Judging by the reviews, some of this hotel left hungry! Dear friends, there is such an assortment, how can you stay hungry??? What do they feed you at home that you don't eat enough on vacation? The hotel is very clean, quiet, in my opinion I would not go anywhere, there is food everywhere! The view from the window was on the courtyard, so maybe someone on the road was out of luck. Although I didn't see that there was a huge car traffic. Alcohol of good quality, tested. Cocktails are given only until 22-00, but this is good, because excess outpourings are harmful. The territory is constantly cleaned, everything is clean. We swam at the pier, there were no stones, but at the hotel yes. I agree that the majority of the contingent are loud-voiced Ukrainians. But that's their mentality and it's not fixable! Therefore, those who are not ready to tolerate it, it is better to choose another hotel, but otherwise everything is great!

A hotel for a relaxing holiday with your family.
There is no entertainment in the hotel.
The food is at the 3 star level.
The staff is DISGUSTING, while we were staying at the hotel, a friend had a Rolex watch stolen for 2 million. ₽ and my friend and I were kicked out until our parents arrived, allegedly we do not live in this hotel despite the map and the database.

A spoiled new year is a disgusting banquet, in general, the hotel does not have trained waiters, it is not hygienic, there is a very poor menu for fruits, desserts, meat, there is no good coffee. Alcohol of poor quality, local. European bottles are stored incorrectly, the taste and appearance of the bottles are spoiled. There is no live music in the evenings. Gestreleshens does nothing but beg for positive feedback and does not solve problems. Of the advantages, only good rooms and cleaning, if you leave $ 1, if not, even towels will not be replaced. I strongly do not recommend it, it is not 5 stars or close. In winter, the pools do not work, only the scanty one in the spa is not heated. The territory is poorly lit in the evenings - you walk in the dark. In general, we wasted our money and time.

Neutral: a very quiet and peaceful hotel, which was a plus for me, but someone may need more aggressive animation; standard food for all inclusive - do not expect surprises

Don't get fooled by the beautiful photos and the fact that this is a well-known hotel chain. We fell for it and spent our vacation in the mud of the century, on the beach consisting of steers and plastic bottles and half-starved, since the food is only suitable for livestock feed. Now we are trying to return the money, but so far in vain.
