1. Check-in was paid, not for parking, but just for check-in. That is, if you stop by and drop off the passenger and do not even stay a minute on the territory of the bus terminal, you will still have to pay for parking, in all civilized cities the first 5 minutes are free, but people do not think about this bus terminal, they would like to earn money.
2. When buying tickets, only 2-3 ticket offices work and you have to wait for about an hour, before there were about 7-8 ticket offices, but then they were sold to private ticket agencies (which charge their percentages), as in the first part I wrote in order to earn more, and passengers in the background.
3. The waiting room is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator or escalator, how can disabled or elderly people constantly run around the floors where there is no condition?
There's nowhere to put the suitcase. A storage room on the basement. Two flights of stairs! The second floor is the same nonsense. A woman can't carry a suitcase either way.
Today I want to criticize the entire infrastructure of the railway station and the attitude of the staff towards it.
It is clear that the building and construction of the station is physically and morally outdated. Although many things are being done to improve, the volume of potential to increase comfort at the station is huge. These are: lack of seats on the ground floor while waiting in line for a ticket, people sit on window sills; out of 10 ticket offices, mostly no more than half are working. It is not always possible to get polite answers from the information desk. Inconvenient food outlets with cosmic prices. The 2nd floor is more or less adapted to modern requirements. It is not a very interesting picture with freight trains constantly on the tracks (from 3 onwards). Parking is normal. In short, the infrastructure of the station requires modernization.
It seems that parking spaces have been made, but there is a mess, there is X-ray equipment for scanning hand luggage inside, but everyone bypasses it, where is the security?
Yesterday morning I went to meet my mother, it was cold outside, I wanted to stand inside for a while, but they kicked me out. Then what is the waiting room for? There weren't many people to kick out

A good train station, convenient location of ticket offices, there is a place to turn around, a waiting place for the train is separately on the second floor, there is everything necessary for sale that a traveler needs on the road.
It is not cozy, there is nothing for people, the cash desks serve only for cash, so you should not approach with a card
The waiting room is not fully thought out, too, if you want and how you want to wait for your train
And the cafe is clean, cozy and fast
I do not recommend choosing another railway station. Since he is alone in the city. But there are many disadvantages, this is the cash register, this is the scoreboard in which you can't figure out who's where. These are toilets, these are shops where prices are exorbitant. Well, in general, everything is as in all stations of the KZ
you can just come and see it as an architectural structure...but it's very funny when an old, rusty train comes up, it's like cooking on an induction cooker in a battered aluminum saucepan
The railway station in Aktobe is very beautiful and spacious. You can buy train tickets at the ticket offices, the queue is electronic. There are many places for those waiting, there are also shops inside the station and travelers can buy everything they need.
