I liked the train station. And the building is beautiful and everything inside is very clean and beautiful. There is a cafe in the station building called "batski culinary shop". You can eat tasty and inexpensive food, not only culinary products. I had a chance to have lunch. I liked it, it was delicious, somehow homely, a large selection of dishes, a pleasant interior. You can buy flowers, two flower stands, read something on the road, you could not buy anything, there is practically nothing. I was confused by the lack of trash cans in the building, I had to go outside to throw out a piece of paper. Toilets are a bit far away, not in the building. Paid. Visit 1 rub. There are categories who will pass for free, but disabled people of 2 gr do not have such a privilege, which surprised me. Although, maybe now there is such an order in the whole of Belarus?
It is a very beautiful building, very clean and well maintained, however, like everything in Belarus. There are bus and trolleybus stops nearby, there is a place to change currency or withdraw money from an ATM. Two main streets approach the station - Lenin Avenue and Pobedy Avenue (Peremogi). One drawback is a very small automatic luggage storage. There are very few cells, For a suitcase of medium or larger size there are only 5-6 cells that are constantly naturally occupied. If you come with your things and want to walk to the train in Gomel, there are problems, there is nowhere to leave your things.
A clean and beautiful train station. It is located near the central bus station, near the hotel, there are ATMs, near a cafe. There is a parking lot. Queues are usually small, as there are ticket offices for the suburbs in one building, other ticket offices in another. The station is easily accessible by public transport to any area of the city. The toilet is paid
The station building is always clean and tidy, given the possibility of online tickets, we do not encounter queues. There is a cafe on the territory, a polespech kiosk, kiosks with fresh flowers, a pharmacy and a hairdresser , two KIOSK ATMs ,. There is a large waiting room on the second floor. The only drawback is the lack of parking spaces for cars on the forecourt - if you visit or meet someone, parking is a whole problem)
A wonderful railway station in the city of Gomel , clean, beautiful, many cafes for snacks and shops with trinkets, adequate staff, convenient location in the city, another advantage at the railway station there is an AIR ticket office. THE DISADVANTAGES ARE A PAID TOILET AND AN ETERNALLY CROWDED PARKING LOT.
Well, how can you not love him??? He survived the 90s, the shooting, a lot of stalls in the 95th (there was a whole gallery), the reconstruction of the Forecourt, bars, restaurants, shopping malls and many, many changes from the outside... Nevertheless, the Gomel Railway Station is in marble and is respected for its architecture... Of the inconveniences, toilets are paid - in the building of the suburban railway station, as well as to the left of the main entrance
Everything is very good-clean, calm, but there is a big BUT!When we left Gomel, we had time before the train and decided to take a walk! The storage room can be reached from the street by ramps, although there is a small staircase in front of the storage room without a ramp-this is the first obstacle! But the main ambush is ahead!!!We were leaving platform N5 and had to climb three stairs without a ramp from the luggage room!!!The coolest one was on the platform itself!!!This is a terrible dream of an elderly woman with a bad back! It's inhumane to treat people in sanatoriums, and then make them carry a suitcase up the stairs.Fix the situation and the review will be perfect!!
Clean, tidy. Easy navigation. A comfortable transition on the way through the underpass. There is a full-fledged cafe at the station. Within walking distance of the hotel, supermarket, public transport stop.
A wonderful train. Railway station. The old building and the newly built ones are very beautifully combined. They complement each other. It's cozy inside, everything is rationally located. Sufficient infrastructure in terms of maintenance. Convenient access, Parking for cars nearby. Gomel and Kiselyov Paradis are located close to each other. 6 is the Amax Hotel. It is located nearby and is a good place to relax. There are stops for transport in all directions of Gomel near the station
It is clean, hospitable in a European way, there are inexpensive safe storage rooms for suitcases of any size, there are many decent places nearby to have a snack or buy something for the road.
That's what pleases in the railway stations of Belarus, so their cleanliness and comfort. We have preserved all the interiors in the form in which they were created. Those who love Lenin, come to Gomel, they will meet you in their beautiful glory! I was traveling from Gomel to Minsk one summer and was pleasantly surprised, a brass band was playing music, I almost missed the train!))))) In general, Gomel is one of the most beautiful cities in Belarus, come here, you will not regret it.
I have been leaving and coming from this station for more than 10 years. Only warm memories. It will look decent, large spacious halls, everything is conveniently located. Always clean and tidy.
Perhaps I don't appreciate it, but very inconvenient underpasses.
I think that many people have come across the fact that in most of them there are no ramps for rolling luggage - you need to strain your hands to lift a suitcase (a bag on wheels) up the stairs... Only in one place-the exit to the square -there are ramps, but they are obviously for strollers. Because they are wide and uncomfortable for suitcases, and if you roll one at a time, the wheels fall through. Obviously, whoever planned them never travels by train and with luggage..I would like someone to start thinking about people..
Suburban ticket offices on weekends are not happy -there are 1-2 cash desks and vending machines, and the queues are huge...
The square itself seems to have become more well-groomed, but less cozy when large trees were cut down in the center...
Two huge railway station buildings. Spacious halls, convenient logistics. BUT the waiting room is not designed for a comfortable rest for passengers. There are very few places to sit. Metal benches on which it is cold in winter and hot in summer.
Clean, beautiful, there is even a door for refreshment near the station itself, there are a lot of points where you can drink coffee or have a snack and take food with you on the road everything is fine
The native station, there are all cafes, a restaurant, ATMs, a toilet, waiting rooms. Nearby there is a hotel, exchangers, a bus station, two markets, a shopping center, banks, parking, pharmacies, photos and much more.
I love Gomel railway station, clean and tidy, there are cafes, grocery stores nearby, you can quickly get anywhere in the city. There is a beautiful park nearby.
The location of this station is convenient for visitors and locals, as it is located within walking distance from the main square and the beautiful park of Gomel. There's not much to say about the staff, you can't talk to everyone, but I travel often in connection with work and have never been disappointed. There are boutiques and clothes, and household appliances, snack bars, coffee machines, a paid toilet, something in the area of 1-1.5 rubles. Slot machines with toys, digital equipment, etc. Since such structures are built from the category, "a person should even intuitively understand where to go," since foreign people also visit Gomel, everything is arranged quite clearly and you immediately know which platform your train is on (the exits to them are made as comfortable as possible), but the location of the ticket offices of regional and international communications is quite confusing but only on the first visit. Then you become a guru there and you can easily navigate. And also, I almost forgot, there is a recreation room, paid, luggage storage, paid Parking, free Parking. There are almost never queues, since I work at the ticket office constantly and in large numbers, depending on the flow of passengers, and not like in hypermarkets in your city). Definitely 5 out of 5 I am satisfied!
A chic train station, cleanliness and order everywhere, there is everything you need and at fairly reasonable prices and quite good quality, there is even a Sberbank ATM))
Hello everyone, this train station is the most special for me. There are so many beautiful things in front of the entrance to the station, there are benches if you suddenly want to sit. To refresh in Gomel, it's also a cool place there is a small arch and small droplets spray out of it, like from a pulverizer (I don't know how to write this word) :))

The train station left me with mixed impressions. On the one hand, the station building looks quite modern and clean, with convenient signs and lots of shops and cafes where you can pass the time while waiting for the train. This is really convenient for travelers, especially if there is a short break between trains.
On the other hand, it can sometimes be difficult to find empty seats in the waiting room during rush hours, and the queue at the ticket office can be quite long. In addition, we would like to see more automated terminals for buying tickets to facilitate the process.
In general, the station performs its function, but there are some points that can be improved for a more comfortable stay of passengers.
A large beautiful train station, nearby there is a bus station, public transport stops, a large grocery store, a hotel. There are rest rooms in the station itself.
We were in Gomel, the station forecourt is very well decorated, the cafe in the station building is excellent, everything is decent, it was the first time and good impressions.
A beautiful, well-maintained train station. Two tables with information about trains. Inside, but sparsely, there is a cafe area. Parking is not enough for this station. Convenient passages for access to trains.
An interesting place. There is a place to walk, relax, take pictures. It's a pity that the 2nd floor is still closed. And paid toilets are annoying. But there is a good bistro restaurant nearby with delicious food. Come here!
There is a beautiful train station, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a flower shop and very tasty coffee. You can relax on the second floor. There may be queues at the ticket offices, but they disperse quickly
A beautiful, well-maintained building.Lenin at the stairs is a balm for the soul of people with a pioneer past, ideology has nothing to do with it, nostalgia for childhood.I was pleasantly surprised by the sculpture exhibition in the waiting room on my last visit. It was a little stuffy, though, but on the whole I like it.
It's clean, it seems to be good, but not functional, the waiting room is on the 3rd floor, there are steps for the elderly to walk, there is no elevator, side paths for suitcases, I'm not talking about the disabled, a storage room in the basement there is not a single place to sit down at all! The toilet is paid! And an old one too!
The station building is wonderful, an architectural monument, a Soviet classic. The exterior and interiors are also interesting. The station is convenient and clean. The interior is well organized, there are kiosks for printing, souvenirs, and a restaurant. The peron of the station is low, it is not very convenient to get into the car, you have to climb the carriage steps.
Great place! With a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, I remember my youth. Those bearded days when the start was still working) You could take a couple of large wines and go to the old railway station to sit in a diner. I bought a couple of yesterday's whites for a snack. If the day is successful, you could pick up a couple of blue-eyed beauties along the way)))
It is quite interesting to look at the history of the railway and how it developed. Everything is very well and conveniently located. There is a relaxation room
The most architectural railway station in Belarus, Minsk, is more modern, and the whole culture of Gomel remains in Gomel. But when small children enter the train station, they are afraid of a huge Lenin, and that he will fall on them, but then they understand all the beauty!
A very good train station, there is everything, luggage storage, the price was pleasantly surprised, in St. Petersburg I paid 400 rubles for three hours, here 2 bel per day, this is 60 Russian. If you want to eat, there is a cafe , a large selection, high quality and inexpensive.
Gomel is a beautiful city in its own way. Everything is within walking distance. Very clean. There are many cafes and restaurants with very tasty food, including national ones. A gorgeous promenade, I enjoyed the silence while walking along it. Generally, when I come to the Republic of Belarus, I feel at home.
There is a good bathroom, clean and comfortable, and there are food courts, ticket counters, newspaper kiosks, and a clean toilet. There are storage rooms
Everything is fine 👍
There is a good train station nearby, there are many places where you can eat trains arrive on time, there is a shop with flowers and passengers, there is also a waiting room
The best train station in the Republic of Belarus. A beautiful combination of old and new, compact, convenient, understandable, affordable. Live and digital cash registers plus additional ones in the new wing. Two restaurants, cozy halls and waiting rooms, convenient exits to trains get on and go, and then be sure to come back
A great and VERY beautiful train station. As well as the surrounding area. Yes, actually, like the whole city and the whole republic! Everything is very clean and well maintained.
There is no baggage screening at all at the train station in Gomel. There are no frames or luggage belts. Come in and go to the trains. I didn't like that the train to Moscow was on the second track and I had to drag myself down and up the stairs with a heavy suitcase. It's horrible. And yet, the steps of the wagons are very high from the low platform. It is very difficult to climb into a carriage with a heavy suitcase. Perhaps we can come up with some ramps.
Homeland....How nice to come , everything is native . As in the whole of Belarus , there is cleanliness and order . This station has become my home for 40 years....
A polygon of useless area. Huge corridors and foyers. There is a storage room in the basement, there is no elevator or ramp there. We were with heavy bags and we had to lower them there for 2 hours, so that we could raise them again. We decided to go with them to the waiting room and there is also a surprise - access to it is also only by stairs to the 2nd floor. Well, maybe we'll get into the rest room at least-we thought, but this room is only with payment per day. (( There is a toilet for the disabled in the paid toilet, but it is also on the ground floor, which can only be accessed by stairs. The most unsuccessful train station.
An excellent train station, nearby you can have fun, relax, and have a good meal – there are enough establishments for every taste. The hotel is also within walking distance. Garden. Casino. Shopping center. Plus, there is a bus station nearby.
I love train stations, especially Gomel one-it's beautiful, clean, everything about food and drink is for every taste and purse, polite cashiers, convenient placement of an electronic train timetable board, a stop for all types of transport nearby.
Convenient location in the very center of the city, clean, beautiful. The schedule is clear, there are a lot of events that are untimely for this place. The Victory train was on the first track, my nieces and I managed to visit. Concerts in the foyer on the second floor, etc.
A great place to slow down and wait for the train. There are very good places near the train station. Philharmonic hall, shopping center, drinking establishments, currency exchange and ATMs.
I use this station a couple of times a month. Nothing supernatural. I use the hall on the second floor of the commuter train building to wait for the train. Of course, there are not enough services, especially where to have a snack or drink coffee . Otherwise, it is quite satisfactory. You can connect free WI-FI and charge your mobile phone. Toilets are in the basement and there are on the street to the left of the main building. There is a small square with a fountain and several benches on the square in front of the station building, but on a sunny day you will not be able to sit in the shade because there are no shady trees.
It is a very beautiful train station. Everything is convenient and understandable, even when you got there for the first time. I liked electronic storage rooms, there are different sizes and inexpensive. And cleanliness, of course, is on the level.
A very beautiful place sometimes I just go there for a walk and in general everything is very structured and beautifully built, I really love this place
