I recently visited TSUM and I want to share my impressions. This mall is a real shopping destination where you can find products for every taste. Brands of clothing, shoes, and accessories are represented here.
I especially liked the atmosphere in TSUM — stylish and modern. The interior of the shopping center is tastefully decorated, and it is pleasant to spend time here, looking at various shops. The staff was polite and ready to help with the selection of goods.
I also want to mention the convenient location of the shopping center and the availability of Parking. This makes visiting the mall even more comfortable.

There are bank exchangers on the territory, but the MIR card is accepted everywhere, which is very convenient. There are also many garnishing departments and different grades. TSUM is a universal place where you can find a birthday gift and buy clothes with souvenirs. In general, everything your heart desires. The only thing that in my opinion is missing is a hardware store or a cosmetics store, like Mila, etc. Previously, there was a Three-price store in the Central Department Store, but at the moment its place is occupied by the X-store. Sometimes there are not enough parking spaces either. As it is, there are no big disadvantages. The premises are constantly maintained in order, and the people (employees) are friendly and polite (in my opinion, it is the employees who create the impression of the place of stay).

The store should primarily be for customers, but here it is for sellers, because in winter the temperature in the premises is such that it is simply impossible to walk in outerwear, it is very hot and you will constantly come. About sellers' work and certificate purchases.
3rd floor, tableware department.
The certificate was for 30 rubles, I took what I needed for a smaller amount, they offered to get it, I needed an envelope, ok, I took it, after which the amount was still less, but I didn't need anything, and they asked me to get it, I refuse. They say that they can't sell everything to me like that and that they won't give me change. I don't need any change. I repeat that I don't need anything. They still refuse to buy. I'm asking for a book of complaints and suggestions. Another female salesperson comes up and says I can pick up the goods. I picked up the goods and found that there was no receipt in the car.
Bottom line: I was not given a receipt for the goods!

I liked Brest right away, the city is small, the location is clear. TSUM is almost in the center of the city, the street of lanterns begins nearby. The store itself was pleased with the abundance of local, Belarusian goods and brands. The quality was pleasantly surprised. There, at the MTS office, they bought a local SIM card and then used all the services of the gadget without any problems.

Great shopping center. It's not as huge as more modern shopping malls, but it has everything you need. I especially liked the third-floor food court. I didn't like Santa on the 1st floor: it's not very convenient to go down there and, in general, there is a constant jostling in a relatively small space for a chain of stores of this kind.
