The hotel is small, but with a claim to luxury. Really beautiful. The patio is a great place to relax. There is a barbecue area, equipped even with a cauldron, all in marble. The pool is small, with lighting, there is a pool for kids. The rooms are bright, the toilet has underfloor heating. The room has everything you need. They clean it every day. Cleanliness is everywhere. The breakfasts seemed monotonous to us, but you won't be hungry. But most importantly, we really liked the staff. We organized a shuttle service to and from the hotel for free. They always helped with everything.. I recommend.

Nice little hotel.
Relatively inexpensive of those with a swimming pool.
The interiors are very nice, but the materials were used on a budget. So you can feel it.
The service is generally normal, but it feels provincial. For example, they ask you to pay by transfer rather than by card.
Parking is very symbolic. Of course you will park the car, but in fact it will be on the road.
The breakfasts are quite varied.

There are only excellent impressions about the hotel and the staff.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location with good transport accessibility to any tourist destinations. The breakfasts are hearty. And if you want something else, there are shops for every taste within walking distance, including a good supermarket chain "Basket".
The rooms are warm (they were in the cool time), clean (and cleaned daily). There is Wi-Fi, a TV, a comfortable and clean bathroom, soft beds, which is important. Very comfortable!
The staff is very helpful. Always in touch. If you have any questions, they will find solutions. I'm going to miss you. And I definitely recommend it! And we will come ourselves.

A gorgeous place! A beautiful swimming pool, cozy spacious rooms, European design of the halls, delicious buffet breakfasts. You can take bicycles, but we traveled by taxi in such heat. Fortunately, it is cheap in Samarkand. It's not exactly the center, but it's not the outskirts either. The area is pleasant, there are ATMs, pharmacies and cafes. It's definitely worth staying here.

Clean rooms, TV, air conditioning, shower are all in working order. Pleasant and friendly staff, a large selection of breakfast dishes. I also liked the lobby of the hotel - it is very cozy, there is a place to sit, a pleasant aroma and a lot of fresh flowers!

The pool is very small, cold and it is not clear why it is at all, since the sun partially hits and there is nowhere to lie in the sun. There is a construction site nearby. There are no streets to walk around. There is no coffee at all in the hotel, only 3in1 tea bags)). The rooms are clean, the furniture is difficult to find cheaper, only if used, of course. The breakfasts are not delicious, everything is the cheapest. It feels like saving on everything. On the downside, you will also be asked to pay an additional $ 20 for each day of your stay as a hotel fee. Well, high audibility in the rooms, of course.

Everything is fine! The room is a little small, but cozy.
There is a good assortment for breakfast. Private car parking in front of the hotel.
The windows of the room overlooked the building under construction. It is not valid yet, but later it will not be comfortable in such rooms.
There is no natural coffee at breakfast, you have to ask separately for it to be prepared at the reception.

A great hotel – I sincerely recommend it and I am ready to put 7 stars out of 5))). We were initially looking for a hotel in this area with a room for four, as a result we got a large beautiful room with high ceilings and a huge bathroom, and a very nice courtyard with wicker furniture and a swimming pool (the children were just happy). The hotel itself is very elegant, stylish and spotlessly clean. The classical jazz background in the lobby is beautiful. The staff at the reception are extremely friendly, always ready to help and speak perfectly not only Russian, but also English (there were many foreigners during our check-in); the maids are nice and caring. The breakfasts are very decent, everything is fresh and delicious, ripe fruits and vegetables. There were also national dishes (samsa, sweet pastries, Samarkand tortillas), and a standard set of cereals, eggs, sausages, sliced bread, and cereals. We had a lot to choose from, and some of the guests additionally asked for an omelet and it was promptly prepared for them. The beds are comfortable, the bedding and towels are of high quality. In addition to shampoos and gels, there were shaving and tooth brushing kits and a hair dryer in the bathroom. There were no problems with audibility. We took a taxi to the center and restaurants via Yandex Go (from 6 to 15 minutes, 10,000- 20,000 soums, the longest trip was to the Eternal City, as much as half an hour). Upon arrival, we used the transfer from the hotel. Money was changed in a bank 3 minutes walk from the hotel (the driver from the reception offered a completely uninteresting course, 100 per ruble, and I still did not understand whether it was naivety or greed) and on the market.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
Upon arrival, we were provided with a free transfer from the airport. Despite the fact that the flight was slightly delayed, the welcoming staff patiently waited until we issued a SIM card at the airport.
The hotel has everything you need, a cool bright hall, a large dining room where breakfast is served, a cozy courtyard with a swimming pool.
The 2-room rooms are very large. The room was cleaned every day, water and toiletries were replenished, towels were changed.
The pool in the hotel was very helpful in the heat of the day. The water is clean, warm, and there are 4 sunbeds for those who want to sunbathe.
The breakfasts are good, there is always a choice: hot dishes, pastries, sweets, fruits. Drinks include juices in a tetrapack, tea, instant coffee. But at the reception you can ask for coffee from the coffee machine, it's free.
Special thanks to the hotel staff, they are always polite and ready to help. If they see that you have any difficulties, they will always come up and ask if you need help. They helped us contact a taxi driver who did not speak Russian and could not find the entrance to the hotel.
We started our vacation with Samarkand and this hotel, and when we took a night flight home 10 days later, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel (since, unfortunately, there are no luggage storage rooms at the airport) and we quietly walked around the city.
Some things in the rooms need to be repaired. The closet door was jammed in our room, the hair dryer was not working.
There is also a global repair of the road near the hotel, taxi drivers often get confused and come to the wrong place.
But these are the little things that did not overshadow our rest thanks to the general comfort of the hotel and its staff.

Beautiful lobby and all public spaces of the hotel. Bright colors, pleasant smell, music playing. A cozy pool area, there are showers and a toilet, beautiful lighting. The room has a full set of towels, hygiene products, tea station, water. The phone was not working. Wi-fi is unstable, it doesn't work everywhere. The breakfasts are delicious, porridge-eggs-sausages-pastries-dairy products-fruits-drinks. I lowered my grade more for communication. A couple of weeks before the trip, we contacted by e-mail regarding the possibility of early arrival. The answer was received on the day of arrival, and the standard unsubscription, the answer to the question was never received.

A small (about 16 rooms), very neat and clean hotel with a cozy courtyard and a small swimming pool. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there (slippers, hygiene products). You can change money at the reception and call a taxi (but it's cheaper to call a taxi through the regular Yandex Taxi app). Delicious breakfasts, in the evenings you can gather in the restaurant and play UNO and Mafia, without disturbing anyone, as we did.🙂
One of the disadvantages is that you need to climb a narrow staircase to the second floor with a suitcase, but this does not spoil the impression, but creates a little inconvenience when checking in and leaving the room (if necessary, you can contact the hotel staff and they will help).

But, there is one big BUT! which greatly spoils the impression, now I turn to the owners of the hotel, - please teach the staff the standards of professional service: faced with the fact that the maids use the personal belongings of the guests without permission and in their absence, returning to their room, they found someone else's phone on the charger, turned out to be the phone of the maid, who forgot it, while using our an elegant device. When registering at the hotel, payment was made in cash, as a result, we were given change, the girl at the reception said that there was no change and in the morning it would be returned to us, as a result, neither the next morning nor the next day, no one offered to pick up the amount due, they gave it only 3 days and then after our reminder. We asked the guys at the reception for a corkscrew, they kindly offered us to open a bottle of wine, we gave them the wine, as a result, no one returned the wine for 20 minutes, we returned to the reception, and we see how the two of them pick the cork with a corkscrew, which was already half pushed into the bottle's throat, as a result, a bottle of good wine was returned to us in which shreds of a torn cork floated inside. Faced with another nuisance, if the reception staff sees that you use the services of city taxi operators, and not the services of a local taxi driver who is in the lobby of the hotel, while asking them for the address of the object you are interested in in the city, they deceive and call the wrong address, and finally, before leaving, they asked for a certificate that that we were staying at the hotel, as a result, we were given a certificate for a different name and a different room, there was no time to change, we had to leave without a certificate. A hotel without stars . There are 16 rooms in total. In general , it 's not bad , but there are some nuances :
1. Clean, there is no battery in the bathroom, towels are always damp and generally damp. You constantly have to ask them to clean the room or change the towels

Great hotel. Fresh. Modern. Good repair. There is a small swimming pool. A kindergarten where you can sit with friends in the evening. There is a barbecue, so if you buy meat, you can make a grill yourself.

We were settled on January 9, 2023, during the abnormal cold weather in Uzbekistan. The hotels and rooms were very clean and, most importantly, warm. The staff is polite. Our breakfast was included in the payment for the room, like a buffet. If you take a taxi, keep in mind that in Samarkand at that moment 2 identical addresses were entered into the Yandex map in different places of the city. Therefore, we had some friction with the taxi driver, who took us to a completely different place. On the same day, I wrote to Yandex to fix the error on the map of Samarkand. I don't know if the error has been corrected.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in in the near abroad!!! Five out of five, 4 stars definitely deserves it. The water in the heated pool, 30 degrees, is like fresh milk!!! Courtyard with micro garden, birch trees. And in general, Samarkand seemed to me to be an Uzbek St. Petersburg, judging by the people and attitude to the urban environment. We rested for 7 days. Overall, I liked everything very much. Positive:
1) Clean rooms, cleaning every day + working without problems.
2) Good delicious breakfasts until 10 am - buffet (we arrived at 9:30, the range of food was varied, there was enough of everything).
3) Bottled water was given out without problems (how many bottles were asked for, so much was given, i.e. without restriction)
4) None of the staff was disturbed. We asked for advice on institutions - we gave recommendations without any problems.
5) The plumbing in the room is clean, without plaque, works perfectly without leaks.
6) A cozy fenced (= isolated) courtyard with a swimming pool. The windows of the room overlooked the pool, she noted that the water was cleaned every evening.
The disadvantage is insufficient noise insulation. In the hallway, you can hear what is happening inside the room.
And the nuance with the Yandex map is two addresses of 12 Gagarin Street. The distance between the houses is about 1.5km.
