From 13 to 17.06.19, Lviv-Carpathians bus tour(O.Synevir). My personal opinion is that it is better to organize trips yourself, and these tours are just all "holop across Europe"))) It seemed that the tour was more about moving, sanitary stops, meals, waiting for the group.
A huge minus for Travel is that a 2-storey bus was brought. In general, it's time for many companies to start working with normal carriers, otherwise the old buses are inconvenient, the air conditioners are sad, there is no wifi, do not recharge the phone, aaaah- 21 century!!!
There are no complaints about hotels, well, in Lviv the hotel "Palma" is far from the center, in the industrial zone ((( and there are rooms up to repairs, there is no ice in them, there is no air conditioning.
Also, in Transcarpathia, there is little time to look at the waterfall, bears, mountains. Although the afternoon and evening of the day are almost all free.
So everything goes according to the program as they write on the websites. They don't warn you yet that about.Synevir won't take you anywhere!!!!! of course, you can walk up to it about 1km. (despite the fact that you are given only 40 minutes to walk there), well, prepare 50-60 hryvnia and you will be taken. In Gemba, too, the lift will not arrive at the peak, if you want to pay higher for the car separately)
In general, do not wait for this money, just wow)

We were not warned that we would stop in Novogrudok, and this is a decent detour, as a result, on Saturday in Lviv we were closer to lunch and missed the morning of the excursion, the whole trip turned into a chase. It was raining and the bus was leaking... On the way back, of course, people were taken back to Novogrudok, at work on Monday they had to take it at their own expense, because they did not arrive 6-8 in the morning, but closer to lunch (((( there was a sediment. Another time we went with another travel agency and were very satisfied!!!
Having found a good option on Instagram, I ordered a ticket for October 26, an older woman gave me the documents in the office and I waited for the day of departure.We arrived with my wife, the freight forwarder Philip was waiting for us.We drove off, he introduced himself, began a tedious conversation with elements of stretching rubber in the form of:Eeeeeee, mmmmm, aaaaaaa, hmm.In general, simply put, it is clear that a person is a beginner, but it turned out that he has been driving for not the first month, but for a year for sure.We went to Lviv, turned on the stove, it's not cold on the bus, maybe it's cold at the bottom, but according to the law of physics, all this heat goes to the second floor of the bus and it's hot there.At the request, they turned it off, not immediately, but they turned it off.I note that Philip may be a great person with family and friends, but as a freight forwarder he is a complete jerk, he is terribly stupid, does not know how to conduct a conversation at all and infuriates with his communication.We know his name, but every time he turned on the microphone during the whole trip, he said:Hello everyone, my name is Philip, I am your freight forwarder.
Why repeat the same thing?)Okay, let's skip the idiocy.We drove back, turned on the stove and did not turn it off, asked to turn it off, zero reaction.From this heat, I began to sweat, during the entire ride, you know, sweat flows like a river, the button of jeans began to oxidize, this oxidation tore my skin to an ulcer (I got a chemical burn), I suffered for a week until the blood appeared.I arrived in Minsk at 9.30, being late for work, the management slapped a fine of 200 rubles on me.Although part of the bus asked to leave early, with the hope of arriving earlier, to which Philip replied that it made no difference whether to sit here or at the border.One citizen may not even have gone on a business trip.I think this behavior is wrong and wildly rude, the employee should at least be with his head.

Great tour company! We went with them to Lviv in March and in August we will go to the sea) pleasant terms of payment for the tour, they can arrange a tour without arriving at the office. I ordered a tour from Gomel for two people.

I really enjoyed the tour to Lviv! I definitely wouldn't have had time to see and try so many things myself, I was especially impressed with the sealed cava! Well done travellab for coming up with such a tour! Hurray!

The disgusting work of the managers of the company and the organization as a whole!
Today at 10 a.m. I called the phone number listed on the website, asked about the availability of places for a Tour to Lviv on 06.05. The girl manager replied that there are 5 places available. I was asked to book 2 places, in turn, the girl wrote down our full name and phone number and said be sure to come with two codes before 19:00 today and redeem the reservation. My wife took time off from work and was at the company's office at 16:00, but when she wanted to redeem the reservation, she was told that there were no seats available, that a group of people came and actually bought seats. When asked how it could have happened in general, they only answered "they say they don't always come for reservations" and didn't even apologize. Explain then what is the point of booking at all if you, in fact, do not keep a seat. And isn't it possible to call and ask about your intentions to go if people have come?
