If it were possible, I would put "0", but it is impossible-therefore, "1" for the fact that they have an office. The quality of the Internet is so-so: eternal accidents, breakdowns, etc. Technical support is as useless as possible: after another accident due to the fault of the provider (the Internet is paid for, but there is no Internet, they fix it as they can and are in no hurry, money is clearly not returned for not receiving services due to their fault) all router settings flew off. I am not competent in this matter from the word at all, but having the Internet from matr*ks in another apartment, I am used to calling technical support and following the prompts of a specialist. Note: it's a dissonance and, naturally (because it's tech support) for free. Calling tech support numbers-plus, I listen to a wagon of negativity (literally: while I'm setting up the Internet for you for an hour or three hours, other clients will call me, so I won't waste time on you; don't you know how to do this? Etc.), and then operator 3 (at my request, my full name was not given to me) disconnected. I live close and (no one except the plus number works - sarcasm) I have nothing to do (sarcasm again) after 10 minutes I was at their office in order to leave a complaint and solve the problem with the router and access to the paid Internet. They refused to accept my complaint! Basically. And it turned out that it was possible to solve the problem with the router for a fee: you need to pay for the employee's call and the setup itself. After leaving the office and leaving, I called the nearest computer hardware service center with a request to help me. It turned out (I understand the laughter of those knowledgeable in this matter, but I'm really just a consumer of the service) everything is solved within 20 seconds. By the way, by phone and completely free of charge) After all this situation, I still have one question-why do I need this technical support? And of course, after that, I do not recommend everything and I will look for more options myself- thanks, they seem to be there
The service is terrible. It is never possible to get through. It's always busy, or you wait in line, and then they dump you. If they weren't monopolists in my house, I'd switch off right away. And so you have to be flattered by their terrible services
The disgusting quality of service, low Internet speed, coupled with constant breakdowns and accidents, which, importantly, are constantly being kept silent. I strongly do not recommend it.
