We lived with a group of business travelers. The hotel has EVERYTHING!! Restaurant, sauna, bowling alley!!! We got into the period of transition to economical heating, the rooms were fresh, but warm blankets are provided for this, so: everything was fine!!!! ))))

Since 2006, I have traveled a lot to small towns in Belarus. I stayed in Vileika, Ivatsevichi and many other places. But I have never seen such a shabby hotel as a tourist in Bobruisk. The smell of mold is overwhelming in the bathroom, and if you look closely, it is available on the walls. A flock of huge spiders, 3 centimeters in size, lives on the balcony, in the evening they crawl out to hunt with the whole family. The plumbing in the room is Stone Age level. There was no soap. There are holes in the mosquito net on the windows, so all the evil spirits from the river fly into the room in the dark when the lights are on. Cats are walking around the reception. In short, the place is creepy. But the breakfasts are good, for that one point.

The experience is unforgettable. We checked in in December, and were surprised to find that the rooms were not heated. The batteries are not icy, but below body temperature. The room was booked for 2 days, after the first night in the freezer, they wanted to escape from there as soon as possible, but knowledgeable people (from other rooms) said that they turned on the air conditioner and heated it, so they warmed up a little on the second night. But the air conditioners are only in the suites, there are none in the regular rooms. On the first evening, I wanted to warm up at least in the shower, but I was also unlucky. I turned it on to the maximum, but it's warm. And we also arrived late in the evening and, foolishly, decided to have dinner at their establishment under the loud name "restaurant". I've never tasted worse food in my life either, they have a complex dinner (what they gave, then eat, without a choice). Besides all these horrors, there are also minor troubles. It's dark in the hotel, so as not to get killed somewhere, it's better to move by touch. Parking was also surprising: at first we parked near the hotel, the girl at the reception offered paid guarded parking. We decided to move the car, but we never saw security in the paid parking lot for two days, and the barrier is always open.

In summer it was gorgeous, in winter it was very cold. Breakfast is included in the price (not a pretentious buffet) but everything is delicious. Parking is inexpensive. I recommend taking rooms with a view of the river in the heat.

There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet. Porridges, pancakes, fried eggs, cuts of meat, cheese, vegetables, various drinks, etc. and she is full and the children too. A disgusting hotel. There is no hot water. There is no service. The girls at the reception can't solve any questions. The indicated cleaning once a day is a lie. No one cleaned for two days. They called and asked - in response, there were only excuses. Leftovers from corporations on Saturday were served for breakfast on Sunday. Disgusting!!! For that kind of money, it's better to rent an apartment for a day. The restaurant is a dumpster. Disco - went to the toilet, went back - the guard demanded money. They tried to explain that they just went to the toilet - the guard was impenetrable, demanded money. All the impressions of the city are spoiled only by the disgusting hotel. Dear Director! Replace the staff - it's just terrible. Thanks to one girl from the reception - Tatiana. She found a kettle for us.
