Shortly before departure, the manager called and informed that the tour would not take place and had to be rescheduled for 06/10/23. Agreed. But the most interesting thing was waiting for us. I liked the rest 100%. The hosts are very hospitable, the Datong guest house is very nice. The departure home was supposed to be at 13.00, but the escort wrote that the roads were washed out and they would arrive later, for 2 hours. As a result, we waited until 8 p.m. The owners of the guest house, when the bus picked us up very late, did not put us outside with our suitcases, but also fed us for free at lunch. But I really didn't like the fact that we were joined with another travel agency. We were immediately separated from ourselves, we were left to ourselves. The escort did not have the information, they wanted to charge us an extra $ 40 per tour. There was no WiFi on the bus, although the group initially said there would be one. We were looking for excursions to Kobuleti ourselves, the group from Batumi did not even offer us to go with them, but their excursions were twice as expensive as in your travel agency. Two excursions that were included in the price of the tour (Mtskheta and Jvari) were not held at all. The drivers saved money on us and took us by all sorts of detours, avoiding toll roads. They brought us far to the hotel, we had to go to the house with our suitcases. Back, when they clarified where they would pick us up, the escort assured us that from the hotel, and as a result, the drivers did not drive up again, and stood on the road. We had to go to the bus with our suitcases again. Previously, we traveled around Belarus with this travel agency and everything was fine. 02/20/2023 booked a tour "Gastronomic adventure" for 2 people. 2.03 the manager called and informed about the postponement of the tour to 8.03 with changes in the program. The changes did not suit us. 1 day before departure, it turned out to be difficult to find something that would interest us, but at 4.03 an option was offered to which we agreed, but it turned out that there were no places, although we did not think for long. As a result, we decided to go to Sulu on 8.03.
To make those reading the review feel what happened, I will say that I have consecutive weekends on Saturday and Sunday once a month so that I can go and relax the next day, but then I was lucky that March 8 turned out to be a day off for me.
But everything turned out to be difficult in organizing a trip with the Travel Lab company. On March 8, we were a little late (we were getting from another city, the first call to the company was at 9.06, that is, the delay was not critical), there was no one at the departure point. The phone number for inquiries was not answered, as were the rest of the company's phones. No one called us.
It's good that by chance we thought of calling the Viapol company, which is a pertner, where the manager was on the spot on March 8, and quickly sorted out our problem by simply putting us on her bus for another excursion, which left from the same place, but later. As a result, the disgusting, completely irresponsible organization of the tour from Travel Lab led us to get acquainted with Viapol. The trip went just fine, the snowy gloomy day was replaced by the sun and the holiday was a success. But I will not contact the Travel Lab company anymore, although I went with them before.
And yes, the manager called back after lunch the next day, when her apologies were neither cold nor hot. The tour we eventually went to was cheaper, but of course we did not talk about any compensation (material or moral).

The Peter and Paul Palace stands on top with a view of the cascade of fountains that flow down the river into the Gulf of Finland. Beauty!!!
And of course Karelia ..... The most beautiful place on earth. When lakes, forests and human creations joined together to create this region. Karelia… Just an explosion of emotions!!!!

The tour was selected and paid for: Ciao, Italy Tour: Bonfesto dairy plant, quarries (20.08), after talking with the manager (15.08), I found out that there are 2 vacant places. The manager asked to make full payment, without fail, by Wednesday (17.08). Clearly realizing that the group was not being recruited. The tour was paid remotely, the full cost, a single payment, the bank + charged me a commission for the transfer (105p 50 kopecks. We were waiting for the tour, on Friday, around 12 p.m., I wrote to the manager to find out about the details of the departure. It was only after my message that the manager called me back and said that the tour would not take place. As a result: writing an application for a refund (and this is the time)+ I received not 105 rubles on the card, but 100, the bank also charged me 5 rubles for a refund. I do not understand why the client suffers in this situation and loses his time, albeit small, but money, which is also unpleasant. I'm not talking about ruined plans for the weekend, the tc tour was very much awaited. Advice to the management: how can you take 100% payment, realizing that the group is not recruited, if you return the money to the client, I think that the commission for the refund should be at your expense. We went with Travel Lab to St. Petersburg on 06/16/2022, before that to Lviv in 2018. Coincidentally, Maxim turned out to be the escort again, correct, always coming to the rescue, and very attentive. The program of the trip is sooo intense, I would not have had time to see half of it on my own in St. Petersburg. From one excursion they moved by bus immediately to the next, those who did not want to go on any of the excursions could use their free time at their discretion (the time and place of meeting with the main group was always mentioned repeatedly to continue the journey). The hotel On Turbinnaya is very good for tourist groups where it only makes sense to spend the night, the bed linen is snow-white, the mattresses in the beds are comfortable, the shower in the room is combined with a toilet with normal plumbing. There are generally equipped kitchens, a stove, several refrigerators, a microwave oven, tables, glasses, tea/sugar, napkins. Quick check-in/check-out. Not far from the hotel there is a very good and sooo budget dining room (22 Promyshlennaya str. "Your dining room"), 2-storey, with a choice of food even in the evening (in the morning the choice is decent). After 20.00, there is a 40% discount on everything, so you can eat for a mere penny. As for the drivers, I can say one thing - professionals! The quality of the roads is not the best, some roads are blocked for repairs, but with such drivers we did not need to worry about anything. As for excursions, you definitely need to visit Peterhof, drive around St. Petersburg with a guide, swim through the canals. To see the bridges (you can do it yourself, but then the problem is to get to the hotel, because the action begins at 1.10 am (and this is the very first bridge in time - the Palace)). On the second day, instead of Karelia (we could not physically go 270 km to Karelia after a night tour at 7.00), we went on our own to Tsarskoye Selo, visited the Catherine Palace (be sure to visit if you get there, it is unrealistically beautiful inside) and Catherine Park. It is better to buy tickets online through the official website of the museum (you will not have to stand in an hour-long queue), we also printed them out for free at the hotel (then you need to attach the barcode of the ticket at the entrance). We visited the aquarium on our own on the same day. You definitely need to watch the shark feeding show (every day at 19.00, but it's better to check the schedule on the website). Huge sharks, a bunch of rubes and a beautiful stingray named Princess. Even the adults liked it. We found out how and where to get by transport through forums on the Internet, I do not write, since transport routes have been changing a lot since July 15. As for the tour of the roofs, if someone is very afraid of heights, it is better to stay below. At first, I was also overcome with fear, I did not think that roofs without railings (the scariest part is just as soon as you get on the roof and a person does not have time to get used to the height, but already you have to walk along the edge of the roof). To pay tribute, the organizing guys help to pass the most terrible sections. But then, after walking for a couple of minutes, you get to the roof with a large railing. The photos and the view are amazing. It's absolutely not scary to go back. Well, in the end, I want to say a big thank you to Travel Lab for the tour and separately to Maxim. It is better to choose seats on the bus yourself with an additional payment, so that later there would be no conflict situations that were planted in the wrong place and with the wrong one (after all, the road is long and the bus turns into a family home for days of excursions).

The driver talked on the phone without a headset for an hour of the trip, then just sat at the wheel on the phone, although several times he almost crashed into a car in front of him. They didn't warn about the border in advance, and they didn't have time to turn on roaming. The next day was just hellish! We were dropped off for breakfast 5 blocks away because the driver could never find the right road and park anywhere during the whole trip. After breakfast, we were dragged for 6 hours on a walking tour, although the program stated something else. Alexey's guide was not heard, he does not know how to form his thoughts, for the most part the sounds of aaaaaaa, eeeee and interjections were heard. During the 6 hours of this hellish excursion, it was impossible to go to the toilet, buy water or have a snack. When Angelina and Alina addressed their escorts, they heard in response: - Well, wait, we'll go soon, I also walk a lot and sleep a little!!! I took courses for accompanying tour groups at this travel agency. I would like to note that they do not have a license to conduct educational activities. At the conclusion of the contract, they say that they need people to accompany groups, but they cannot take them without taking courses. They promise that classes will be held in small groups, and everyone will be sent for an internship. They say that those who will not be hired, other firms really like to hire. What is the fact?! There were 14 people in our group. Yes, the training is interesting, but it cost 270 rubles, for many it is a lot of money, and this is without the cost of an internship. After that, they offer to do an internship (the cost of the tour is minus 20-40 dollars). They promise that the best will be hired, and others will be helped to get jobs in other companies. IN FACT, THEY DO NOT HIRE ANYONE and do not help anyone in any way. Even for an internship, not everyone went, "everyone is fed lunch.". It's just pulling money and completely cheating. Stay away from them!!! We talked to people from different streams and everyone has the same situation...

A decent travel agency, this is not the first time I have applied, good excursions and offers. If you are from another city, then you do not need to go to Minsk to pay for the tour, everything is via the Internet.
Trip to St. Petersburg (18.08-22.08).The accompanying ALINA does not know anything, she cannot communicate and answer basic questions. The departure was delayed for 5 HOURS. But it's not just like that, Alina justified it by saying "that we just WON'T WAIT AT THE BORDER, WE'LL DO EVERYTHING IN THREE MINUTES." And the road to St. Petersburg itself takes 8 hours , according to her . The tour was abandoned, but Alina also made a problem out of it.
I went with them on July 4, 2020 along the route "Belarusian Mosaic", the guide is Tatiana, the manager is Svetlana, I was very pleased. When we went to Tustan, they did not take people to the parking lot, but dropped them off far away and we had to walk, although other buses took their people to the parking lot. Anna also does not have information, she does not know that the Aquarius hotel can be reached by bus No. 8, the answer is one, when asked, taxi. We searched for everything ourselves, asked people, although the maintainer should know this. But most of all I was offended by the attitude, I have problems with my legs, I went up to Anna and politely asked her to put me in front, two seats were free, she told me that these were the drivers' seats, but no one was sitting in either direction. I did not approach her again, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. We left Lviv at 16.00, although according to the program of the trip we left at 18.00, in fact, 2 hours were stolen from us. And this is all in order to get across the border faster. And why? We arrived in Minsk at 4 a.m., where can we go, many from other regions. But when they asked to take us to the railway station, they categorically refused us, and even laughed that they would take you home. That's the attitude towards people. Other travel agencies drove their tourists to the train station, I know for sure, a friend went at the same time from another travel agency. I would really like the management to read and draw conclusions, but personally I will never contact the TRAVELAB company again. Maybe people will read my review and draw conclusions.

At the company's office, they told us, "Sorry, the vaccine was not delivered." As we learned later: there is no concept of "delivered" in Ukrainian clinics - the manager just "forgot" to register us. The trip itself also turned out to be terrible - a drunken escort, a shabby Hotel-flophouse 9km from the city.
We intend to write a letter of claim and return the funds according to the law.
We ordered air tours to Turkey through a travel agency. The cost of the tour was average (there were both cheaper and more expensive options, besides it was the end of September, the end of the season). The surprises started from the very beginning. For an additional fee, we were offered to book a window seat on the plane, we agreed - as a result, it was just the row where there was no window. Well, okay, it doesn't happen to anyone, they didn't pay attention, the manager didn't look by chance.
Further more interesting: when ordering, we definitely asked for a double bed, as a result, we check in tired at 12 at night - the room is just a terrible level (for comparison, we used to be in many budget hotels, we did not see this), and the room has 2 single beds with creaking mattresses. At the reception we are trying to interrogate the replacement, to which the Turk replies that the hotel is full, there is nothing, come tomorrow. We write to the manager, she calmly writes that this happens, just give them money (we paid for the tour, and give them more money!) and they will change it, calm down and go to bed, if it doesn't work out, the hotel guide will come tomorrow at the appointed time and decide everything.
In the morning we are trying to get a replacement again, there is already a girl at the reception who does not speak much Russian or English and also claims that there is nothing.
The hotel guide was 1.5 hours late for the meeting! We came on vacation and instead of going to the sea, we spent half a day trying to resolve issues, find a contact for the hotel guide (the manager from travel lab and from tez tour (travel lab buys tours from teztur) do not know his number, no one knows at the reception either, after an hour and a half somehow found his number, the man calmly came to the meeting and said that he was "a little late"). Thank you for changing the room (at the same time for a double bed for two, one 90 cm wide bedspread, a balcony that does not close, i.e. running around with solving problems again)
We intend to change the hotel, the manager from the travel lab says that 1-2 free replacement options are possible and the rest are for an additional fee.the fee.
We were ready to pay extra to change, because our "all inclusive" breakfast was also pleased with pasta (!), 1 type of boiled sausage, 1 type of cheese, we did not see anything from bread except a loaf (there were no desserts, pastries or at least something else during the week).
The manager from the Travelab says that this is normal, in Turkey all breakfasts are like this. (which doesn't seem to be the truth, we were at the same time in another hotel with a chic table, the hotel is inexpensive)
As a result, the hotel guide says: "I won't offer you anything to replace it, otherwise you won't like it either, but you can tell me the options yourself, I'll specify the cost of the shift." We spend about an hour searching (he dismisses most of the hotels at an affordable price, because they "do not cooperate" with them (= do not get a kickback). For the rest, he promises to give an answer soon, but you may have to pay extra. We are ready to hear the figure, see a new hotel and move for payment.
A few days have passed, we are waiting for an offer, to which we receive an answer: "This will not work, we must go right away, they will tell you the number and check in." In short, another "cat in a poke". We have already had enough of the company's service, we just spat and booked a room ourselves at a cost of 20 euros per day, which was better than ours, i.e. we can only guess how much ours cost.
During the entire stay, we walked around the city and found very interesting hotel options at affordable prices, the conclusion is to double-check the hotel before booking. Due to our inexperience, we did not look at the fact that there are dozens of hotels with this name in our city and thought the wrong one.
But this does not negate the fact that a travel agency should not offer such terrible options to its customers, we sincerely wish them all such a "wonderful holiday".
Due to the fact that we changed the hotel and had an independent rich recreation program, everything turned out well, but it required additional costs and nerves
PS the guide in Turkey also offers its own travel options to neighboring cities (much more expensive than booking on the spot or via the Internet from other companies), claiming that other options are of poor quality, but we still booked a trip to another city much cheaper and there are no complaints at all in terms of the bus and the quality of the hotel.
If you think you know Belarus, go on this tour and make sure you don't! It all started out great. Firstly, the guide Daria Ilyinich knows the material superficially. There is no presentation of the material, it is monotonous and you start to fall asleep, you can cut the story short. There is nothing in her story that is not on the Internet. Very few people visited the museum: only 45 minutes. And the museum guide generally said that she had the end of the working day, she was tired and in general the story would be as brief as possible. The old castle was not visited as it was closed. After the museum in the rain, the guide decided to take an excursion to the market square. Half of the people went to the bus, and someone else went to the cafe. Due to the carelessness of the guide, we left at 7, but we should have left at 6, as prescribed in the contract. In Minsk, according to the agreement, we were supposed to be at the gathering place at 22.00. I expected to catch the train at 23.02. I asked the guide to drop us off at the Bus Station and the manager was also aware. BUT the driver Igor had to leave for Moscow. The guide and the driver aggressively informed them that these are your problems. As a result, we were thrown out with a small child half an hour before the train to the stop and told to wait for 44 trolleybuses. In Vitebsk, the schedule works differently. I had to call a taxi. The roof of the bus itself was leaking and the air conditioner was leaking.
Of the advantages: I liked the route very much. I will visit on my own again. The lunch was great.
We tried to book a tour, asked a question in the chat, but did not receive an answer. We decided to go to the address indicated on the website, we did not find the sign, and none of the people working in this building knew this company
I rarely write reviews and never negative ones. But Travel Lab deserves it. I went on a tour to the Braslav Lakes. I'll start with a funny one, they forgot about me. In the evening before departure, I had to write to them and specify where, when and at what time the departure was. A large bus for 50 people. I was a little surprised by the attitude towards those who travel alone - "do not take up space on the bus until those who travel in companies sit down, in a cafe for lunch as well - first wait until the companies sit down, then those who are in pairs. And then...you can already sit down where the place remains. It's nice, you can't say anything. It's just a great opportunity to feel like a second-class person. Then it's more fun. For the same price, you can be accommodated in a good recreation center in a pine forest in a double room with a balcony. Or they can go to a roadside motel in a block for four and with a beautiful view of the highway. Moreover, in order to settle into this miracle, we marinated for an extra hour on the bus, because first we transported everyone else. To the logical question of why we were not settled first when we were in the city (and the hotel is located in the city), we were given the answer that otherwise we would not have settled and demanded other accommodation. As it is, we have no way out. And this is a well-established practice, because there have been precedents before. There are no balconies in the hotel, there is nowhere to dry things after the beach, there are no breakfasts or lunches or an elementary stall to buy water. The rooms are old and battered by life. The rest was considered spoiled by all 10 people who were so "lucky", and certainly none of us will go with the Travel Lab anymore.
Of the good ones are the lakes themselves and the guide Stepan, who tells an interesting story.
One of the bad things is the agency itself, which clearly saves on tourist accommodation and lies when talking on the phone about the terms of the tour. Including the availability of seats

The tour to the nearby town of Baranovichi could not be organized properly! What to say about tours abroad. I would never recommend this travel agency to anyone!!!customer focus 0! Working with clients 0! They don't even know how to answer claims. Sometimes they agree that they did a bad job, then they abruptly change the policy and let me refuse. Save your nerves and money!
A trip to St. Petersburg that did not take place. The accompanying ALINA does not know anything. The bus arrived 5 hours later than the scheduled time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this agency and support
