Great hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. Comfortable, with normal attentive service and food. We rested for 10 days . The rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The food was pleasing with a variety of meat, cheeses and fruits. Those who like to eat will not starve for sure. They cook delicious food .A complex level area. The main building and above the fifth floor is a huge separate area on the mountain))
There are many shops, cafes, restaurants on the street in the city. The nightlife is in full swing!.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days at the end of November. I really liked everything! Cleaning every day, they give shampoos, gels, soap. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is a refrigerator and a safe. The staff is very polite, they will help you everywhere and will not leave you in trouble.
Two large dining rooms, a huge selection, there is something to take. Very tasty desserts. Animations take place every day. I would like to mention the excellent animators. My brother fell in love with Albina very much, at the children's club. She easily finds a common language with children and adults! I would also like to mention the animator Abdul, he is incredibly cheerful and sociable! We enjoyed playing darts with him. Excellent animation in the pool and at sea, and in the evenings on the third floor the guys organized interesting show programs.
I liked everything very much and we miss you madly, we will definitely return there again!

We had a rest in early June. A big company with a child. Everyone liked everything very much. The rooms are clean and cozy. Cleaning every day. There is enough food. Lots of fruits and various pastries. The staff is very polite, considerate and helpful. The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. There are very wonderful guys working on the beach. I especially liked the animators. Mizo, Tito. The games are held for both adults and children.Special attention was paid to children. The work is performed for 100 points. We will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The food is varied, there has always been meat:beef, fish and chicken. The rooms are tired, but it's not critical. Most of the staff speaks Russian. It is located in the very center of Naama Bay. There are many shops, as well as a Fixed Price and a pharmacy.

I had a rest here from February 24 to March 6. The hotel is gorgeous, the territory is just huge.It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach.There is a Fix Price and a market nearby. There are two beaches, one of which has a small coral reef, where even without a mask you can see the most beautiful fish. The sea is generally wonderful, we didn't even reach the pools (there are 5 of them on the territory of the hotel). Animation, foam parties, yoga, evening programs for adults and children. I have been to this hotel 2 times, at the end of January and on May holidays. The setting is great. The animation is good. Active animators, always friendly. The hotel is huge. I read the reviews and was very surprised upon arrival. It doesn't even look like five stars at first glance.
The hotel is right on the road, there is no separate area.
The numbers are not just tired, but absolutely dead. The furniture is old, shabby, the lamps are broken, the ceiling is hanging on my word of honor.
The cabinet doors do not open or close. The plumbing is in a deplorable condition:the shower head falls, the side washes off every other time, I'm silent about the unsanitary condition. Age-old dust on the hair dryer, mold on the bath rims. I understand that it's only a place to spend the night, but it's not pleasant at all. When checking in, there were no slippers and a bathrobe, they were given out after they applied for a reception. The bed towels were changed daily, but everything is also very old.
About the food. The food is delicious, respect for the cook. But the choice is not big and monotonous. But you can diversify your menu for 7 days without any problems. All the vegetable soups were delicious. Meat, liver in sauce, fish - everything is very tasty. The side dishes are great too. The fruit is not very monotonous and everything is cut into pieces and floats in some kind of syrup.
We took dates-fire (very tasty), plums-large ripe and dried fruits-dried apricots, prunes, raisins (delicious, but it was not always)
The beach. This is a separate story. Before him, you had to walk across the street and through the shopping malls (with constantly pestering merchants)
The beach is very small, the sun beds are close to each other, it is very uncomfortable. The entry into the sea is shallow, it is not realistic to swim. We went to the beach of other hotels, there is plenty of space and there is somewhere to swim. You need to come early in the morning, since there are few sun beds, there are not enough for everyone, at 10 o'clock all the sun beds are occupied, wherever you want, lie there.
There are no towels after lunch.
You have to take it to the hotel by the pool and drag it with you to the beach.
At 10:00, the music is turned on and the animation begins. Musicians and dancers periodically entertained. I liked the foam party very much.
You can have a snack on the beach at lunch. They cooked right there, everything was fresh and savory. By the way, I want to note that the juices are good, not diluted.
There is an upper terrace type in the hotel on the 5th floor level, where bungalows are located. That's where it's more interesting. I don't know how it is inside, but the views are beautiful, there are recreation areas, swimming pools. But it takes longer to get to the sea from there. It is necessary to go down, then take the elevator (it is alone and always a crowd of people)
That's why we chose the main building, but for those who don't have a problem running, it's better to take a bungalow, it's more beautiful there. But everything is smooth, a little unkemptness is visible there.
We didn't swim in the pools, I can't say anything.
Evening animation in the lobby daily. But we preferred to walk through the streets.
We didn't go to discos, but the music was fun, you could hear it well in all the rooms.
Result. A hotel for FIVE does not pull from the word at all (we were, we know)

We have been vacationing in this hotel as a family since 17.01 2024, room 315-316. The room is large, but everything is very old. But this is not the main thing, we only sleep in the room.

Green melon, like potatoes, apples, oranges, dates. Strawberries have never been given. The food on the beach is terrible. Everything is always burnt .
If you want to be given better drinks, a place on the beach, then carry a dollar each.
Cleaning. If you leave a dollar or a chocolate bar Alenka, then everything will be changed, if not, then everything will lie there.
The show is normal. If you do not pay attention to the food and rooms, then the rest is good. From winter to heat, it's a thrill.
I got the impression that they want to squeeze everything out of the hotel to the maximum and then close it for renovation.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The promenade is gorgeous.

The refrigerator did not work , they asked for it, but they did not achieve it . Something was flowing out of him... and there was a very strong smell of cockroach repellent in this corner... although the insects themselves have not been seen, probably a good remedy. There is a TV, our channels. By the way, there is Wi-Fi. Our room is great. It may be that the house is at a height from the main building. Very few bars ... there is something to compare with, therefore... The beach is not on the territory itself. Little. There are not enough deck chairs, there is not enough in the evening, our compatriots throw things on and leave, it infuriates, but it is useless to fight this, the workers said.,went early in the morning and in the evening. We had a rest in April 2023. We lived in the main building on the ground floor by the pool and bar. It turned out to be a very convenient location: everything is within walking distance. There is also one of the elevators nearby (there are 4 of them in the hotel!) You can go to the main restaurant on the 2nd floor, or you can go to the 5th and have breakfast at the grill restaurant, which is located a little further on the territory. The hotel has an Aqua park, a kids club, and 5 swimming pools. A huge, very beautiful, well-maintained territory. If you like silence and hiking, it is better to choose accommodation in a bungalow. We visited the SPA salon. Excellent massage + sauna + scrub and masks. Of the cons: you need to go down to the ground floor, and the handrail at the stairs is broken. 🤷 The hammam bath should have warm heated benches, but they are cold. But this is a question for the owner of this SPA salon. And the girls are doing a great job! Massage and SPA treatments for 5+👌 Took the course: 7 treatments. We were very satisfied. The hotel has two sandy beaches. They are located across the street within walking distance of 3-5 minutes at a calm pace. The bottom is sandy, not very deep, perfect for families with young children and people who are afraid of the depth or do not know how to swim, as well as for people with disabilities. There is a bar on the beach with drinks and snacks (French fries, beef patties or sausages, pasta, rolls, etc.) you will not stay hungry. You don't have to carry beach towels with you. You can use the card to take fresh ones and when you leave the beach, hand over the wet ones. Exit from the main building of the hotel directly into the city. This is suitable for those who like to walk along the shopping malls and restaurants, to the market. The nightlife in the city is bustling. Fans of visiting nightclubs will not be bored. We settled (11/17/2024) in a bungalow on the second floor. Number 831. It's just tin!!! Dirty room, mosquitoes especially in the bathroom. The tiles are dirty, there are traces of "killing" insects. On a foot towel with a blood stain…
The handle to the balcony is broken, the air conditioner didn't work, the phone didn't work either. The reception said they would fix it. I immediately asked for another number, and received "tomorrow" in response.
As a result, I waited almost a day. I didn't hear any apologies for the inconvenience (I talked to some vacationers and heard the same situations). They gave me a room in the main building, on the ground floor, 141.
The room is not bad, with a large bed, cleaner than the previous one. But it's right behind the cafe. The music is loud, so it's hard to rest. People can't walk quietly from the corridor either…
It felt more like it was more of a sanatorium than a five-star hotel. If you want to see these stars, then start being indignant, make a scandal or tip! I think that this is already a minus star. In general, not one thing, but another.
On the plus side: some workers actually do their job. I would say that the territory is clean, the pools are cleaned, the food is not bad (although there is not much variety), there were fruits, Russian-speaking staff. There are shops and pharmacies nearby.
I don't think I'll come to this hotel again.

The pools are OK, the view is OK,there is a FixPrice nearby and it is several times cheaper than in the hotel store. Food is trouble, alcohol is free, don't even think about drinking! The beach is nearby, the territory of the hotel is huge and very beautiful. There are no queues anywhere. There has always been a place on the beach. I also recommend the guide at the Shinoda Fox Hotel. He organized excursions for us at a very reasonable price. The reception is as friendly as possible, everything is for convenience and a comfortable stay. The cuisine is always varied, for every taste. In general, I recommend it to everyone. I was in 2019 and since then the city has been very transformed, the impressions on this trip were great.

A very good budget hotel! The food is delicious and varied. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. And it's fun there. Thanks to Roma (Ibrahim), who persuaded us to fly by parachute. It turned out that the prices for Naame for excursions and entertainment are very low. I was afraid to fly, but I really liked it in the end.
There is a fixed price list with low prices nearby. We stayed in other hotels, and the prices everywhere were much more expensive than on Naam.
In general, I recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. Only on the street it is better not to talk to touts, not to pay attention. Go to the toilet only at the hotel, otherwise they will demand money!

Repairs are required. Clean, cleaned every day. The plumbing works well, the water pressure is excellent. I remember there was a problem with this in Turkey. It is especially beautiful at night, thanks to the competent lighting. Cleaning of the territory every morning. Since the hotel is located on a slope, the second tier offers a magnificent view of Naama, the mountains, and the sea.
The food is excellent, the choice is rich, there are many types of meat, fish, crabs. There is no alcohol, you can drink it, but without pleasure. Beer is common for hotels, nothing special. Ice cream is served near the water park after lunch.
Cleaning every day. The bed linen is clean. The furniture is heavily damaged, as are the interiors. At the same time, the plumbing is working fine, the air conditioner is also working.
Animation: darts by the pool, exercises, foam parties on the beach from time to time, music, in the evening on the third floor - a show.
In winter, the swimming pool in the courtyard of the main building is heated. On the "fifth" floor, the pool with slides is also heated, +28. The slides are good. The rest of the pools are not heated.
The hotel has two beaches, located across the street about three hundred meters from the main entrance.

The hotel is in the city center, near a shop and restaurants. It is very convenient, there is a place to walk in the evening. But there is also a disadvantage in this. Next to the hotel, near the main building, there is a night bar and music blares loudly until 4 am. It is impossible to sleep with an open balcony, only with a closed one. It would be better to live in a bungalow, but it would be too far from the sea. The rooms in the main building are very old and in need of repair. The food is also not very monotonous, although last year a friend rested and praised. For some reason, tea is only served in the morning for breakfast.
