Thanks a lot to the organizer Sergey and the guide Vasily for an unforgettable experience! Sergey and I discussed everything very quickly and accurately in the messenger (quick feedback was very important to me. Sergey answered immediately and explained everything), made a plan, decided on the cost, agreed on everything as soon as possible. We had a private jeep tour. Our guide, driver and guide was Vasily. Incredibly comfortable interaction for all 4 days. Many interesting places and a lot of information have been studied. We didn't think about anything at all, but only enjoyed the beautiful views and historical places. Everything was organized clearly and without overlaps. All we had to do was relax and enjoy the trip. We have traveled all that is possible!) I am very glad that I chose this particular company and I am incredibly pleased that Vasily was our guide when diving in Armenia! It was with our amazing guide Vasily that we made our first ascent! The Ajdaak mountain is very beautiful at the top. If not for Vasily's support, the path would have been much harder. We had a rest with a group of 7 people, and previously, with the help of a tour operator, we carefully prepared the program. Therefore, the whole trip was held at the highest level, no complaints! The journey turned out to be quite long, it began with arrival in Yerevan, followed by several days of trips around Armenia, moving to Georgia and after a few days of staying there, transfer to Vladikavkaz. I repeat, there was not a single glitch in the program: excellent guides accompanied us everywhere, good cars were served, we checked into wonderful hotels, delicious dinners were waiting for us everywhere at the excursion site. We went on tour from October 4 to October 10, 2024. I liked everything very much! And the respectful, I would even say careful, attitude of all employees towards us. And well-thought-out routes, quite saturated, but not overloaded. And the round-the-clock readiness to suggest something, to advise. And a healthy balance between the entertaining and educational side of the trip.
The guide Araik knows everything about the history of his country, it seems. And maybe more))) You can safely ask him about everything in the world, from Armenian cinema to philosophical questions. Vladimir's driver is just a jeweler, so my husband still admires his skills! Armenia itself is an incredible country in terms of beauty and climate. The cuisine is diverse, the locals are friendly, the history is striking in its antiquity and richness. I want to share my good impressions of the mini-route for 4 days compiled with the help of this company.
We arrived in Armenia for the 6th time, we have been to many places ourselves. This time we decided that we want more information.
Advantages (and only them):
We promptly took into account all the wishes and offered an option;
We were met and accommodated in a hotel of the selected category;
The route is well calculated, the time on the road is compensated by the second half of the day for rest;
All basic expenses are included in the total cost, it is convenient;
The information is interesting, it's nice to build a dialogue. The goal is to introduce the guests to the country, not to drive them along the route points.
In summary, it is a mature, competent approach to travel organization.
And special thanks, of course, to our guide Eduard and "navigator" Samvel. Because on the way it was not only interesting, but also comfortable with these people. And this, in our opinion, is at least half of the success in trains.

An individual visited today.an excursion with Armenia Explore Sevan-Garni-Symphony of stones-Geghard. We've been back home for two weeks now. I remember my trip to Armenia as a wonderful fairy tale. In ten days they seemed to have traveled all over the country:from Yerevan to the south of the country, then we went up to Lake Sevan and finally returned to Yerevan; visited ancient temples, a cave city, saw the ruins of an ancient castle, took a boat ride on the lake, tasted cheeses and wines from local producers. But I think we have seen only a tenth of the beauties and wonders that this ancient land preserves. I was delighted with nature, the sun, the air, the mountains and the PEOPLE! Friends, if you are thinking of using the services of this company, here are some tips.
First, always read the program carefully and check it for sudden changes - they may appear when it's too late to change anything. You may be secretly imposed additional points of the tour, which you did not give up for nothing, but which can significantly increase the duration of your trip.
By the way, about the duration - always specify in advance the approximate duration of the trip for the day and do not pay attention to the grimace of the guide, who pretends that you have personally insulted him.
Also check the schedule of stops and meals - their guide has his own, separate understanding of the diet, as well as places suitable for this purpose. For example, in Garni, we were taken to a cafe familiar to the guide, where we paid twice as much for lunch as in the center of Yerevan and received over-dried trout and three pieces of meat in the style of "shish kebab from a tent in the market."
Don't forget to bring headphones with you, because the guide's continuous babble about the greatness of Armenia and its importance in world history is somehow entertaining on the first day, but on the second it already starts to get specifically annoying. Although, of course, who is interested in what.
According to our impressions, all the interesting places in Armenia are located near Yerevan, and it is not necessary to contact agencies to visit them. It is enough to go to the Republic Square and choose a car you like with an advertisement for excursions. They definitely won't force you to visit the "ancient observatory of Karaunj" (a clueless cluster of boulders on a mountain plateau) or the "mysterious dragon stones of Vishapakara" (two indistinct columns around which there is simply nothing), some Mikoyan museum or another monastery, which is one in one similar to all the others.
Yes, if it occurs to you to order a jeep ride to the Azhdaq petroglyphs from them, keep in mind that this is a really extreme trip, during which you will have to shake for an HOUR and a half on a rocky road and boulders (and this is one way). Of course, the guides do not warn about the degree of extremity and possible harm to health, so evaluate the capabilities and endurance of your body in advance. By the way, there are few petroglyphs on Ajaak, but they do not carry them to Ukhtasar. Apparently, there are no lured (or rather, feeding them) cafes nearby.
So, as it was sung in one song - "Think for yourself, decide for yourself."

Провели чудесную неделю в Армении с 23 по 30 апреля 2023 года.
Компания прекрасная. Все было организовано очень хорошо, Сергей, директор компании, учел все наши пожелания, несколько раз переделывал программу под наши желания, всегда был на связи. Мы путешествовали вчетвером.
В аэропорту нас встретил Сергей с водителем Эдгаром. Машина прекрасная, просторная , ездить было комфортно .
Отель был прекрасно расположен . В поездках нас сопровождала гид Лилит. Ей отдельное спасибо, очень интересно, профессионально, не скучно, человек любит свое дело и свою страну.
Водитель Эдгард тоже заслуживает добрых слов, безопасное вождение, тонкий юмор, пунктуальность.
При этом нет предоплат за тур, расчеты на месте и стоимость тура очень доступная .

ExploreArmenia organized for our family a tour of Armenia (6 days) and Georgia (3 days), late August - early September 2023. Even before the trip, communication with the director of the agency Sergey made a very pleasant impression: always in touch, detailed, clear and quick answers. Already directly during the tour, this impression of the company only intensified.
Our program was very rich, and everything was organized competently and as convenient as possible (departure at 9-10 am, there is always a lunch break, reasonable overnight stays and transfers). Both in Armenia and Georgia we were driven in comfortable minivans, with air conditioning, there was always water in the cabin. Accommodation in hotels fully corresponded to the level we requested.
I would like to thank our guides Araik (Armenia) and Natalia (Georgia) for informative excursions and intellectual conversations, and drivers Edagar (Armenia) and Zurab (Georgia) for careful and safe driving! Guides are excellent storytellers, they know the history perfectly well and, it is clear that they are interested in it and constantly update their knowledge.
The whole team of ExploreArmenia are great professionals, very friendly and extremely punctual people! We are happy to recommend them 👍🏻

Первый раз решила довериться в организации поездки туроператору. В самом начале подкупили отсутствие предоплаты и наличие положительных отзывов. Отзывы себя полностью оправдали, всё прошло хорошо, в соответствии с программой поездки. Большой плюс, что программа подбирается индивидуально, с учётом предпочтений туристов, их планов и количества дней пребывания в Армении. Нас было двое и оказалось так приятно путешествовать, когда нет большой толпы, потому что мы могли двигаться своём ритме. Спасибо Сергею за организацию тура , спасибо нашему водителю Артаку и экскурсоводу Василию за все дни поездки, за их воспитанность, интеллигентность, внимательность. Прекрасная организация работы !!!. Чувствуется, что компания работает давно и успешно. Оперативно реагирует на любой запрос туров, даже самых нестандартных. Директор фирмы всегда на связи. Вчера вернулись из поездки по Армении. У нас был семидневный тур. Что можно сказать, страна открылась с новой стороны. Узнали про историю, посмотрели много достопримечательностей. Вкусно покушали, привезли сувениры и вкуснейшие сухофрукты и вино. И коньяк, конечно.

только и исключительно положительные впечатления, воспоминания и эмоции! мне подобрали предложения по экскурсиям с учетом моего графика и времени в Армении - в итоге получилось и очень познавательно полюбоваться Ереваном, и побывать в горах и на Севане. У меня был потрясающий экскурсовод - Василий, невероятно интеллигентный, образованнейший человек, интересный и легкий собеседник, с которым было максимально комфортно в путешествии/поездке. Всем хорошего дня! Хочу оставить отзыв о компании Explore Armenia. Путешествовали от этой фирмы с семьей по Армении-Грузии в августе 2022 года. Сказать, что нам понравилось, это не сказать ничего! Все было просто великолепно! Сергей, директор фирмы, действительно, 24/7 на связи( даже, когда у меня возникали вопросы по туру ДО начала тура, он был всегда на связи, а уж непосредственно в своей стране все вопросы решались молниеносно, чего бы это не касалось-размещения, обмена валюты, выезда, трансфера, в общем, Всего-всего! Такого уровня профессионализма я не встречала давно (а по России мы ездим не первый год). Очень приятно общаться с такими людьми! Наш водитель Артак и гид Ара Акопян окружили нас таким вниманием! Гид просто кладезь полезной исторической информации! Большое им Спасибо! А в Какие места нас возили покушать!!Природа, горы, небо и великолепнейшее пиво Киликия-такого нет больше нигде! В Грузии, при заселении, при возникновении форс-мажорной ситуации, нам была предложена альтернатива жилья, а гид в Тбилиси Ирина-просто большая умница!!Ее можно было слушать часами. Недавно наша семья вернулась из Еревана. Провели незабываемые выходные в этом прекрасном городе и его окрестностях. Настоящие профессионалы своего дела!
Хочу выразить благодарность коллегам из Армении, в особенности Сергею, за сотрудничество, ответственное отношение к работе и профессионализм. Группа туристов остались в восторге от путешествия, получили массу положительных эмоций, отметили чуткое и внимательное отношение к себе со стороны гида и всех организаторов поездки. Самое потрясающее путешествие за последний год, и на 100% оно случилось благодаря Сергею и Марине! Организация, точность планирования маршрута в соответствии с моими пожеланиями - все на высшем уровне. А уж про гостеприимство, внимание к мелочам и важным вещам (к моему др организовали невероятный торт-сюрприз!!!) хочется писать и говорить бесконечно! Это мой первый тур за последние 10 лет, обычно самостоятельно планирую-бронирую, не люблю групповые поездки и зависимость от туроператоров, а тут вдруг случилось такое волшебство! Ребята, вы крутые! Спасибо огромное за все, что вы делаете с такой любовью, процветания и побольше адекватных путешественников! Абсолютно влюбленная теперь в Армению, Вероника;)

Огромное спасибо за всё! Профессионналы и ещё раз профессионалы! Наша группа из четырех человек осталась довольна! Очень рекомендую. Ребята выполнили все наши пожелания! Сервис просто на высоте.
