We were on the observation deck two years ago. Everything was great and free. This year, 2025, we arrived again. The cafe is already open. And the viewing platform is free only for cafe visitors.
We ordered ice cream, three balls. We've been waiting for 15 minutes and they won't bring it. There are three tables of customers besides us. There are about five waiters, including bartenders. I really didn't like it, we won't go here anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

In this review, we will not talk about the TSUM itself, but about the public toilet that is in it. We wanted to make it expensive, but it turned out as always. A mixer that needs to be opened by hand, without sensors. It is very convenient when everyone touches one faucet with dirty hands. There is no extraction of any unpleasant odor. Apparently they decided that there would be enough inflows. The toilets are dirty. But there's probably a bigger question about the culture of those who use these toilets, because toilet paper in the cubicles is padlocked. There is no stand-alone air freshener at all. There are no paper towels either, because there is just a dryer.

The perfect location of the hotel! All the most interesting things are within walking distance: the castle, the pedestrian street, the Neman, the theater. It's nice to sit on the square in the evening: there are many outdoor cafes. Delicious barbecue. The hotel has a very decent breakfast. In some rooms, the outlet is very inconveniently located, you can ask for an extension cord. Thanks to the girls at the reception. Especially Anna.

On August 8, we decided to visit a cafe on the roof. We sat for 15-20 minutes - no one came up to us. To the question to the officer serving the next table:"How long do we have to sit?" A girl came in without a uniform. When the order was made, we were "delighted" that we had to wait at least 1 hour. Although there were a lot of empty tables. We got up and left. At the exit, the company of tourists was outraged about the terrible service and the unreasonably high cost for such a service. The administration needs to think about the quality of service and staff selection. ☹️👎

A small selection. I had to buy a children's T-shirt. On the fourth floor, only Belarusian state-owned ones were shown, but there were beautiful and high-quality ones nearby. As a result, we first bought a little kringle and the sellers were not very happy about the appeal. I had to take the kringle too. Inexpensive, but also ugly. I don't really recommend it.

For families with children, it will be difficult to entertain a child, there are no special places for this.
There is only one elevator and a staircase to climb to the observation deck. I go up the stairs myself, but when I look at the kilometer-long queue for the elevator, I feel uneasy.
Of the advantages: convenient location, cleanliness and neatness, you can find what you need, but nothing out of the ordinary.
