a wonderful hotel, left only pleasant impressions.
- 5 minutes walk to the sea, past the market and small shops. The hotel is located deep inside, not along the road, which is a huge plus, there is no noise from the roadway
- excellent sound insulation in the rooms, you can't hear the neighbors, the room is clean and huge, with a dressing room, a dressing table in a separate room, additional a bed and a spacious terrace.
- in the evening, the music in the bar plays quite late, but it didn't bother me. Almost every day there is live music, often very good performers performed.
- cleaning every day - without additional reminders, 2 bottles of water were provided in the room every day,
- breakfast is normal, (included in the price) not refined, but good-quality and delicious, I had dinner outside the territory (surcharge for dinner is 300 baht), so I can not estimate,
- the hotel is very sensitive to their property, so be careful - if you receive a letter of happiness that the towel is dirty, allegedly cannot be washed and a fine of 500 baht, make it wash first, do not rush to pay))

We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2024
Positive:
* close to the sea
*courteous staff
* good restaurant, good breakfasts
* the rooms are nice , large terrace on the balcony, air conditioning
* a cleaner comes every day, cleans the whole room and changes the bed linen, which is very pleasant.
There were a lot of reviews that the deposit was not refunded, showing photos of some sheets, so this did not happen to us.
Minuses:
* The shower is not working well, the water is barely flowing
*Very weak Wi-Fi.
*There is no microwave in the room, I had to run from the 4th floor to the 1st and warm up the food I bought in the restaurant, it was a maximum surprise that there is no microwave in the 4-star hotel😁
* a deposit of 3,000 baht (only in baht!) They give it away at eviction when this money is no longer needed
* the staff does not speak Russian at all, it makes life a little more difficult

A great hotel for a holiday in Phuket, decent breakfasts, a huge swimming pool throughout, its own massage parlor, cleaned every day, 2 bottles of water for free daily. Close to all cafes, shops, night market and the main beach in 3 minutes. The only thing is, be ready to leave a deposit of 3 thousand baht in cash upon check-in, you can eat on them, do a massage, the rest will be returned upon check-out.

A good hotel, I'm not strong in assessing the levels, but I think it's fine for my 4 stars, children's and adult clean pools, an alcoholic bar in the water, a cafe on site, daily room cleaning, frequent change of towels. We have to walk to the beach, maybe 10 minutes, but it didn't bother us, we didn't go there a couple of times. Well, even if walking all the time is also normal nearby. We liked everything ✌🏿🔥

We liked everything. The territory is well maintained, large. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower has everything you need, the water was running without interruption with good pressure.
There is also a Thai massage and a small shop on site.
The pool is large and clean. The staff is friendly.
Of the cons:
No slippers or bathrobes
One of the air conditioners in the room was working (we had enough cool air from the second room) nevertheless, we talked about the second anniversary on the first day, but they did not return to us with feedback)

A very good hotel for families with children, we had a rest in November 2024, we liked it, we are coming for the second time. I booked without breakfast, bought 200 baht per adult 100 baht per child in the morning at the restaurant. I also liked the dinners in the hotel restaurant, 450 baht per adult and 300 per child (buffet), the same price includes grilled seafood dishes (fish, shrimp, crabs). The deposit was spent mainly in the bar.

I do not recommend this hotel, for this money you can find a much better hotel in Phuket, we rested from November 16 to 22, 2024.
Let's start with a few advantages:
1. A large number of pools;
2. Normal breakfasts;
3. It is not located on a hill, many hotels on Kata are located extremely inconveniently with stairs, ascents, some can be reached and go down to the beach only by transfer;
4. There are many restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, and a market around;

Now about the disadvantages:
1. The rooms are tired;
2. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, slippers and, most importantly, beach towels, while towels cannot be taken out of the room;

This is the third time in this hotel and I must say that it was better before. I'm not picky about hotels in Thailand at all. In Tai, it is needed more for an overnight stay, however, this time there was a lot of rain, so they were often at the hotel.
First, about the advantages:
- close to the sea;
- there are cafes, shops, markets nearby
-the territory of the hotel is cozy and green (in my opinion)
- linen and towels are white, spotless, clean
- the staff is friendly
- the water pressure was excellent on our arrival
-Wi-Fi at good speed, watched movies without freezes
Of the cons:
- there are no beach towels. There are sand mats, but towels would still be better. You can buy your own, but honestly, you don't want to do towel washing on vacation, but you need to refresh them after the sea.
- breakfast. You can find something to eat for yourself - a boiled egg, an omelet, sausages, some greens. There is porridge, muesli for children. There is no baking, except for pan cases. Pancakes daily. Everything would be fine, but in comparison with the past or with hotels of the same price category, this hotel loses a lot in terms of breakfast. In neighboring Pamukko, the breakfasts are just great - there is a huge selection of everything you want, and the price is about the same as Tuana
-entertainment for children. The children's room was closed, what is the reason for this is not clear. I saw through the window that there are slides, a house, toys. This room would have been very useful to us, as there was a lot of rain. There are slides for kids in the pool. Very strangely placed-the child does not fall into the water, but practically on the step of the pool. I had to catch it every time so that the child didn't hit himself, didn't beat off his ass.
On other points.
I didn't like the massage at the hotel. Gentle stroking. There is a great salon near the hotel, on the corner - they always wash their feet before a massage, and drinks are offered after the massage. And the masseuses themselves are clean, neat, and well-groomed. There are very few people in our arrivals, which is understandable, since the season is low. But holidays in Thailand are always wonderful. Therefore, only the best memories and impressions remain.

I had a rest in June 2024. I liked everything.. And the location in relation to the sea, cafes and markets. There was a big room. They cleaned it every day.. There are beach mats in the room. The breakfasts are good- varied. The restaurant is clean. There are always 3-4 types of fruits for breakfast. As a result, I even started dining here. While you're running around in the evening, you'll spend a lot of money and something is missing. There is always soup for dinner - borscht, tomyam...chicken. And there are always two types of fish for dinner, or a seafood cocktail, beef and chicken, pizza and many, many more things. I recommend. By the way, the price for accommodation is generally normal.

Previously, the hotel was a hotel, what has become now is heaven and earth, because we have never come here before this year after a 6-year break, we also decided not to change the traditions, But we are completely shocked and disappointed. Those who write that there are various breakfasts explain how, because for breakfast for two weeks the same thing: scrambled eggs, sometimes omelets, pancakes of not the best production by the way, oatmeal, rice and instant noodles, cucumbers tomatoes, yogurt, pineapple and watermelon, bread of two types, that's ALL!!!! Sometimes dinner leftovers (once a week somewhere) , a children's club (room more precisely), is constantly closed, water is given 0.5 per day per person, we don't even know what to do with it. Constant renovation, the pool bar is generally something: after 21:00 you have a super disco under your windows and nobody cares that there are rooms and everyone with children. And if you read the early comments, many people write about it. The sound insulation in our room is such that when people in the next room are talking calmly, we hear it just super nice at night, you can hear the balcony closing and the air conditioner turning on ... without comment, all this. The tea is only green and not of the best quality. This is all now, towels are changed every 5 days, only big ones are not given, slippers are not given either, although it was all before. The party school still had microwaves in every room, there was a lobby with a huge library, we brought books here ourselves by agreement with the hotel owner, there was a children's cinema in the evening, free ice cream went to it. Now, in my opinion, this hotel is far from 4 stars and we certainly will not go here anymore. I am not ready until half past one at night with my child to listen to the hammering of speakers from the bar under the windows, to requests to turn down the volume completely ignore, change the room too. But all those who scream at night and sit in this bar at night live in another building wake up at two o'clock and swim out half-drunk for a beer to the bar, so make them a separate bar under their windows. By the way, we poisoned ourselves with soup right there in the hotel, one day we decided not to go anywhere to eat at the hotel and went to bed in the evening. By the way, in the morning after the night festivities, the pool and the surrounding area are not cleaned, people with children come to this bedlam. Of course, the children's slide is closed because it is set up so that when children move out they either hit the steps for descent or simply fall from a height onto granite. The cleaning girls are doing well, they really do it well. In general, no - the hotel has lost its grandeur and coziness.

The hotel is for 3+. Repairs are needed. Huge cockroaches are running around in the restaurant. It was the same for breakfast. It happened that there were not even enough dishes. People were queuing up to get scrambled eggs and pancakes. The same dishes were placed in food containers. The fruits were the same (watermelon, pineapple and once there was a papaya). In the pool, where there are children's slides, the water was dirty, the child caught rotovirus. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is within walking distance. Near the market, cafes, massage parlors. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea.

I liked the hotel, but we must take into account that in the summer, when we were there, the pool with a children's slide and a children's room were being renovated, which is why we chose it. This did not spoil the impression, but it should be borne in mind that there was no information about the repair anywhere. The massage is wonderful, but there is nothing to compare it with, we have not tried it on the streets, since the prices are the same everywhere. Nutrition is very close to our daily routine, with a child it's the best! The staff is as polite and attentive as possible. The rooms are good, everything you need is there, we were given a conveniently located room without any problems. It is convenient to walk along a busy street with cafes and shops for 10 minutes from the sea. There is everything you need nearby. I definitely recommend it!

When we booked this hotel, we immediately asked several people about the real reviews about it. We unanimously argued that the reviews were mixed. Since this is not our first time in Phuket, we realized that often an ambiguous review is a subjective opinion. In general, it is. But! For those who will come here, it is important to know about the real pros and cons. Here they are.
Advantages:
The location is a 5-minute walk from Kata beach
Lots of fun around
2 large swimming pools
There are several cafes on site
A good massage (the price in the hotel is the same as in the salons on the street) Masseuse with blue hair 🔥
There is a buffet for dinner at a very reasonable price (seafood, fish, meat, fruits, sweets)
Now about the cons:
The hotel does not have a territory
The pool with slides for children is designed so that children fly from the slide into the water, where the water depth is 10 cm, while right next to the descent (step) into a large pool
There are no beach towels (extremely inconvenient!)
And in the rooms and in the lobby there are heaps of mosquitoes in the evenings
The breakfasts are so-so. Of course, there are eggs (in all forms), rice, porridge, sausages, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, salad dressing, watermelon and pineapple from fruits, tea (3 sachets per kettle), coffee-it feels disposable, juices. But! Pigeons and mynas sit right in the open food dishes (which have no obstacles in order to eat from the same spoons and serving plates. The staff does not react to this in any way. Strange, to say the least!
It doesn't even make sense to write about broken cups/plates 🥴
The hotel staff is more of a minus than a plus. Either they are so tired of tourists, or for some other reason, they greet with force, smile, but do not help in any way, pretend that they are doing something.
BUT THE BIGGEST DISADVANTAGE of the hotel is the round-the-clock swimming pool. For those who will live next to him, this is hell! Every night, newly arrived (and not only) compatriots will drink alcohol, their children will scream at the top of their lungs in this pool until the morning, you will learn all the songs that they know. Neither the reception nor anyone else will help you to calm them down! You will just enjoy screams, screams and drunken songs every night all the time you rest! And no appeals to conscience, to the fact that you have small children who cannot sleep, to the fact that you also came to rest- will not help!
In my opinion, this is a hotel only for a certain contingent who are ready to drink, sing songs and they don't care about any comfortable conditions. For those who are looking for rest, relaxation, friendly people, and not the cattle around-this hotel is not suitable.

Breakfast is the same for all 11 days, there are NO pastries for tea at ALL!!! YOU CAN COMPLETELY FORGET ABOUT THE DIPOSITE!!!!! It is impossible to provide worse service and rooms! When booking, they asked for a higher room, as a result, they allegedly increased the comfort by providing rooms on the 1st floor with access to the pool. Maybe someone likes to constantly listen to screams at the balcony, piles of people on the steps and have things constantly wet from splashes, then you may like it. We asked to be spared from this, the staff vaguely hinted that they might change later, but we did not want to waste time on moving. But that was just the beginning... They found out that the safe was not working, the master was waiting, after an hour he said he would be able to fix it only tomorrow. In reality, the safe was repaired 4 times, then changed. Once he wrote all night! The engineer came only in the morning, Another time we couldn't open the safe, as a result we were late for the tour, as the money and tickets were in the safe, and the staff was in no hurry. On the first morning, we woke up to the fact that strangers were walking around the room! It turned out that the front door wouldn't close! Absolutely! Every day we demanded to repair the door, the master came (and not immediately! And the staff warned us to wait for all the craftsmen in the room and be present during the repair). After the repair, the door performed its functions for a short time, but then it did not close again. On the last day, when we demanded the main manager, they admitted to us that the door needed to be repaired thoroughly and gave us an ordinary key. But he also didn't close the door!
The door to the bathroom and toilet did not close at all! You could only visit the toilet with the door wide open, or you had to somehow manage to hold it. It was impossible to cover her tightly. We have repeatedly waited for the master, repairs, and .. everything is as before!
The air conditioner was constantly hanging and not working . Just in the evening, water gushed out of the window. The renovation, with our obligatory presence, deprived us of the opportunity to meet with friends. The engineer dropped some detail and instead of with the maid they searched for it for 2 hours. Water dripped from the air conditioner all night, buckets were carried, 2 liters per hour. It was impossible to fall asleep under these drops. I repaired it only the next day.
The water in the room is either cold or hot, there is no third option.
For some reason, they only give 1 large towel. It was with great difficulty that we managed to get a hand towel, but it was rarely changed. For a 4* hotel, it's just amazing!.
The kettle did not turn off on its own, it was necessary to wait until it boils.
It seems that the hotel decided to renovate this room at our expense, we had to endlessly tip various craftsmen.
In the restaurant, a flock of pigeons spend on tables and containers with food. One employee tried to disperse them, but it's impossible, the restaurant is open.
The staff, despite all our problems, only gasped, it was impossible to get a meeting with the management. The hotel staff speaks almost no Russian or English. No compensation was offered to us for the numerous problems.
Breakfast supposedly starts at 6 o'clock. A couple of times it was about 7 o'clock, the light was off, the only food was rice and noodles, iced tea and coffee. The staff was leisurely preparing something. They did not respond to the request to at least turn on the light.
From the positive : the beach is 7 minutes away. The hotel is on a busy street, 7 minutes to the right to the 7-11 store. The 999 store is closer. Currency exchange, massage, excursions, markets are all nearby.
The hotel has 2 rooms, 2 large wardrobes in the room, but there are no small bedside tables, drawers. There is sufficient lighting, both general and local. Large balcony, table, chairs, dryer. 3 maids cleaned at the same time, quickly and cleanly.
But living with an open door, constant renovation of the entire room is not a vacation!

A good budget hotel. The room cleaning is excellent every day and clean. There were no normal hungry breakfasts . Convenient location- close to shops, restaurants, food courts , offer excursions, sell fruits , massage parlors , exchangers. Kata Beach is a 5-minute walk away.

-the hotel is large, 2 swimming pools work, 3 are being renovated
-deluxe rooms are chic, consist of 2 rooms, 2 air conditioners, which is very convenient, you can turn on one and sleep in another room
- Dinners!! It's just chic! Seafood, fish, passion fruit-300 baht per person, you can deposit, I advise you to take a hotel with dinners right away
- the massage at the hotel is excellent (you can pay a deposit)
-a deposit of 3000 baht, I advise you to spend it at the hotel (accepted only in baht) - an exchanger on the corner with the hotel (the exchange rate is normal, as everywhere)

We rested in July, delex room, on the 3rd floor, balcony with access to the pool, daily cleaning, 2 bottles of water for free, towels were changed , refrigerator in the room, safe, split system air conditioning, everything was fine with us, if something was wrong, the issue was resolved , we ate in the cafe at the hotel, breakfast was free, and porridges, and omelets, pastries, fruits, yogurts, the hungry did not exactly leave, in the evening they were also there, normally, satisfying, and most importantly without poisoning.

The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of the tour operator, as it was the first time we flew to Phuket. If you are flying in low season, when the waves are from the 3rd floor, and you are not surfers, this hotel is your best option. The territory is not large, but it's all in the pools! Clean pools! And if you really love water - I recommend from the bottom of your heart - take the Pool access number, as we did! I would like to note separately that cleaning is daily, but linen is not changed, only towels! The breakfast is not great, but everyone will definitely find something to eat. We even gave Tom yam for breakfast once) According to my personal feelings, solid 3 stars, 4 here, of course, is a stretch! Another pleasant room service, though with a limited menu. We were very satisfied with our vacation! Well, the final huge plus is that no one will pull you out of the pool at night, unlike Turkey!

The location is convenient, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Phuket Town is a 20-minute bus ride away. The staff is friendly, they always say hello and smile. There are three pools, 1 meter 20 centimeters deep. There is no private beach, everyone goes to the common one. It is large, well-groomed, but dirty.
