Hello. We had a rest in May 2024. On Hainan Island (Sanya, southern China), the Harman Hotel Sanya 5* hotel, which has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and sightseeing of the island.

We have booked a vacation in the UAE. We chose a tour, waited for feedback, received an invoice, paid and flew. Something from the region Came, Saw, and Won. Keep it up !
BUT after arrival, I can say the following - as soon as you paid for the tour and flew, you are not interesting to anyone and if you have questions during the trip or after it, no one will answer you intelligibly and will not waste time on you either. Today is exactly two weeks since we returned from vacation, but we are still waiting for an answer..... We still cannot understand what has become of the tourism business in the Republic of Belarus. We will organize the next trip on our own, so as not to pay so-called travel agencies, tour operators such as hotel and transfer guides, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING A DISGUSTING SERVICE

From the purchase of the tour, to its completion and before arriving home, Maxim was always in touch. SMS notifications, reminders, and departure time are received from the Softtour company itself.
For the first time in my life, I was comfortable dealing with a travel agency and now I will only contact Softtour.
Everything is very well-established in the organization of recreation. We were in Turkey, the Caretta beach hotel 4. The tour operator with whom Softtour works even called the telephone in the hotel room and warned about meeting with the guide, warned that they had already arrived for us.

It's a good office. Multi-brand. From different tour operators. And Russian ones too. It is often cheaper than the average in the city. Tourists are welcome, they are interested in how they got there and how they were placed. They ask about unfamiliar hotels. Travel services are not imposed, they are given to choose for themselves. But they dissuade from the obvious awl. Unfamiliar hotels do not fit in, just to sell. There is a children's corner. Delicious coffee tea. We take it for the 6th time. Satisfied.
