Yesterday we celebrated my father's anniversary for 20 people. I booked it 3 days in advance. The menu was discussed. The guests were called at 18.00. And as a result, the guests and I waited until half past seven until the entire table was set for us. I can't even convey the unpleasant feeling that I had to go through during these one and a half hours. All the time I had to apologize to the guests that they had come all the time and were sitting and looking at an empty table . To download that it was bad is not to say anything. Then I apologized to the guests all evening. And the question is, why did I have to do this? I was very ashamed in front of my guests. We came to this restaurant many times and we liked everything. But now I will no longer recommend it to those who want to celebrate a big event. The waiters are not coping. They are not competent at all. They constantly ask where to put this or that dish. We had to clean up the plates and garbage ourselves . The salad portions are small. There was a lot to say. And the most annoying thing is a ruined evening.

The establishment spoils its reputation with disgusting delivery service. We tried to order several times, but we never managed to complete this quest. That application is not working correctly. I made a request yesterday, they called me only 30 minutes later to inform me that there are no lagmans in the menu in the lagman category. Replaced with another dish. After another 25 minutes, they called back and said that they could not accept the order, since the amount (with paid delivery by the way) does not reach 4000. Literally 170 tenge is missing, order something else. Is it a problem on the part of the client that the dishes had to be replaced anyway. But it seems that the customer is to blame, so in the end they said if I don't need something else, then they can't accept my order. Taking away my lunch hour at the same time. The support service was written at lunch, when the manager did not call back for half an hour, but they answered there too after seven. The service is amazing.
