TSUM is one of my favorite stores, a good household department, a huge department of toys and children's clothing, adult clothing departments occupy almost the entire third floor. There are stationery, shoes, cosmetics. There is an inexpensive dining room on the 4th floor and a small cafe-bistro on the 2nd floor - where my son and I regularly eat ice cream.

I didn't like the store at all. The stench is on the ground floor, probably from the grocery store. Dirty and battered stairs require major repairs, as does the entire store. The staff is busy with their own business and does not like to be distracted.
