We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were absolutely delighted!
The rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh and pleasant. I was especially pleased with the view from the window — the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony became a real ritual.
The staff is beyond praise: friendly, helpful, always ready to help. The check-in was quick, everything was explained, and interesting places nearby were suggested.
Breakfast is a separate plus. Delicious, varied and with love.
The location is also convenient: shops, cafes are nearby, and the center is just around the corner.
I definitely recommend it and I will be happy to come again!

A great hotel for your money. I especially liked the staff - everyone is friendly, friendly and ready to help. So special thanks to the staff. The facilities are Spartan, but we didn't count on them, we had no idea where we were going, so there are no complaints. There is a fairly large free parking, we always had no difficulty finding a place, but there is also a paid one if necessary. The room is clean, you can have breakfast in the restaurant. They give three types of breakfast. I want to note that I was with a child and, at my request, the restaurant prepared an individual breakfast of what he likes, which was very captivating.

We were in Mogilev and stayed at the Tourist hotel. The room was given on the fifth floor, quite decent, clean, good linen, comfortable beds, although there is one outlet for the TV and refrigerator, or one or the other. But the bathroom is something. Taking a shower is a whole quest. The walls are lined with plastic panels and you can't lean on them, and there is a very high side of the bathtub and no handrails. Because of this, the walls in the bathroom are damaged, people are falling, we were lucky, we managed. The toilet is not fixed and tries to throw you off like a stubborn horse. And yet, there was no shoe spoon in the room, without it it was a problem to put on shoes, and we went to the administrator on the first floor to get boiling water. It was cool in the room, and warm blankets saved the day. There is a parking lot for a car. In general, you can live.

A New Year's corporate party was held at the Tourist cafe. The first is a convenient entrance and parking. There is a counter in the lobby where you can drink coffee (by the way, it's delicious and not expensive) and other drinks if you need to wait. Comfortable sofas . The furniture looks presentable. The staff is professional. And it doesn't catch the eye and at the same time turns out to be there when needed. The program of the evening is very intense. Good music. Excellent presenter. An ordinary hotel without any exotic features. It's great for business trips. A very good breakfast. Stable Wi-Fi and good TV from Zala.

We were with a tour group during the New Year holidays. We didn't see any other residents, we had breakfast in a separate room. It's hospitable. There is everything you need. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, and a cooler in the hallway, so you don't need to buy water. I was surprised by the ventilation: the handles were removed from the clogged windows and air was flowing through the remaining holes. The heat was regulated with plug napkins. The breakfast is not a buffet, but a specific one. It was modest, but I was full enough until lunch, without gluttony. There was no coffee machine, 3 in 1 tea bags. 1 tea for each, no excess. The store is opposite Kopeechka, and behind the hotel is the shopping center. The staff is trying their best, which makes me happy. Thank you for a good rest!!! I wish you prosperity!!!

1. A good hotel. A simple room (I took the cheapest one), spacious, the renovation is normal, not tired. An interactive TV, but potbellied. There are even disposable slippers, there were no slippers in other hotels for that kind of money. The room has a view of the city, it's beautiful.
2. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff: the receptionist is very polite, friendly, sociable, helped with the paperwork, gave me a kettle, and warmed the food from her. There is a bar where you can buy alcohol and food. You can have dinner there, there are tables in the lobby.

Room 500 is clean, the bed creaks a little, the TV was on, there is a kettle. The room is not hot. The second blanket with a duvet cover is in the closet. There is a bar and a restaurant. I take off one star that I had to wait a long time for the key. It was issued only at 2:30 p.m.

Guys...to be honest...I do not recommend this dumpster to ANYONE!!!
We were passing through Mogilev, we stayed there for the night N 512...the walls are scuffed to a pulp, in the hallway, in the room the walls are stained with something, so I tried to wash it myself with soap...It didn't work out...the picture is hanging, covering the twisted wires, about 20 cm... 2 beds are facing in different directions...the toilet bowl is dangling when you sit on it...his head and legs rested against the door, in the bathroom, his wife couldn't get in...high..and even a half-bath.. it's impossible to stand, and even plastic panels, all in disarray, filled with dirty silicone...
But the main thing is Breakfast....
It's something...They offered...2 options...porridge + coffee from a bag...either omelet + tea...I've never seen anything like it...imagine setting the tables for porridge and omelettes...Separately!!! And the husbands and wives were sitting in different places...in my opinion, it's not compatible for a normal person...
although if it's for one night...and if you get drunk, you can sleep together ...
it was warm and there was water ...

I happened to visit this hotel. From the look of it, it seemed to me nondescript, Sovdekovskaya. The politeness of the staff made me happy.The comfort room is cozy, clean, beautiful, lucky with a beautiful view of the Dnieper embankment. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, but if you want to have another snack, there is a food tent nearby. Prices for both accommodation and meals are democratic. Overall, it left a very pleasant impression)

While visiting Mogilev, we stayed at this hotel several times, in comfort class rooms. The rooms are clean, tidy, with everything you need. Convenient location. There is a breakfast to choose from. Among the disadvantages, the hotel has a restaurant that is open only for breakfast, if you do not have time before a certain time, you will have to eat somewhere in the city. You also need to have lunch and dinner somewhere, and sometimes you want to do it locally.

Single room, there is a refrigerator, TV, telephone.
Bed, linen, towel, even disposable slippers.
The bathtub is a separate topic, it is about a meter long and has two levels, in short, when you go to the shower, you need to be as collected as possible so as not to fall over.
Oh, yes - free internet.
There is a paid parking.
The coffee in the bar is quite decent, Americano is around 3 rubles.

The hotel is being transformed before my eyes. With the arrival of a new head, the processes of receiving guests, ensuring the necessary sanitary standards and regulations, and improving the hotel's infrastructure are in continuous development and improvement. The staff is courteous and attentive to all customer requests. The quality specialist systematically evaluates customer reviews, suggestions, and comments. I remember the hotel at the beginning of the century (2004-2007), and it is very pleasant to see and receive services of higher quality and content. The bar is working well, the staff has changed in the restaurant, which has a positive effect on the quality of cooking and serving dishes.
There are areas for improvement... improving the condition of the room stock. It is possible to improve the amenities in rooms of a separate category.
... but I will say bluntly that even the presence of a shoe cleaning device in the hallway is already positively considered by the guests who are settling in!

An ordinary, standard, provincial hotel.
Clean, neat, calm.
Of the advantages:
A kettle in the room, a freezer, friendly staff (special thanks to the blonde at the reception for the "young man" under 50 years old;))
Of the cons:
Hot water has to be drained for a long time to make it hot.
There is no lighting in the corridor in front of the room (single comfort, 718), you have to stick the key into the lock by touch.
The tablecloths in the dining room are dirty in the morning, not changed, although the breakfast is decent.
The TV is rippling, it shows poorly.
Otherwise, everything is fine, the price tag is humane and breakfast is included. For an additional fee.

A wonderful introduction to the Tourist Hotel. We lived from 05/02/2025 to 05/07/2025, a suite. The room was not cleaned during the stay. I had to change the bed linen myself. The dishes were not washed. The barrel wasn't working. The corrugation in the toilet was running. Disposable used bottles of eye drops were found in a pile of coffee and sugar. The garbage was not taken out. We contacted the reception. In general, the room doesn't look much like a suite, everything is old, dirty and tattered. They left the room no later than 13-14 hours, once at 16 hours, and the rest of the day was not enough for the staff to clean up. The book of complaints and suggestions was not provided on demand, but an ordinary notebook was slipped in. The book was given only the second time.We believe that this is not how a vacation in a suite should be. For this money, you can rent a gorgeous two-bedroom apartment in this city, there will still be money left for dandelion's grandmother to get out. But this is a hotel, a service, and even something included. Highly not recommended. Don't spoil your vacation.

Back in the USSR is an understatement. The hall is the only place that has been renovated since Khrushchev's time. We take the elevator up to the floor and we are greeted by a path that has not been cleaned since the same time. We go into the room: you can not use the outlet, the bed is closed, the battery pipes and the towel rail are painted several times but the rust protrudes. The hood is not working, it is overgrown with dust. The TV of the pre-Perestroika times does not show anything. There are two different glasses on the table on paper napkins, the refrigerator is buzzing, but it seems that instead of cold it warms! I turned to the recipe, so the girls did well, they even offered to put food with them. In the morning, the refrigerator was replaced, but with a larger one and put in the middle of the room, although it was cold, but it buzzed so that I had to turn it off at night so that at least I didn't get much sleep. There was no declared kettle in the room, there was a cooler in the hallway, which was already empty in the morning. The parking lot is one name that is guarded: the guard was never seen there and the barrier was never closed. And they also charge an additional fee for this. In general, I'll give you a star, and the hotel as a whole minus three!
