncomfortable to wear. In addition, shoes stain socks from the inside, which indicates poor-quality dyes used in production. This is not only inconvenient, but also a sign of carelessness in the choice of materials.
In general, after buying shoes from this company, my husband experienced great disappointment and regret about the money spent. I hope that the company will pay attention to the feedback of its customers and improve the quality of its products in the future. In the current state, we would not recommend this brand to those who appreciate the reliability and durability of shoes!

I ordered a pair of shoes here. The assortment as a whole is pleasing, everything is relevant. The quality is excellent!
We had an interesting situation with delivery, they sent it by European post, the parcel was just lost (a European post jamb), the seller did it beautifully, said I would transfer it by minibus and pay for the shipment and we will sort out the parcel.

People! Comrades! I took several pairs in this store! I do not recommend buying these shoes as much as possible. The quality does not match the price. The sole is made of an incomprehensible material, 3 out of 3 pairs are scrapped! The store offers to pay for shoe repairs, but it will not help you in any way!!!!! The most terrible quality makes itself felt and the shoes fall apart again!! And when you visit the apm store, they will give you an answer saying that after the repair we do not owe you anything. They offered a discount, but again on this stuff! What for? DON'T STEP ON THE SAME RAKE!
