Baking in this workshop is a real delight for gourmets! I regularly buy cakes here, and every time they exceed my expectations.

It's a great place, I've been ordering cakes and desserts there for the last 3 years. The staff is friendly, they do it on time. The cakes themselves are out of competition, the choice of flavors is great, but everything is so gorgeous that it's even difficult to decide on a favorite. One hundred more pleases, so that quite often the assortment is replenished. Thank you guys for your work!

We ordered a birthday cake, made an advance payment and everything seems to be fine. However, when ordering a second cake on the same date, the price was said the day before the order date, which is why we decided to abandon the cake, but we were informed that the cake was ready, although no prepayment was made for it. We decided to pick up the cake after all, taking into account the promised discount for 2 cakes.
Upon arrival, we waited for the cakes to be packed for 20 minutes, although the time was agreed by which we plan to pick up the order. After the pastry chef took out the cakes and informed us that the discount for 2 cakes was only 2 rubles (considering that the second cake was not planned to be ordered), we decided to abandon the second cake and pick up only the one for which the prepayment was made. Due to the refusal of the second cake, the pastry chef said that "you will not take the first cake either" and slammed the door in our face, taking the cakes. We asked to call the administrator, we were informed that he was not there. However, after we protested and asked for a refund of the money paid for the cake, the administrator showed up. After listening to the unpleasant situation, the administrator referred to the fatigue of the pastry chefs, which does not justify such behavior at all. As a result, it was reported that topping and berries were added to the second cake for FREE, which were not mentioned in the correspondence when ordering at all. As a result, the cakes were taken away, but the mood was spoiled as much as possible and the desire to order cakes in this organization completely disappeared.
