What I liked was the comfort of the rooms (the ceilings are colorful. What didn't you like:
1. It's cold and there aren't enough heaters for everyone.
2. To wait for hot water, you need to drain it for 20 minutes.
3. Laundry does not wash well, as well as loses socks and puts someone else's.
4. The girls at the reception do not know at all what service and etiquette are. We got stuck in the Dandelion restaurant.

The restaurant has gone bad again. We celebrated our corporate party - solid shoals (either salads instead of portioned ones dumped everything on a common plate, then chicken was served unroasted at all, and at the end pancakes with meat were not brought, although they were paid in the bill before the event! The cultural program sucks! In a word - a diner!
