I would like to thank the travel room company for a great vacation in Sharm el Sheikh Egypt. Hotel Rehana Beach spa aqua park Resort5*. The tour operator Ksenia advised. The hotel is very well equipped with excellent food and fish and meat and fruits the first coastline suite upon check-in as a gift a fruit basket was a bottle of wine every evening desserts are brought to the room tea coffee bathrobes slippers. The room has a view of the sea on one side and the pool on the other side. Five a la carte restaurants, of which you can visit one main restaurant and plus three more restaurants of your choice, these are Italian, Asian, Chinese, French and seafood restaurants. Three food court areas, a water park for children, a heated swimming pool, popcorn ice cream, cotton candy every day, children's animation shows for adults... Meat test beef camel seafood chicken fish shrimp crabs squid, mango grapefruit and oranges tangerines grapes dates guava pineapple, lots of vegetables. Alcohol is not diluted!!!

I want to express my gratitude for the rest of the Travel Room company. We were on a Cruise on the Mediterranean Sea. The tour was organized for us by specialist Victoria.
For this tour, we were granted an annual visa to Italy.🤗
The liner is a five-star hotel on the water.
My husband and I chose a cabin with a balcony and a package of drinks. I really liked the liner, a lot of entertainment for every taste and excellent food (even better than in a 5* hotel in Egypt). As part of one tour, we visited Italy, Spain and France.
Thank you very much to Victoria's manager for persuading us to take a cruise, as we originally planned a bus tour of Europe. A cruise is a very cool type of vacation.
We are already planning a cruise along the Norwegian Fjords in the spring - this is my dream.
So if someone dreams of a cruise, feel free to book!

I would like to thank Irina, the travel agent, for the excellent organization and support of a five-day tour to Istanbul. In a short time, we were selected a decent hotel according to our parameters, compiled a program, and "caught" cheaper tickets for the right dates. Thanks to Irina, we arrived prepared for all the nuances and had a great active rest, including booked excursions and independent travel. It's so reliable - when in a foreign country you can always get help and support on any issue, you feel confident and you can just enjoy your impressions! Istanbul is beautiful, very colorful and diverse, the Bosphorus is gorgeous day and night, you immerse yourself in this world of ancient mosques, interesting cafes, the aroma of coffee, local sweets, spices..Delicious food, constant tea wherever you go, night lights and beautiful views. We saw all this thanks to Irina, the work was carried out at the highest level - and it was not easy - the dates of the trip, dates, number and composition of excursions changed along the way, but everything was chosen perfectly in the end! We were not just organized a trip - Irina shared her personal impressions, gave advice on independent stay in the city, which made our trip interesting and eventful, we did not get lost anywhere, we did not sit empty in the room for an hour, we had a lot of fun learning about the local culture and a new country for us. Irina was constantly in touch, we shared our impressions during the trip, we could ask for advice. Super escort! Even with the delay of the return flight for 7 hours, we were calm - we immediately contacted Irina, and we were handed over to Belavia employees "from hand to hand", while collecting our rights in advance with reference to the relevant documents. Thanks to Irina, we were almost the first to be on early registration, received a 4-hour rest at the airport hotel and hot meals. In general, we were very satisfied with everything - from the process of concluding a contract and assistance in choosing payment, to organizing a tour and escort. I hope we will turn to Irina more than once when planning our vacation.

Thanks to this travel agency for their help with choosing tickets and booking hotels. They made our journey easier by taking over some of the routine work, which allowed us to focus on the journey itself and get the most out of Japan.
The trip to Japan was just amazing! This is a country that you want to return to again and again. Even the two weeks we spent there seemed too short. Every day was eventful from the very morning until late at night, and still it was not enough.
Japan is like another planet. In certain places, such as the subway or train stations, you can always find workers who are ready to help and prompt. This creates a feeling of comfort and confidence.
Food in Japan is a separate story. The fish there is so delicious that it feels like you're eating dessert. And the variety of dishes is simply amazing. There are a lot of shops, and you want to see and try everything. Even just walking down a street full of shops is impossible quickly – there is always something to lure you in and explore.
There is always something to do in Japan. You can visit temples, religious streets and atmospheric places. You won't be sitting in a hotel and not knowing what to do. Even just trips to different areas bring a lot of emotions, because there are so many interesting things.
Japan is a country that you don't want to leave. After a trip there, you come back a different person, full of inspiration and new experiences. This is a place that everyone should visit, and I do not regret the money and time spent. The only thing to regret is that there wasn't enough time and money to see and try everything.

We went to Japan in late September - early October 2024, thank you for this Travel room represented by Victoria. She helped my husband and I organize a tour according to our needs and budget, picked up excellent inexpensive hotels in the cities that we chose, which is important near the metro. Although the trip itself is difficult , but thanks to this separation, we saved time and effort, because the metro was not far away. We've been to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. All the recommendations about movement were sound. In advance, Victoria helped with the visa documents and purchase tickets for the shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto. In general , thanks to Victoria , we were able to realize our dream and invest in a normal budget 😊👌 They were always in touch with us during the trip , despite the difference of 6 hours . On September 9, 2024, I signed a contract with the TRAVEL ROOM and deposited part of the amount for the reservation of the hotel (I found the hotel and picked it up myself). On September 11, I was informed that there were no available rooms in this hotel and offered to choose another option or refund the money. After unsuccessful attempts to find another hotel, I decided to refund the money on September 13, I wrote a statement, deputy.Director Serafima said that the money would be returned within 14 days, maybe earlier than I would be informed (I didn't really understand why it took so long, but decided not to sort things out) on September 27, without waiting for a message from the TRAVEL ROOM, she called herself and it turned out that they just forgot about me, referring to the fact that they had a lot work, i.e. not up to me... and they offered to come and collect the money. I said that I would come in the evening and asked to prepare a book of comments and suggestions. The money was returned to me, but the book of comments and suggestions was not given on demand, they could not even find it. And it wasn't even an ordinary employee, but a deputy director! In parallel, I turned to another travel agency and did not regret my choice.

We stayed at the BEST ALANIA hotel. I liked everything very much - the room, breakfast, nice pool, good location. The price-quality ratio was very pleasing! I flew with my wife to the Maldives. The rest was organized by Marina. Everything is clear and even. I heard what I wanted the first time. She offered three hotels, told about the advantages of each. After that, it was not difficult to make a choice. For example, before that, other agents sent me lists of hotels to Viber, saying, look, figure it out and decide for yourself.
I signed the contract, paid for it, and Marina filled out the declaration herself before departure. There were no problems at all.
The hotel is a cannon.
I recommend the agency, and in particular Marina!

I came with one request, but it didn't work out in the end, the deadlines were compressed and I had to look for a tour to Turkey, because I decided to look for compressed dates here. It would seem that it is easier, but in the end we booked the wrong hotel and even in the wrong city, I saw it already at the time of signing the contract. As a result, the budget is different, the date is different, my transfer is not suitable. From the travel agent, even the word sorry did not sound, not to mention the discount, etc. because the payment was partially made, I did not climb and spoil the vacation
As a result, I spent 3 hours at the agency without selecting a hotel and purely on a contract. I had a good rest, but the service was 100% pumped up. I do not recommend it.
