One of the oldest shopping malls in Almaty. There was no Independent Republic of Kazakhstan yet, but there was already a Central Department Store. Accordingly, this place has such a flair of historicity. Again, the Arbat is nearby. To be honest, I go to the Central Department Store or to the cinema, or for an iPhone case, or to a magnum. But I see a lot of people at the food court, so the food is good there. Boutiques must be visited by someone, otherwise they would have closed. One of the disadvantages is a completely finished parking lot. It's just a shame to have such a complete parking lot in such a shopping center. For this, a minus point. I definitely recommend you to visit. But it's better to walk or take a taxi.

Times have changed and large shopping malls have appeared to replace the Central Department Store. But TSUM, in turn, is also trying to develop, a cinema with several floors appeared, overgrown with coffee shops and got a small food court and even a supermarket, which was not in sight before. But the most attractive place is the second floor, there is a large hall where cell phones are sold, any resident of the city knows where to buy a new iPhone at a reasonable price or sell his old phone.
