There were no questions about delivery, however, if your order arrived and the driver did not get through to the receiving party, your order may be returned to you. There are many nuances.
The company is a bit murky. to deliver a parcel from Russia is a whole quest with a kickback. the operators can only apologize and mumble something indistinctly. communication is based on the principle of "the fool himself". they rush to call back and safely forget about you. the package was not delivered to the point - they are not to blame... Go to the end of the city and get it. no one is moving to solve the problem. in general, it sucks completely
Terrible job. You pay for delivery to the address at the time it is not delivered. Broken boxes are often brought in. You call the call center with questions and they have one answer, contact the Russian company where the cargo comes from. I'm terribly unhappy.

Disgusting service!!! Parcels are not delivered on time, after the parcel arrived from Russia on December 20th, it remained in the central warehouse and no one can take it from there anymore. And there is no point in calling the operators, they can only apologize and leave some requests to the transport service. No one seems to be reading these applications there. I don't have to do it once, but in general, queues for receiving / sending cargo are rare (maybe I'm just lucky). Regarding the delivery, there are shoals, but not critical ones. They try to comply with the deadlines.
