She was treated at the polyclinic, as the district therapist fell ill, the head of the hospital closed the sick list. The next day, complications appeared and, accordingly, I decided to seek advice again. The registry office could not answer anything about this and sent it to the head so that she could tell which specialist to contact. I have not met such boorish, to put it mildly, "uncultured" behavior, having been served in this clinic for about 15 years. Head MALAKHOVA ELENA FEDOROVNA, instead of spending 1 minute of her time and telling whom to contact, spent 10 minutes in a raised tone with an outsider medical staff outraged that she had a lot of work. Quote: "... maybe you will check all the cards for me, and then I will tell you who to contact ..." It is not surprising that the rest of the clinic staff allow themselves rudeness.
Under the former head of VOLCHEK ALLA VLADIMIROVNA, no one allowed themselves such a boorish attitude, and she even more so. And now there is no hint of the high-status, solid polyclinic that it was before. The atmosphere in the team is created by the head (conclusion from practice, since I am the head myself).
For 7 years I have been serving here as a military wife. A cozy little clinic, where there are no queues and excellent service. There are all the necessary specialists. Even a gynecologist and a dentist, an X-ray room, which is very important, especially when in other clinics these specialists are on the other side of the city
I would like to mention this clinic with a good review. Special thanks to the gynecologist, etc. A very professional, attentive, respectful doctor. I was observed by her in my second and third pregnancies. And it's only thanks to her that we have three children. I have something to compare it with. Always everything,,to the point,,, nothing superfluous, never dramatized, but approached the situation calmly. Huge thanks to her for this!!!!!
The clinic is small, cozy. There are a lot of people, so you need to be tolerant of others
Maybe the clinic is good, but the gynecologist by the name of Bush is just disgusting there. She does not answer questions, she was not taught to talk, but only to scream. If he prescribes medications, then get ready to Google why they are. If you want to register, then get ready to go to her, and if she pleases, she will put it, and if you are not liable for military service, then she will not put it at all. Get ready to take two coupons right away, because as she says, there is no time. Last time, I had 5 days left before the 12th week, and she did not manage to register. Maybe for once, the second time I would keep silent, but in the 3rd case I will put the squeeze on the situation.
The location is normal, there are no queues, due to the fact that it is departmental, but this is a separate topic about some doctors, in general it is not bad!!!
The reception is disrespectful to visitors, especially the girl with red hair does not know how to communicate and reacts extremely disrespectfully to questions.
Hello! I want to complain about this policy, and in particular about the colic that is constantly working. My husband is a military man, we ourselves are from the Mogilev region, we are being examined in this clinic, since he is entitled to it. Constantly in this clinic, the personal confuses the schedule, and they refer to each other, and today everything is on the programmer, it turns out you come by appointment, and the doctor is on vacation, or he's on vacation, and they don't know who signed us up, but they definitely don't, or the doctor doesn't work at all today, and everyone It's the same thing. And I also liked the phrase "if something doesn't suit you, go to another clinic." I would go, but I need a residence permit everywhere, and my husband and I are registered in the Mogilev region, and we live here in a rented apartment... And yes, doctors are very slow to serve, it's generally a problem to sign up for a therapist, not to mention other doctors, but about a gynecologist in general, a separate problem per year, a person can go to the drop-off for 2 months, then go to study and then go on vacation again, and this is all said by the staff at the registry... It's just a nightmare, not a hospital.
