I would like to express my gratitude to the Minsk Central Department Store and share my positive shopping experience in this department store. We regularly visit the TSUM to purchase school supplies for our children, as well as to buy some brands of cosmetics for my wife. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of children's shoes and clothes - the products we purchased served for a long time and were very convenient for our children.
I was especially pleased with the presence of gold and precious jewelry in the assortment of the Central Department Store. We bought jewelry several times, and each time we were satisfied with the high quality and wide selection.
Also, I would like to mention the recent opening of the 1st floor, where you can find all the necessary goods for construction and tools. This has significantly expanded the store's assortment and allows you to combine purchases of different categories of goods in one place.
The staff service has always been friendly and professional. We always received all the necessary information and recommendations on the products that interested us.

I am duplicating my review from the book of complaints and suggestions. We came from Moscow to see Minsk and naturally wanted to see the local shopping mall. I've heard positive reviews about Belarusian cosmetics from girls for a long time, I really wanted to try it. I didn't know what to choose until I saw the consultants nearby. I went to the cash registers, where there are several girls with badges chatting, pointing at cosmetics. I tried to find a hair mask, I approached another woman in the hope that she would at least show me something, but no, in a tone like "get off me", I said the following: "girl, we don't have hair masks," by the way, then I did find a hair mask, though without the help of grief counselors. It feels like I've been in a Soviet movie where the sellers aren't thrilled with the presence of buyers in principle. In short, the service is 0/10. I've never seen anything like it. I wanted to have some other kind of relationship in the capital of Belarus, I didn't expect that they would be rude and behave like that. I really wanted to hear about cosmetics, choose some suitable for myself and bring something to my friends. I was ready to leave a decent amount, but unfortunately the mood was spoiled. I give two stars only because of the nice women at the information desk, they gave me a book of complaints without any questions, they communicated very politely and, in principle, they were super pleasant in themselves, they thanked me for the feedback and said they would wait again. On my next trip, I want to visit TSUM again, in order to buy cosmetics and finally find a normal consultant who will still tell me about the brand and help me find something suitable.
P.S. I read the reviews and realized that the cosmetics department is the most "dysfunctional", train your employees to communicate with clients or choose a different path in life if the job is not suitable or does not like it. I will be glad to receive feedback from the Central Department Store of Minsk.

So last weekend there were discounts on some range of down jackets. And it turned out that we bought a down jacket for my husband, the price tag on which was 500r, for 250r. I understand, it's not cheap either, but it's still better! Just do not be lazy to check with the seller for a discount on a specific item of the product.
